Post which the customer called the vendor service late night to confirm the order - at which time I was informed that the order may take sometime to feature in the system of the vendor. On 16th October 2015 in the morning hours I received a call from the vendors appointed customer service team asking me for the preferred time of delivery which was confirmed as between[protected] Hrs. When the order did not make it till 1600 Hrs. the customer called the vendor to check on the order status to which the vendors team responded that there is a 24 Hour cycle for the order and it will be delivered before midnight on the 16th October. Subsequently at 2130 Hrs. on the same day I made multiple calls to check on order status and there was no response given. The order was not delivered on the 16th October as well. Vendor asked the customer to raise a ticket and subsequently 2 tickets were raised with the vendor portal to which there has been no response or redress; no communication has been received from the company and they have failed to provide with a confirmed date or time of delivery; and in essence cheated me on the financial and the service terms as listed in the transaction. As of the 17th October 1510 Hrs. there has been no response or confirmation from the vendor whom I have already paid for and they have been acting with little consumer interest in this case. I have filed a case online with the Consumer Court here in Delhi and look forward to seek your support as well on this as the jurisdiction area comes under you. Further I have roped in the Times Now Media and Legal team as this provides a great insight on to how the multi million online portal trade has no guidelines or principles when it comes to consumer interests and can do unethical business practices with impunity and no fear of law.     I recently ordered a luv lap sunshine stroller on 3 Oct from askmebazaar .com the order number is NDD2442014.on 7 the of october I received the order bit instead of luv lap stroller I received Donald's pram which is cheap quality product. I hv been trying to contact them but there is no response from the company and they are not even trying to exchange the product.please kindly help me in this matter.

      ORDER ID ABF2458899 made on 11 oct.still there are no updates about delivery.customer care simply trained about already known these issues.after all these reviews i decided to cancel and call them.they simply telling at delivery time you reject the product.they also known that the product could not deliver.i made complaint on billing site about this merchant site.but both are fraud ant.

        I had ordered from bestatlowest.com for some groceries. however, the products delivered were different from what i had order. I could not believe that they swapped a deodorant and sent a packet of act 2 popcorn in place of it. I ordered a room freshner spray but i what i got was a gel. Its not about the cost, rather its about the dissapointing attitude that the company is showing. I would never recommend anyone to order from this site. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

          I ordered a 3 shirt combo from askmebazaar.com worth 600/- but I did not like the product when I recieved it and moreover the product is damaged. I filed a complaint for a refund on 27 sept. 2015, but since then it's been 20-21 days, whenever I call the customer care, they say for a refund in 6 days but no one has come to collect the order from me till now. I have also shared my bank details with them for the refund of my payment.

              Order for purchase of 1.5 Ton Split AC 3 Star (LG LSA5PW3A L-Perl) was placed to Askmebazaar.com on 18th July 2015. Order ID: ABF2378052P2. Full cost of the product Rs.26052.00 was paid through credit card. It was promised by the Askmebazaar.com to deliver the product within 7-to 10 working days. After about 10 working days when product not delivered, I enquired at help line number [protected]. they simply replied that order got cancelled (on 12th August 2015) and money will be refunded within 10 working days. It is three month over, still I have not received my money back. Almost every day I am enquiring about the refund, every time same pathetic reply that its in process and within 3-4 working hours I will revert call from Askmebazaar.com. I feel they cheated me. I am still waiting for the refund.

                  The order was booked by me by credit card payment on 26.4.15 for delivering a SONY 10000 mAH power bank to Mr.Saurabh Mani, (as a gift) at following address: 39, Radhanagar, Dayalbagh - AGRA (282005). However, the delivery was done on COD basis (i.e, money was charged twice) and the product was NOT SONY make, as per the order (it was Xiaomi-m ake). Request for replacement was declined. Refund is still pending even after continuous follow up foor the last 5 months, and no reply is given to my several (16 reminders). Always only mere assurance is being given.

My request, Can you please inform them to stop sending any SMSs in my cell phone number: +91 [protected] from AskMeBazaar? If I have ever subscribed then please ask them unsubscribed me. I have tried from their website and cannot see any option to unsubscribe SMS. Most of the SMS getting from DM-520402 & DM-620402. Receiving very frequently is very disturbing, just want get rid of it. Please help

                          Hi Guys, Askme bazaar is fraud site don't ever dare to make any purchase from this site... Placed an order number ABF2467432 on their website and paid Rs 24559, but on next day when I am trying to track order they are saying that your order has been cancelled. I was not having any option except waiting and requesting for the product. Upon subsequent enquiry on 14th August 2015, Askmebazaar told me that order is cancelled and my money will be returned back within 7- to 10 working days. It is three month over, still I have not recieved my money back. Almost every day I am enquiring about the refund, every time same pathetic reply that its in process and within 3-4 working hours I will call from Askmebazaar.com. Similar promises of 3-4 hours happened more that 50 times still nothing had happened. I am still waiting for the refund. I requested through email also many time bot no reply from askmebazaar.com.                             Askmebazaar.com is one of the fraud site, I recommend not purchase anything from this site. I have faced worst experience with them. My order details are given below and how I am facing the problem to get my money back.

                            I have ordered the item with order AB4482850 (Adaraxx Kids Scooter (PINKSCOOTER)) on 6th Aug 2015 and I have paid the amount through credit card. But when Item reached my home, delivery person asked me to pay amount as it is printed wrongly as cash on delivery even though I had paid the amount through credit card.

                            I have called the customer care and explained the situation, customer care executive told me to take the item by paying cash and they will cancel the order so that amount paid through credit card get revert back. I accepted the same and received item by paying cash. My problem started from that day on-wards. So many time I have called to your customer and every time they log QRC till now 9 QRCs has been logged and mention that my amount will be refunded in next three working days, like this so many three working days as completed but still my amount is not refunded. I would like to know without resolving customer query how can they close the logged complaint. When ever I raise query on your customer care next day two to three people will call and ask the same questions and take information without any Coordination between them. Every time they will log one QRC and will say that they will concerned with logistics and my refund will be settled with in three working days. After that there will not be any response till I contact the customer care.
                            I have done so many transactions through many online portals but I have not faced this kind of worst experience. First fault was from their side that, I have paid the amount through credit card and in item it was wrongly printed as cash on delivery. Its almost two and half months completed but I am struggling to get my refund.

                              I have placed an order from AskMeBazzar.com on 16th of september and the orderId id AB5268156 and pay online through my credit card. After 15 days I called them and they replied they will delivered with in 7 days and after 7 days I received message from askMeBazzar.com that Order has been delivered But I didn't receive any order.. I complained against the same in their customercare twice but they are just assuring that they are looking into this. but nothing is happening. I think I did only one mistake that I paid them through online. I think they are fraud. If some one can look into this issue please do the needful.

                                Hi my name is sudher yadav & my brother sushanth yadav had booked Bajaj Majesty SnackMaster Super Dlx 2 Slice Grill in askme bazaar online and i had recd the shipment but in damage condition, which we had informed to askmebazaar customer care and kept return request in online and after five day reverse pickup had done but till now paymnet not received and we are continous followup with askmebazaar customer care([protected]), but we had not received any correct response and some times customer care directly informeing us to do anything, because your amount will not refund

                                    I placed the order for Sony speakers 4.1 channel sa-d10 on 14-oct.-2015 at 16:06Hr. but i paid the money and did not get any kind of confirmation over mobile or email. any time call C care they replying i'll get confirmation after 72 hrs. Is that so??? pls help me out.

                                    Got the refund money on 20.10.2015
                                    I have placed an order from AskMeBazzar.com on 16th of september and the orderId id AB5268156 and pay online through my credit card. After 15 days I called them and they replied they will delivered with in 7 days and after 7 days I received message from askMeBazzar.com that Order has been delivered But I didn't receive any order.. I complained against the same in their customercare twice but they are just assuring that they are looking into this. but nothing is happening. I think I did only one mistake that I paid them through online. I think they are fraud. If some one can look into this issue please do the needful.

                                      Hi, I Booked a mobile phone online with askmebazaar.com on 15 Oct 2015 confirmation number is AB6168756. Payment was also done online through Payback offer with Credit Card. On 16 Oct, I called up Askmebazaar.com Customer Care to enquire about product shipping to my horror they said the Prodct was cancelled since stock was not availabe. I was not even informed through sms/ email. This is utter carelessness, the company didnt even ask for cancellation, took money onlline, didnt even send cancellation details. Now they say refund will be done in 10 days which is utter non sense. The company doesnt have any Terms and Condition for which I agreed to. Please help in early cash refund. Else I warn the company to file a suit.

                                        I am purchase Combo of Two Solid T Shirts and Nokia 105 Mobile Phone and 8GB Memory Card from AskmeBazaar. My Order ID is - AB5955058.I received item on[protected]. When i open the seal i get old mobile with different IMEI1 AND IMEI2 number on pack and mobile. they r sending old 107 nokia mobile in new packet and on seal they seal by cello-tape. T-shirt is also in bad condition no one can wear it with damage condition.Shipping is also taking too late. Regards, Raju kumar
