I had ordered a Combo of Puma Bag, watch n pair of socks. n i received the order but all the 3 product were duplicate, local n cheap. I called up customer care time and again but no 1 responded properly n when i started blasting guy who received my call he connected to his TL n he put my call on hold n never responded. i want this to be taken up seriously because it is they are faking customers by putting in wrong advertisements and looting the public. If this is not solved i'll b dropping mails to other online sites n also to consumer court. If there is no reply regarding this issue, Ill make sure people who did this are in trouble. I have the bill, e-mails, messages, pic of the delivery guy stating that the order is of askmebazaar.com n enough to prove 1 guilty.

    I have ordered two products with order no AB7246918 and AB7268309 on 6th and 7th of November respectively. But the order is not delivered till now. I have called the customer support of askmebazaar. The customer care executive simply told that it is in logistics and he had registered a complaint. The back end team is working on it. I will get the product in 2-3 days. But till now neither I got the product nor received any correspondence.

AB6761556. he said me your order has been dispatch by ecom Express on 02/11/2015 air wide slip No.[protected]. i called to ecom customer support and they told me till date they got only soft data of this consignment no material has been received till date. then i called to askmebazaar customer care he told me your order has been dispatched on 02/11/2015 by ecom express. When i call on askmebazaar.com on 17/11/2015 to know the status of my order they told me your order has been cancelled by the dealer your refund will be made with in 5 to 7 days. after 7 days when i call again to askmebazaar.com to know the status of refund they told me your order has been processed and will be deliver to you with in next two working days. but till date i can't be get my order and refund.           I did not recieve my product which i had ordered combo of 3 stretch jeans at 899 and i got a coupon of diwali 30 n which costed my jeans for 629 but the delievery person has delievered the courier to somebody else and now they are saying to order again and are saying they cannot help this is causing me alot of problems so plz do the needful

                I bought two products in ask me bazar through online VSI - Combo of 5 Slim Fit Formal Shirts for Men - Ln212 and Combo Of Mens Fashion Accessories - DC_CMB126 totally I paid 1550 rupees. I combo accessories I paid 550 rupees and for formal shirt I paid 1000 rupees In combo accessories particularly for bag I have ordered that product the bag is damaged in that combo pack .For formal shirt they given me t shirt.When I opened the cover the T shirt there.so I called them and informed you can take product back first I have raised complaint for shirt and next combo accessories One person came from ask me bazar he told that he came for taking the product back So I given both the product to him he gave me receipt after that called the customer care And I told them I given both the product to your person they told your money will be refunded don, t worry .on 27 of nov they refunded 550 rupees I do not know what happened to that 1000 rupees then I called that customer care people they given me the complaint number again number is (qrc[protected]

                    I placed an order for Body Deo on 5th November n today being 1st December I still hve not received the product. When I call the customer service the agent n the supervisor is useless n just said no for all my queries asked... The supervisor does not have a solution nor the courtesy to convince a customer. Not sure on what basis is he made a SUPERVISOR. I would never in my life recommend ask me bazzar n never order anything from here due to the rude behavior n service given. Even if I get this product I am going to return this product ... Regards Unfortunately a customer...

They mentioned your order has been placed. i was interested that time. i send one email and ask about product details on email, but they not reply me. then after few days i call on dated: 01/12/2015 ask me bazaar customer care no. I ask about my product details, they said that product is cancel because of out of stock. i don't understand why they doing cheap work. if product stock not available then show it " out of stock".

                      I also ordered the same and process went same as went for you. I think askmebazar have given tong luring offer like 5k+ head phone in just 400 rupees, just to gather the data from unregistered user: data like mobile number, address & email ID. So that they can solicit them for their next offers & whatever. But they have not intended to process the order successfully. This is cheating.
                      I order because I seen TV adv. I thought this company would be genuine, but it break my trust on askmebazar as well as on TV advs.

                          I have ordered MI Power bank(Order No. AB3509385) on 11th June 2015 and made online payment.I got delivery on 18th June 2015 but it mentioned Payment Mode Cash on Delivery(COD).So i called customer care, They said now you deny the order and your payment will be refunded.But Till now I have not got any refund.Each time i call customer care they say your complaint will be forwarded. Till now i have made complaints 4 times. Complaint no. are qrc33132462, qrc35030191, qrc38059908, qrc39407267 respectively.When today i called customer care they said that your refund is processed on 20th Nov.2015 but till now i have not got refund.

                          What is this going on??

                          Are you giving me refund or not??

                          Do you have Rs.699/- to refund me or not???

                          It is so rediculous and disgusting service by you.

                          I regret going for askmebazaar for buying product. So shameful...

                              The most pathetic service ever. I placed the order of dog food on 16 th november and followed it up after 10 days. I was asked to wait for another day . There were no updates given and then on 10th working day, today 30th of November i was told to wait till 9:30 pm. When i asked the exact status the customer care came up with the order was cancelled. I wasn't informed and nor was my money refunded. And over this the customer care refused to raise a complaint.

                                        Hi, I had ordered JBL speakers through AskMeBazaar.com. My order number is AB7178571. They have sent me another local speaker which is a faulty device on 18th of November I had contacted them via phone but due to lot of voice breaks i better thought to mail them. I have mailed them on Nov 20th for which they didn't reply and then i mailed on 25th for which the have still not replied. I either want to return the product or get my product exchanged with a working one. Please help me with the same.
