Dear Customer, Don't buy any object from Ask Me Bazaar. It's not faithful. I bought a watch online from your website but I saw a worst product duplicate watch received. Watch Dial rotate, watch belt and buckle is too weak and broken glass. As per my buying experience from your website I realize that you doesn't sell the original and genuine product. I mustn't recommend to anybody to buy the online product through your website. I have complain through mail to AskMeBazaar but no action has been done.     I have been following-up numerous times to confirm the status of my refund amount and each time the officer confirms its credited to my savings account on[protected] as per TAT. I had already said her that i am not able to see any credit for the refund amount (334) still she confirmed its done and was very much confident stating its reflecting in their internal system. I have already called 3-4 times relating to this issue however there is no positive revert. i am attaching my account snapshot dated from[protected] to[protected], wherein you can find no such credit reflecting in my account. I need strong action to be taken in this case and have already given ample time to your team to do the needful. I demand an compensation for not adhering to your promise and inconveniencing me time again giving false information. I want a senior official to take matter into their hands and resolve this asap without wasting more time and days. I have already escalated the matter with the grievance team however there is no positive feedback recd from them.               I have bought Strontium 32GB Micro SD Card Retail-Class 10 - SR32GTFC10R from askmebazaar.com order ID AB7297733 on 7th november. I received it on 21st November. After 1 day o[censored]se it auto ejected from my galaxy s4. I thought it is a problem of my mobile. My friend also bought 2 same cards from here. when they have facing same problem, then i knew Askmebazaar.com have sold duplicate or damaged product to us. Now i have called their customer care, they are telling "You should return this within 48 hrs." How could someone know this in 2 days? They also saying " you have bought duplicate product from somewhere else". These all is too irritating for customers. I need my money back and i also want to suggest everyone don't shopping with Askmebazaar in future. They have no proper process which required to be a Ecommerce website. How could someone sell duplicate or damaged product of Strontium like brand. Askmebazaar making a bad impression of Strontium like brand. Be aware you too Strontium and other brands. I just want my money back. I am promising i will not deal with askmebazaar.com or also stop my knowns for this. They are biggest cheater. Really sucks...

                This is biggest Cheater Company. I Have Memory Card with Order Id AB7297733 and They Delivered It. After 10-12 Days its Getting Problem and when i take it Service Center they tell this is Duplicate Product. When i Call Call Askme Support they are telling i Don't Now. Complain in 48 Hours only So Askmebazzar Answer that After Every Product Receiving can i take Service Center for original or Duplicate Check. They are Selling all Duplicate Products.

                          Very bad experience dealing with Askmebazaar.com We ordered a HP laptop from askmebazaar.com for Rs 42, 400/- by debit card. We checked its delivery at our pincode which it showed available. After no information about the product, we contacted their helpline no. from where we got to know that the order has been cancelled without any notice. The reason mentioned for cancellation was that the product not available at our pincode, however the website still shows the availabiility. Another representative said that the item was not in stock. They are saying lies and have very poor service. They dont have an updated database of articles. It is the worst online shopping website I've come across.

                                        Dear Team, i got my order no.AB8135298 through Askmebazaar.com on 7-Dec-15, which is uncomplete. In this order 4 products to be delivered at me but i got only two products Fry Pan & Tawa. 2 products Tadka Pan & Lighter are missing in packet the same has mentioned in blue pan on courier packet that only 2 products in under packet. I have already raised query to his buyer support contact number regarding the same. the executive says your courier will be pick at your address and your deposited amount will be refunded in your account He gives me complaint no. QRC70049357 but i have not received any confirmation email/sms from him regarding returning my product also the same has not updated in his website.
