Hi Team, I have given order#DGA7053801 dated 3rd Nov 2015 but product is not yet delivered. Askmebazaar is not cancelling the order and not giving any timelines. I have called three times and only today they registered the complaint. Askmebazaar is denying to cancel the order and provide refund. Askebazaar Contact no[protected]. Please look into to resolve.

Hi Team, Product got delivered yesterday. Product was shipped by askmebazaar but they didn't provide any shipment details. Order was placed on 3rd November 2015 and delivered on 23rd November 2015. This high timelines are not acceptable.

          I have booked 3 electronic weighing scale on 01.11.2015, I got SMS & email for conformation of my order. they give me order no AB 6979081 & AB 6978987 on 02.1..2015. I have called their customer care [protected] three times & every time I got answer that it has been dispatched. after that I have filed complaint with them QRC 64711751 ON 17.11.2015, one more time they replied me I will get delivery tomorrow .i.e. on 18.11.15, again I called them on 19th for delivery they answered me you will get delivery tomorrow & after so many argument they told me your order has been cancelled due to some technical reason. one more complaint no QRC 56183617

            I ordered a product from ask me bazaar.com which was not as per the photo shown on the website to which i returned back the product the very next day and launched a complaint regarding the same, but when the process of refund was considered i was told it will take place within 13 working days, for which i waited patiently, its been more than 18 days and i still haven't received the refund yet that to i have submitted my account number and ifsc code .and the customer care a giving me false hope that it will be refunded within the next working hrs and its been more than 8 working hrs and still no sign of refund, Very disappointed with the service and the whole system of Askmebazaar.com Please never ever buy anything from Askmebaazar.com

                  Defective product slow delivery process n slow return! i odered on 9th got the product on 19th just to open and see that the sandal had cracks on it ! now i need to go through their 13 days procedure of refund because they dont offer replacement ! wow! so amazingly satisfying! overall 23 days of nothing !

                    On 30th October at 9.00pm till 9.30 pm, somebody hacked my icici bank debit card and did 6 fraudulent transactions. Have called the call center multiple times and emailed them so many times along with details of Police Complaint acknowledgement but no response. Transactions as follows
                    1. [protected]/0 - INR 7983.00
                    2. [protected]/0 - INR 4011.00
                    3. [protected]/0 - INR 6366.00
                    4. [protected]/0 - INR 6304.00
                    5. [protected]/0 - INR 6099.00 and 6. [protected]/0 - INR 6209.00

                    All the above mentioned transactions are fraudulent.

                    Please help and refund my hard earned money.

                        But till now I have not received my Product.

                        but they are not responding.Already 5 days gone from ticket creation but they are not responding any words.I have mailed them many times but not receiving any response from their end.Askme bazaar web portal totally fraud.Many customer like me already harassed by them.

                          I had ordered for a Levis Jeans Size 34 from Ask Me Bazar.com vide Order ID AB7075509. The payment mode selected was COD. The product was delivered on 12th November 2015 to my registered address. However, when I opened the packet, I found the actual product is quite different in colour and design as was displayed. In fact the size is also not 34 (as was measured physically). Even by the look and quality I doubt whether it is a Levis Strauss product. Hence, I wrote to Ask Me Bazaar and also registered a request asking them to take back the product and arrange for a refund. However, almost a week has lapsed, Ask Me Bazaar has neither responded to my email or even called me on my mobile. I even, submitted a reminder email day before yesterday but even then also no response from the ecommerce. Hence, I seek your intervention to help resolve the matter.

                                I placed an order on 8th November 2015 at ASKMEBAZAAR.COM. This was a gift to my boss who had visited us in India for the first time and was about to leave back to US. Since I had promised him earlier that I would present him with his favorite camera, this gift was special to me. To my surprise, when I called AskmeBazaar helpline, they informed me that my order has been cancelled due to out of stock. This was shocking since my boss was about to leave in 2 days and I was expecting the gift to be delivered by then. To add to my embarrassment, the company did not even inform me about the cancelled order and I could not buy the gift and my Boss left. Feeling harassed, I asked for refund of my money. Then followed a mental agony for me as till now, i.e. 19th November 2015, I have not received any refund money or any confirmation. The helpline support of askmebazaar is useless and they do not confirm anything when my refund would be completed. Without any fault of mine, I am being harassed by this company and its poor services.

                                  The product received was damaged. My order number was AB7270843. The order placed was from Guaba Traders. The top ring of the basket was completely broken. Also the handle of rod of easy mop remains bended. So it does not rotate. The colour of the product received is also green and white when the ordered product was blue and white and is damaged at many places.

                                      Complained about empty packet recieved you guys told for reverse pickup courier guy rejected to take empty packet now your customer care no. is not connecting in that mean time complained so many times they told that issue will be resolved within 24 hour / 48 hour / 72 hour but no solution. it seems ask me bazaar is a fake organisation

                                        I am complaining about product - "Hbs-730 Bluetooth Stereo Headset For Lg Tone Hbs-730 Wireless Mobile Phones" I purchased from ask me bazar on 10th Nov 2015 with Order No DGA7370566. Today on 18th I received the courier and when I opened it there was a wrong product which was "Sony MDR-XB450" which was faulty. I received a wrong product that too faulty. When I called customer care from askmebazar they asked me whether package was intact or opened. I said with was intact then they asked me to contact the dealer in very rude tone and kept the phone without justification and clarifying. It was very unprofessional & pathetic communication from there side even though I was being gentle. I want to return this product & will never again shop from askmebazzar and will recommend others to.
