Order No Order NO NDD2614402 SHAME ON YOU Askmebazzar !!! Booked a product worth rs 26k. promised next day delivery. it did not happen for 11 days. after a big fight and escalation they forced me to take the refund . Keeping my money for 20+ days, how can you refund without offering compensation ? You are saying product is out of stock ! But why its still displayed on your website? How can you force a customer to cancel the order?

          My order number is -DGA8334928 I have ordered for olevea padded and received non padded with damaged condition.When I made complaint regarding this to their customer executive Ms.kavi Priya, she informed me that for Inner there is no replacement or re payment. This was not mentioned in any of their sites. Only now they are saying it. I have enclosed my bill also. As they are cheating the customer kindly take severe action against them and i need my repayment back. Hope that you will take action regarding this issue

Do not know where to check the status. sent them many mails but no responses. do make your service transparent!! If it is fraud, please ban the site, why should people fall in this trap!!             Dear Sir, Askmebazaar- on line cheating site:BEWARE

            I ordered for 5-in-1 Air sofa from Ask me bazaar and received the item for which I paid Rs.2500/- Cash(COD).   On filling the sofa with Air I found that the  sofa is damaged and air leaks out of the Air Sofa-cum-bed and the product is not usable.  Immediately on the same day I raised the complaint in the askmebazaarcom/ support/ticket and I was issued the ticket no. 31456 on[protected] to my E-mail.   After this to review the progress of my complaint I was constantly logging in to the ticket area of askmebazaar/support/ticket/31456  and view for further updates.  The site was showing  "Processing"  even after 2 weeks.  Then I became anxious and contacted their customer care no.[protected].   I was  told that they don't know anything about the complaint ticket since the ticket serving team and the customer support team is different.  When I requested for the ticket team's phone number they could n't provide it. They  told me to wait for 10 working days and assured me not to worry. Then I was checking in the ticket site for updates.    Then all of a sudden they closed the complaint "stating whether I am happy with the resolution of the complaint" . I was shocked to read this since they have not done anything to solve the complaint nor refunded
            my money.  When I contacted them again they told me to raise another ticket by filling all mandatory columns.   I couldn't understand the reason for this since my earlier ticket contained all the details including my Bank details.   So as per their direction a new ticket was done in their support site and I am provided with ticket no. 38454.  Every day I use to check the status. The status  was showing "Processing"   all these days."  Then  there was a mail stating that my Bank IFSC Code is to be updated.   For that I E-mailed to them my Pass Book Front Page with Photo ID which contained all details regarding my Bank A/c.  After that their site shows that "Awaiting my response.".  I am unable to understand what response they require from me since I have provided all the details including my Bank a/c. details.  So I mailed to them regarding their site error. Then I understood that they are simply prolonging  the case instead of solving my genuine grievance. However I was checking the ticket site for further updates. On day surprisingly I noticed that these unscrupulous people have closed the 2nd ticket also without redressing my complaint. I protested against these closure of tickets and raised a series of tickets in their support with ticket Nos. 38461, 38462, 41836, 41835, 41833, 41832, 41828, 41827,[protected], 42900, 42899, 42863, 44121, 44191, 43713... These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue.

            I reviewed this cheating site highlighing my bad experience with Askmebazaar in mouthshut and consumercomplaints. It is surprising to note that this unscrupulous askmebazaar has responded to my review apologing for the delay and stating that the refund is in process. This is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers and again an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat viewers. On scrutiny of various complaint against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have responded similarly without solving their issues by pretending &responding in a positve manner. Dear buyers and product viewers. Pl. understand that askmebazaar is a customer cheating site. They have dump of spurious and damaged products, which they want to sell by colourful advertisements and offering huge discounts etc. I appeal to all not to fall prey to these ads. Once you pay, your money is lost. The customer support team consist of a team of cheaters who know pretty well how to cheat and how to earn profit at the cost of others. My experience with  on-line purchase from on line stores  like shopclues,   amazon,   flipcart,   Lot of stock and other TV ad sites like telebuys   is that the customer support team is very friendly,   very quick in response and the TAT(Turn around Time) to solve grievances is within a maximum of 7 days. The experience in  askmebazaar is very much indifferent,   we would be anxious, with much tension, no TAT, no response from the given support phone number and we are wasting much of our precious time in follow up action and finally we would realise that they have cheated us.   Pl. don't go by their resolution wording such as "To have better insight to your complaint raise another ticket in our support...", "we apologise for the delay and have taken up your case seriously", "your refund is in process and soon you would receive.." all these are false responses given by this cheating team. If anybody has received one paise back from this cheating site pl. respond for my information and noting for my records.

            In my experience they have closed the First Main ticket 31456 dt.[protected] and subsequent tickets raised with nos. 38454, 38461, 462... and so on without solving the issue and refunding the money.   Now God only knows whether I would get back the hard earned money lost more than a month back.

                  I ordered 3 products on askmeebajaar my order no is AB8403410, AB8403771 & AB8403069. My complain is that when i ordered this product before that i call this site no & know the offer about buy 1 get 1 free & they told me that i[censored] order this they give me same combo free. But they can't & not return back. Total amount of this order is 2640. They fraud me. I want to raise a complaint against this issue bcoz he gave me wrong details and when i complaint for that they totally denied for raise my complain.

                    Hi SBI Team,

                    I am vary sad with the service provided by HPC Kakagnagar brach. I have been making complaint from last one year but they never try to solved my issue.They say every time they are checking my issue and asking all my details but they never come with the solution.I was approaching them every time but they always try to away from my complaint.So i have made a final decision if now my problem will not be solved them . I am going to post in the public post of FB and tweeter .

                      I ordered for a jacket on Tuesday, 15 December, 2015 and the name of the product was Wrab Rider Faux Leather Biker Jacket - JKT-BROWN as what shows in the website which cost me 909 rs with discount..But the product which was been delivered was totally different the colour was different the design was different..seems like i was been given a jacket worth 300 rs which is sold in streets..i was been missold..i marked a mail to ask me bazar abt the same but haven't recieved any response..seems like i have to upload the pics in social media..please have requested for my money to be refunded, , , please asist.

                          i was being cheated, i have order brand new IPhone 5C from Askme Bazaar and they provided me second hand iphone which was purchased in london in 2014, confirmed by Iphone authorised service in India.
                          Phone is dead in 1 month and i have paid 18009 rs for that .now Askme Bazar and supplier are playing game with me. supplier clearly mention that he has given Refurbished phone to askmebazaar, but askme bazar played with buyer emotions in lured of discount on 5C.
                          Askme Bazaar has never mention in their website thats its Refurbished Phone.
                          Nor we havent received any mail regarding order id. nor any bill or invoice was not provided to me .
                          Apart from that they even not ready to fwd me any details despite complaining.
                          one logical question arise out here
                          1. who gave this fraud site license to operate Online.
                          2.they dont even have history of orders served by them
                          3 .incase of customer have been cheated by supplier or their internal the decision would go in whose favor.
                          4. despite of heavy dissatisfaction raised against AskmeBazar still they are playing with customer emotion. why respected committee not take action against them.
                          5.Askmebazar is chor.please take some action so that customere belief remain intact on Consumer court.

On day surprisingly I noticed that these unscrupulous people have closed the 2nd ticket also without redressing my complaint. I protested against these closure of tickets and raised a series of tickets in their support with ticket Nos. 38461, 38462, 41836, 41835, 41833, 41832, 41828, 41827,[protected], 42900, 42899, 42863, 44121, 44191, 43713... These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue.

                          I reviewed this cheating site highlighing my bad experience with Askmebazaar in mouthshut and consumercomplaints. It is surprising to note that this unscrupulous askmebazaar has responded to my review apologing for the delay and stating that the refund is in process. This is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers and again an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat viewers. On scrutiny of various complaint against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have responded similarly without solving their issues by pretending &responding in a positve manner. Dear buyers and product viewers. Pl. understand that askmebazaar is a customer cheating site. They have dump of spurious and damaged products, which they want to sell by colourful advertisements and offering huge discounts etc. I appeal to all not to fall prey to these ads. Once you pay, your money is lost. The customer support team consist of a team of cheaters who know pretty well how to cheat and how to earn profit at the cost of others. My experience with  on-line purchase from on line stores  like shopclues,   amazon,   flipcart,   Lot of stock and other TV ad sites like telebuys   is that the customer support team is very friendly,   very quick in response and the TAT(Turn around Time) to solve grievances is within a maximum of 7 days. The experience in  askmebazaar is very much indifferent,   we would be anxious, with much tension, no TAT, no response from the given support phone number and we are wasting much of our precious time in follow up action and finally we would realise that they have cheated us.   Pl. don't go by their resolution wording such as "Your ticket is in process. We need more time to resolve the issue", "To have better insight to your complaint raise another ticket in our support...", "we apologise for the delay and have taken up your case seriously", "your refund is in process and soon you would receive.." all these are false responses given by this cheating team. If anybody has received one paise back from this cheating site pl. respond for my information and noting for my records.

                          In my experience they have closed ALL the ticket 31456 dt.[protected] and subsequent tickets raised with nos. 38454, 38461, 462... and so on without solving the issue and refunding the money.   Now God only knows whether I would get back the hard earned money lost more than a month back.

                            My prepaid product has not yet been delivered to me but they show the status as delivered and are not ready to help. I have paid approx. Rs.2500 for this product. Customer care has been no help so far. Infact a supervisor named Kiran had no problems with me complaining online because I think they are happy that threy could cheat one more customer.

                              I was ordered(order no: AB7523232) Skill drill tool set on 13th Nov 2015. But that order was cancelled after 7 days of order the product and intimated me that amount will be refunded with in 5 to 7 working day. Now it was crossed 1 month till i didn't received any refund. I raised the complaint to them thru the customer care number [protected] but they told me that refund was successful on 7th Dec and closed my complaint. Then I raised the complaint on buyer support page with my bank statement as proof that i haven't received refund amount and asked them to provide transaction number for refund. But till now they didn't respond anything on that complaint and transaction number for the refund.

                              I ordered for 5-in-1 Air sofa from Ask me bazaar and received the item for which I paid Rs.2500/- Cash(COD).   On filling the sofa with Air I found that the  sofa is damaged and air leaks out of the Air Sofa-cum-bed and the product is not usable.  Immediately on the same day I raised the complaint in the askmebazaarcom/ support/ticket and I was issued the ticket no. 31456 on[protected] to my E-mail.   After this to review the progress of my complaint I was constantly logging in to the ticket area of askmebazaar/support/ticket/31456  and view for further updates.  The site was showing  "Processing"  even after 2 weeks.  Then I became anxious and contacted their customer care no.[protected].   I was  told that they don't know anything about the complaint ticket since the ticket serving team and the customer support team is different.  When I requested for the ticket team's phone number they could n't provide it. They  told me to wait for 10 working days and assured me not to worry. Then I was checking in the ticket site for updates.    Then all of a sudden they closed the complaint "stating whether I am happy with the resolution of the complaint" . I was shocked to read this since they have not done anything to solve the complaint nor refunded
                              my money.  When I contacted them again they told me to raise another ticket by filling all mandatory columns.   I couldn't understand the reason for this since my earlier ticket contained all the details including my Bank details.   So as per their direction a new ticket was done in their support site and I am provided with ticket no. 38454.  Every day I use to check the status. The status  was showing "Processing"   all these days."  Then  there was a mail stating that my Bank IFSC Code is to be updated.   For that I E-mailed to them my Pass Book Front Page with Photo ID which contained all details regarding my Bank A/c.  After that their site shows that "Awaiting my response.".  I am unable to understand what response they require from me since I have provided all the details including my Bank a/c. details.  So I mailed to them regarding their site error.                                     Dear Sir/ madam I have ordered a Vivo V1 Max mobile on[protected] with this company with NDD store and I paid for the same Rs. 15360/- . As per the company policy i ll get delivery on very next day in the slot of 1 to 4 pm but till now neither i get the delivery nor they cancel my order. My order id is NDD2614721. I called them 40 to 50 times on [protected] and they keep saying me " sir u ll get the delivery today in each and every condition but nothing happens. when i ask them about the company's logistic department or order and the contact details about, they don't answer and always saying. I can't help you in this way. they can raise the complain and saying our department will call you in 24 hours and resolve your problem but till today i haven't get any call and when I'm asking about the call, they keep saying Your no. may be out of coverage or busy or any other excuse. Please resolve this I'm getting frustrated day by day as I already lost my mobile and now this happens.

                                      I Purchased one Samsung 24H4003 24 inch (60 cms) HD Ready LED TV. oder ID(AB7910683). dated 26-nov-15. and paid the amount through Citi bank credit card. but i dint get the product. when i called customer care and asked regarding order which is i booked they told that your Oder was cancelled due to sheller is no giving service in your aria. but no any confirmation i get regarding cancellation in mail or my phone also. after approx sixteen days over of my cancelled product but amount has not credited in my account.then i asked to askme bazar customer care they told that kindly wait two more days your amount will be refund. but today 25 days past but they not refunded the amount. so i called to citi bank and i did the dispute claim. they told that we are investigate your concerns. and we will try to resolve your problem.
