Ask Me Bazaar — Wrong product/money refund I orderd a Samsung Galaxy Earphones white color, Order Id: DGA7851643 Placed on Tuesday, 24 November, 2015, i received the product 30 November 2015 but .when i opened the package it was a block earphones inside, & damaged earphones i was shocked and i called to customercare thay said wrong number, Product not working. Fake have cheated me. Askmebazzar are cheaters. Never buy any product from them. I wonder why any legal department in india have not shut down askmebazzar fraud website. This is a problem in our country. Frauds live long...

    on 17 nov 2015, I have ordered Item: Samsung J7 Smartphone: Price. Rs. 13961 /- from askmebazaar.com. The order Id is: AB7626016. The order is cancelled by askmebazaar.com and the refund is not provided yet. They communicated that the will refund by 5- 7 working days. It is 10 working days now and no refund yet. When I call customer care they say the refund is in progress and asking me to wait, I logged an additional complaint by dialing to askmebazaar.com customer care and the complaint number is QRC67560117. I THINK SOMETHING IS GOING WRONG AT ASKMEBAZAAR.COM ON THIS REFUND PROCESS. PLEASE HELP ME My credit card will get generated in few days and I will not any money to pay for the credit card bill unless the refund money is credited back.

    The issue is resolved now. I have the refund successfully credited to my credit card.

    This case is closed now.
    I ordered for a Paris Polo Combo of 3 Fashion Jean from Ebiz International Order id AB7124210.
    Got the material after a month and found it was a faulty unsize material.
    Put a complaint and the your people came and took back the material.
    Got the ticket no.26025 but nearly a month my amount is not settled. I called your customer care number[protected] they replied this has to be settled thru email, but when ever i enter it shows being processed.
    Settled my amount immedietely

      I have not received any communication from your side about the delivery of the product. I paid the full amount on 12th November 2015. When I called today the executive in your company told me that the product may not be delivered to me since it is already late by many days. I want to know why do you take the money for the product when you don't have the product with you. Who is going to pay the interest on my credit card payment when you are not even delivering the product to me.
      This is the third time you have failed to deliver my product. I am not going to make any future purchases from you.

      I received a call from Askmebazaar team number [protected] . The executive on the call told me that my product Nikon p610 will be delivered today on 28th Nov15. I have not received any message or email regarding the courier therefore I called your customer care today. After a long hold the executive was unable to provide any useful information. He told me that there is no update regarding the dispatch of your product.

      What is going on ?
      Are you delivering the product to me or the refund?

          Hi, I have booked a mobile phn order id AB7581545 from website on 15 Nov, and till date i have not received it. Its such a worst service i ever had come across. We cant even track our order status online and nor even their CSR can provide us the details. When you people are not fully equipped then why you have started the E commerce portal. Even after payment of my product i am still bare handed, its not 15 days and you people called me on 28 Nov saying your product will be delivered on saturday between 1-4 pm and you guys just wasted my whole day. Shall i move to consumer court now?.. I need my product asap.

          Dear car team,

          We have taken Robert bosch model no. WAK24168IN after usage of 7 months the machine is stopped working. So, raised complaint to customer care and service guy visited. He enquired all the problem of machine and suggested machine is suitable for this building. He also said that during the first installation engineer should say this is not suitable for this building and the machine would have been reverted to company. During, installation engineer has not provided the details properly and was not polite. My queries, if their is problem with building setup, the problem should arise with in 1 month o[censored]sglage but it is coming after 7 months o[censored]sage bcz of issues in motor. During the installation the engineer should have suggested not suitable for building and company should take back the machine and return my money.. complaint no: [protected]

              I have not yet received the item which i have ordered in 1st november 2015.It has been 30 days since i ordered.Order No:AB6951907.This order has been prepaid with Rs.475. I have also ordered one more item with order no.AB6952380 for COD.I Have received order confirmation message from the company for both the order number.This means the company has committed to supply the ordered item to customer as the product is available.But i have not received any message regarding the ordered item for the next 20 days.So i send a mail to the company asking for the status.Then they replied that one of my order has been cancelled.I have not received any information about the other order. Then i contacted the company through customer care number [protected] and spoke with the customer care supervisor.She informed that both my ordered product has been cancelled by the company as they are not available.I have ordered those items because they have offered huge discounts on the produts.Now they have told me the products are not available with the seller.It is the responsibility of AskMeBazaar to make the seller fulfill the promise as the customer only believes and know AskMeBazaar, not any unknown seller from a corner of the country.Citing the Seller as the reason for not fulfilling the order means the company is purposely cheating the cusomer and holding their money back for months without delivering the products.If they have not accepted my order due to "out of stock" at the time of my order i would have ordered the product from some other good online retailer who also offered huge discounts on that day.Now i am subjected to untold mental agony and financial loss in the form of good discount from other retailers.I demanded my money back with interest or my product as promised before one month.

              I placed order on 20, November. Got the mail and message on my mobile saying it is confirmed. After waited for 10 days, I didn't get any updates from askmebazaar. I called their customer care executive and she told me that the order is not placed and they didn't send me mail and message. First time I ordered something from this site. But my experience is worst with them. I never recommend anyone for askme. Dear Askmebazaar, plz concentrate on your service that you provide to your customer. Celebrities in the advertisement wouldn't help much.

                I had placed an order (Order Id: AB[protected] btwin bycycles on 1st November 2015. As per company policy they will deliver product within 10 days, But I didn't receive any product in 10 days then I called their customer care executive he told me that your order has been cancelled without any reason. I had placed one more order on diwali time i.e. water heater Order Id: AB7345624. They again cancelled my ordered without any reason. I had done online payments for the both products and recommended some friends. They got same thing happened. After cancellation of my water heater. I had placed an order with same product with same dealer without discount as cash-on-delivery. They deliver within two-three days. Askmebazaar collect payments and return our money for 15-20 days. Askmebazaar run fraud deals or fraud discount and impress their investor that we are getting this much of collection and unique customer. This is something big fraud beyond my or our expectation. If you see their Facebook page or online complain you can't read all the complain in couple of months. Please do the needful.

                  I placed an order for DVD player on 7th November n today being 29th November I still hve not received the product. When I call the customer service the agent n the supervisor SUJIT is useless n just said no for all my queries asked... The supervisor does not have a solution nor the courtesy to convince a customer. Not sure on what basis is he made a SUPERVISOR. I would never in my life recommend ask me bazzar n never order anything from here due to the rude behavior of SUJIT n service given. Even if I get this product I am going to return this product ... I want askmebazaar to fulfill their commitment as i purchased it on askmebazaar.com not from the sellers and they cant shrud away from their responsibility by putting the blame on sellers and still continuing to have them on board without taking any action against them and If not I want them to publically display their policy in such event in BOLD on their website. I have even raised a compliant on their website and got a Ticket No. 9175, but when i call the customer service to inquire about the ticket, they told me that the ticket id is wrong, Now they are even fooling the customers by giving wrong ticket id so that no action can be taken and to customer will be fooled.                         I have ordered a roti maker combo offer on 7.11.2015 and 12.11.2015 . They told me that it will take 10 working days. the one i ordered on 7.11.2015 was cancelled by them for some logistics problem which was not intimated to the customer and the one i ordered on 12.11.2015 was delivered on 27.10.2015 but i took more than 10 days to deliver the product . IT WAS ALREADY ASSEMBLED AND IT IS A POOR QUALITY PRODUCT TOO.

I had called your toll free number([protected]) for stop such sms on my number but one of your executive sunil kamby told me that they can't stop sending such type sms on my number and he said that you will receive such SMS on daily basis. If you unable to stop sms on my mobile number, Then kindly provide me the legal authority to proceed this complaint in consumer forum of India for further legal process.                                 Wooden Console delivered on Nov 7th, broken & in bad condition. Client no: [protected] We got a broken piece & even after repeated calls to the helpline number, there has been no action taken. It's been 20 days & about 50 calls, and still nothing from their end. I have repeatedly asked for the broken piece to be picked up & my money to be refunded. Worst service & site, EVER!

                                    I have purchased Sony 10000Mah Power bank online on 09th Nov 2015 vide order no DGA7198219 for Rs 799/-. The seller has supplied second hand & defective power bank on 20th Nov which is not charging as per capacity it only charges for 10 to 15 minutes I e 800-900 Mah . It's one usb is also not working . I have sent 3 mails on 22nd Nov, 25th Nov & 26th Nov. Except registration of complaint no response is received from seller. You are requested to direct the seller to collect the product & refund money.

                                    Frauds are ask me bazaar, I have also bought the same product about 10 months ago and they have delivered me the wrong product and I have returned the same as they said they would refund but they are playing the fool instead they are registering new complaints every time and cheating customers... Please do not purchase any product from ask me bazaar any time. My QRC number is 67946163. They are fooling customer left right and center...
                                    Really Ask Me Bazaar Is Fraud..

                                    Order given at 16.11.15 but i get product today 30.11.15
                                    But they delivered me the wrong product duplicate piece with worst packaging.
