I am feeling cheated since my first order to your Company was delivered to me yesterday. The brief facts of my case are as under:
1. I had ordered 2 nos. Belkin 2.1 Dual Port Car Chargers under your Product ID - 1486768 vide my Order ID no. DGA-8384933 dt. 14/12/15. As per the description under "About the product" on your website, this product INCLUDES 4 ft long USB cable and also it clearly states that the output of EACH port is 2.1 amp;
2. On 16/12/15, the packet was delivered to me against cash payment of Rs. 233/-;
3. On opening the packet, I was shocked to note that: (a) the cables (2 nos.) were not supplied; (b) the output of one port is 2.1 amp. and that of the other port is 1.0 amp. only.
4. I have registered my complaint online - ticket nos. 30146 dt. 16/12/15 & 30763 dt. 17/12/15; 5. I have also talked to your customer support but they say that they can only take back the product but cannot replace it.
May I humbly ask that what wrong did I do to order this product on your website? Is it wrong for a customer to expect the delivery of a product as per the description given by you on your website? The screen shots of webpage on 14/12/15 (Order date) & 16/12/15 (Delivery date) have been attached to my online complaints. Why your Company does not hold your supplier responsible for the INCOMPLETE & INFERIOR SUPPLY. Sir, it is not just a question of taking a refund of Rs. 233/- but it is a matter of faith that one loses. In a growing and competitive e-commerce market in India, I feel that you should take immediate steps to help your customer to enable him maintain faith in your Company. I am ready to return the product supplied to me PROVIDED Complete & Correct product, as assured by you on your website, is supplied to me. I hope you will take suitable action in the matter and help.
