Hi, I had ordered for "Prestige 20427 Hard Anodised 5 L Pressure Cooker" Black color, where as the product delivered to me was "Prestige Apple Plus Aluminium Pressure Cooker - 5 ltr (Red Color) - 11058". Even though had reverted several mails and informed the customer service, the product had yet not been replaced. Instead they have been informing me that since I had not called them within 48 hours, they are unable to raise a complaint. They also stated that they do not have a complaint department (email) or phone to raise the issue.

The issue has been raised send for so long, but there is no update. received a call from Srinivas from Askmebazaar asking to send the screenshot of Invoice & product box. Have sent it but there is no resolution yet.
Even after repeated complaints, no action has been taken. AskMeBazaar customere support team and the distributor had called stating that since they didn't had the product which had been ordered they have given a different product which is of low value & not acceptable.
After more than a month now, they are still calling and stating that issue is under process and will be reverted back. Such kind of pathetic service needs to be sued properly for the damage both mentally & monetarily.
Even after repeated complaints, no action has been taken. AskMeBazaar customer support team and the distributor had called stating that since they didn't had the product which had been ordered they have given a different product which is of low value & not acceptable.

Askmebazaar — Power Bank not working on the the delivery

I had purchased a power bank from AskMeBazaar and it was not working on the delivery itself. The order number is AB2526725 This was really a bad experience and need support.

      I had ordered a Teak Wood Kreative Art Walnut Folding Laptop Desk LAPTOP-45 2 Wide My order Order Summary; Order Id: AB7280414, Placed on Thursday, 7 November 2015.and got the consignment after 10 days on 24.11.2015 at 10am
      I just revived few minutes before and saw the condition of the desk . It totally fake & Cheap Product as per the vendor specification mentioned by Vendor Kreative Arts A201, First Floor, Lakkar Mandi, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi-110015. and completed damaged condition of this table i just received . I am really in tears i had lost my whole money and faith in ASKMEBAZAAR.COM also I had Done a complaimat with ASKMEBAZAAR with the Customer care ref No.QRC No.66559596
      Kindly make my money to be refunded .

            Ordered for Kavita-Fashion-House-Glitter-Nail-Art-Tool-Kit but I received only 5 plastic pencils & which are showing not to use. No Glitter, No Nail ART product just some sticks.

            I mailed them on their mail ID also mailed to Daksh Prajapati's email ID who delivered the product but no reply yet.

            I will wait for their reply to next 2 week but if they will not reply I will go to consumer court.

            Now it is up to them.

              Hi Team,

              I ordered a car for my Kid which was at 50% discount and post spin wheel I got 48% discount and I got it for Rs. 275.

              When I opened the Car the quality of the product is so cheap that I never Imagined and Secondly it is not WORKING

              MOST IMPORTANT ON THE BOX MRP IS RS.50.

              THIS IS THE QUALITY U SEVE. Pathetic experience.

                My order number AB7254090. I paid 10890 but product not delivered. They're cheating people. Now they have to refund double amonunt. Please don't believe this website. I ordered product on 6th Nov 2015 I waited 20 day's. Customer support not good Even they don't know anything about the shipment. No order tracking. On web site. Finally I loose my confidence on online store. I no this complaint is nothing for them. Finally they wrote we will looking into this. I will share this to my friends and colleagues.

                      This is unacceptable. first of all i did a mistake ordering a gamepad on askmebazar. I wanted an USB interface but got Ps2 interface. secondly the PS2 interface has a defect as well and finally it has been days since I raised refund procedure but nothing has happened yet. please Return my money.

                        I had a call with your executive mr. ankush regarding this, he told me that write email on our email id for the same..

                        your order confirmation detail given below this shows that you confirm my order and your site #askmebazaar shows condition about delivery that you did deliver the product within 10 working days, still i wait for your delivery now the festival has gone, today i had a call in your toll free number they told me that your order has been cancel .

                        I think this is the case of fraudulent and i need to take necessary action against you. i may wait your revert for only 2 days .if You guys are not give me satisfy service. i had lots of call in your toll free number and so, many time .you give me positive response, suddenly what happen i don't know . i just really wan't my order or else i will send this case to Upbhokta forum ..

                        if your answer will not satisfy me . that, why you cancel my order so will sue on you . i am waiting your positive response and hope i will get my order as soon as possible as it is .

                        I will never shop on this site again.

                        Yes, askmebazaar is THE MOST USELESS SHOPPING PORTAL They accept my order, confirm it by email and sms and then do not bother to respond for over 11days. I had sent a mail also but there was no response I sent a reminder and they send a mail saying to login and check status. When I logged in it shows no orders. So I called them up they wanted to know if I was doing Job or business then I am told that the order will be delivered in 10 days of receipt confirming all the details mentioned. When called on the 11th day they say the order is cancelled as the product is out of stock. Prepayments is a VERY VERY BIG MISTAKE ON THIS SITE. THEY ARE JUST FOR GETTING YOUR MONEY AND EARNING BANK INTEREST ON IT. Just faking the products availability with them.SUCH PORTALS SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED

                            I Gaurav Cheema, ordered a SS REMOTE CONTROL HELICOPTER on 19th of november 2015.I recieved my order by a deliveryman of delhivery on 22nd of november 2015.But the moment i opened the packaging, I recieved many fatal blows.which were as follows:- # FAKE PRODUCT RECIEVED FROM THE SELLER 'SHUBAM SOLUTIONS' BY ANOTHER NAME. # THE HELICOPTER WAS NOT IN THE WORKING CONDITION. # BROKEN PARTS OF THE TAIL SHAFT.                                   I have book a head phone from ask me bazaar ..1 is working fine ( head phone ) and other is not ( head phone ) .. I contact service centre inform the detail about product details but after listening the he disconnected the call..
                                  I thought due to technical issue, but continuously 7 times call is disconnected.

                                  Product and customer service are very poor then compare to other ..

                                    On 22.11.2015 I received color wireless CC TV Camera under order No. 65203908 dated 20.11.2015. I find that the camera is not functioning and is not in working order. The camera and the chargers are not working.                                       its been 22 days i didn't received amount from askme bazaar

                                      i am calling mailing ask me care from more than 20 days but their team disconnecting call, putting on hold for long time again and again and in last they say there no order with your mobile number

                                        Hi! I made these two orders on 3rd of Nov 2015 and after checking with their team constantly and waiting patiently for 10 working days I've been told today that both my orders have been cancelled. This is really pathetic that they spend so much money on advertising and hiring Ranbir Kapoor but they cannot deliver on their promises. To write in the terms and conditions that they are just a mediator in between the seller and me but they need to understand that its their reputation on the line. The website wants to replicate Ebay but have no responsibility for the business. They don't even have a tracking system and no account is made for your transaction. I don't think I will buy any more stuff from their website and I will make sure that I can spread the news as much as possible so other people are not fooled by their fake promises.
