Order number : DGA6918457 placed on 1st Nov 2015, they didn't deliver it on time so after 10 working days I called and one of the customer care guy raised the cancellation request and said refund will be credited in 7-10 working days. And after one week they have delivered the damaged product and also they are not replacing the order. Worst experience ever with any ecommerce site....
