I had placed the order on Oct 30, 2015. I had also confirmed if the item is available or not and I was confirmed the same that order is available and I will have to wait for another 11 working days. So diwali for which I bought nokia 225 past away and I could nt able to gift it to my mom. Felt bad But no worries atleast I should be receiving it in a time frame But again no. I had nt received anything and no revert frm them despite calling them many times no revert and finally after 20 days whn I had a fight for my order, they cancelled it and processes the refund. I want to ask the ask that why have u hired superstars i[censored] Dnt hv service to give to customers.. Big shame on you this way no on will come to you.       I received the above product on 19/11/15 order no-AB7565760 after receiving the product found that earphone one speaker is dead and mp3 player after charging for 6 hrs it played for 50min only and battery got exhausted. Both the products are defective so pls change them with good product I purchase from Snapdeal amazon no problem arised but for the first time in ask me bazaar problem arised

        #askmebazaar 100% fake company. don't buy any product from this company. i was buy a Panasonic phone from askmebazaar.com order id is: NDD2554878. this phone delver faulty and no voice come when make a call. i was book a complain and complain no is: qrc4619. they tel me our support executive will call you within 5-7 days. after 3 days i was got call from support and they told me that you must visit panasonic service center to repair this phone. i told him i was purchase new phone from your company then you can replace this phone but they cut my phone and no any information provided. i hate askmebazaar.com. i suggest all friends please don't buy any items from askmebazaar.com they not provide any support for replace or refund. mostly product are faulty and no seller information they shared with you. such a really bad company. really worst company. save your money dont buy items. if you have any problem please feel free call me.           Fully fraud company they fool us nothing else.I purchased a hi tech battery bank, which is not working .When i contacted they said we cant replace or refund you should have informed within 24 hours. if time line is 24 hours then it should be informed on order confirmation and invoice. why you people are informing this when i called you. i am going to launch a case against them, these are fully fraud.

              I have ordered HP 120Tu Flyer Red Laptop worth Rs. 27399, and fully paid with Debit card on 07th November 2015, and today its 21st November, and my Laptop is nowhere to be seen. I have talked to the customer care executives named Vivek Mehra ([protected]) and Sahil Dhamija ([protected]) but they kept me on HOLD all the time. Worst service ever. Neither do have Product tracking option in the website. And they don't even send me any messages regarding my product.

                I have ordered same product twice. First time they did not deliver the product due to non availability and cancelled it and did not inform me. Second time they did not deliver the product and said that they came to deliver and no one was at home. So they return back which is not true. Atleast they should make me a call but they did not make such. Also they did not mail us or msg us the delivery date and time. Worst app

                    I ordered Samsung Galaxy A8 from Ask Me Bazaar thinking about next day delivery which was written on their website. I didn't receive any email or SMS from them showing my purchase details, though I had already paid the whole amount online I didn't receive anything from them. On calling their customer number they said we can't send u any sms or emails from our end now you'll get the product and worst part the female tells me their system will show my order after 4 hours so please call after 4 hours. I called them next day in the evening 7pm as I didn't receive my phone the guy tells me as its next day delivery and the day gets over by 12 midnight you will receive the phone before that and as expected I didn't receive the product. I called them at night 2am to shout on them the guys tells me that my order is being cancelled and I will get the amount after 10 working days (that's like half a month). First of all how can they cancel the order without asking me and they didn't even inform me about the cancellation. On asking for the refund of my amount of 28, 650 the guys tells me it will take 10 working days and you can call on Monday and talk to the seniors. Disgusting website and customer service ever seen... Can't trust this website ever. I hope will get my money back or this guys will push me here and there forever

                      We ordered a DSLR camera (Nikon D3300) on askmebazaar.com on November 19. It was strange when we called up customer care that evening to figure out if the order had been contended and how it could be tracked. The representative said that askmebazaar doesn't have a tracking feature but the order had been confirmed and we could expect it shortly. The order number was DGA7700693. On November 20, we called them back to figure out if the product had been shipped. The representative claimed that due to the product being out of stock, it had been cancelled. Now, we had received no intimation of this either through an SMS or by e-mail and would not have found out had we not called ourselves. The representative categorically stated that the company did not send out e-mails during cancellations and instead, provided a reference number and asked us to wait a few days. This absolutely preposterous and thoroughly unprofessional method of working is both worrying and very disappointing. Incidentally, the ad for the camera is still up, it doesn't say 'out of stock'. The customer care representative merely gave us a reference number (QRC[protected] for the complaint. We were repeatedly told the company wouldn't send an e-mail confirming the cancellation and the representative claimed that an SMS had been sent when none was received. A lot of money - roughly Rs.22, 000 - was spent on the camera and it's ridiculous that the company can't even provide us with an assurance via e-mail that the refund will be received within a specified time frame. It's the onus of the company to return this amount without the customer being made to chase them for the same. Judging by the comments on their Facebook page, it appears that numerous customers have been left similarly disheartened and troubled by askmebazaar. It's been an absolutely horrible experience. If someone can tell us what to do in order to ensure we at least get back the amount we paid, it would be very helpful. Thank you, Swati Daftuar.

                          2 orders hv been placed with ask me bazaar almost more than 2 weeks ago Order Id: AB7106624 Order Id: AB7118870 none of the items under these 2 are delivered yet and there is no update from aaske me bazaar on the current order status as well. T tried to follow up with their customer support by writing the mails to the askmebazaar support n received NO RESPONSE. Can askmebazaar deliver the products under these 2 Orders asap or else cancel the order and initiate the return.

                                    I have ordered a product (kurti) on Oct 15th, 2015 but till date I have not yet received that product. I have called those customer care people and still am trying to resolve the issue hopelessly by calling them many times but the response is same that it will be delivered shortly. It's been a month I have ordered the product. I don't know whether it will be delivered or not. I have been waiting daily for the product but it's hopeless. Either I need my product else refund my money back as early possible.

                                    What kind of response are you giving to the customers? Is this the way to treat the customers?
                                    I have been complaining about my product which I have not yet received till date and are you asking again for complaint? Is this the problem with me ? or with others who are giving order in this worst site? I never faced this much delay in receiving any order from other sites and too worst customer care responses.

                                      I booked a LAZER water Heater on 03.11.2015, I got SMS & email for conformation of my order. they give me order no AB 6984636 & I have called their customer care [protected] number of times & every time I got answer that I will get delivery before 17.11.15, again I called them on 19th & 20th Nov & after so many argument they told me your order has been cancelled due non availability of stock. This is un ethical way of business that You accept the order and after 15-20 days of winter, refuse to deliver. I will stop buying from ASKMEBAZAAR and recommend to all not to buy. NO credibility ???????
