I placed an order on 8th November 2015 at ASKMEBAZAAR.COM. This was a gift to my boss who had visited us in India for the first time and was about to leave back to US. Since I had promised him earlier that I would present him with his favorite camera, this gift was special to me. To my surprise, when I called AskmeBazaar helpline, they informed me that my order has been cancelled due to out of stock. This was shocking since my boss was about to leave in 2 days and I was expecting the gift to be delivered by then. To add to my embarrassment, the company did not even inform me about the cancelled order and I could not buy the gift and my Boss left. Feeling harassed, I asked for refund of my money. Then followed a mental agony for me as till now, i.e. 19th November 2015, I have not received any refund money or any confirmation. The helpline support of askmebazaar is useless and they do not confirm anything when my refund would be completed. Without any fault of mine, I am being harassed by this company and its poor services.
