Hello Team,
My name is Sumedh and I am staying in Pune.
I have placed my order on 3 November, 2015 on askmebazaar.com (Online store), I have received my product on 23th Nov, and I am wondering product is faulty.Its showing incorrect weight.
On 23 evening i have checked my weight on KB Personal Digital Weighing Scale and it shows 64KG, i am wondering how it become 2 kg loss in just 1 week, then later on when i checked my weight today its showing me 54.9 KG, which is incorrect.
I called up customer care for the same and they refuse to replace it, as i called up after 48 Hrs. (I am not a full to measure my weight/height everyday)
My actual weight is 66KG and this KB Personal Digital Weighing Scale showing me 54.9 KB which is not acceptable at all.
Kindly help me to replace it at soon as possible

I have received call from [protected] and he said he is calling from Askmebazaar and he is asking for my Credit card details along with CCV which is confidential and he is trying for transaction of Rs.4999 and he asked for OTP, i denied to provide that details.
