I had purchased these products during Diwali sale at an discounted price, but now askmebazaar is saying that the seller had seller has cancelled the orders and they cant do any thing about it, following are the products :

They are saying to purchase the same with other sellers at a higher price and are doing nothing to protect the customers from these sellers, unlike Flipkart who are giving the products at the same price from other sellers in such scenario, and to add the it the customers Service Agents are rude is speaking and are not guiding logically. the people is spoke to is Agent Mr. Abhijit and Mr. Mukesh and their senior Mr. Kiran.
I want askmebazaar to fulfill their commitment as i purchased it on askmebazaar.com not from the sellers and they cant shrud away from their responsibility by putting the blame on sellers and still continuing to have them on board without taking any action against them and If not I want them to publically display their policy in such event in BOLD on their website.
I have even raised a compliant on their website and got a Ticket No. 9175, but when i call the customer service to inquire about the ticket, they told me that the ticket id is wrong, Now they are even fooling the customers by giving wrong ticket id so that no action can be taken and to customer will be fooled.
This is a very serious issue o[censored]nfair trade practice by askmebazaar, For any further assistance, please feel free to contact me.

The issue is resolved now. I have the refund successfully credited to my credit card.
