-26 oct 2015 -i am order combo of two solid t shirt and nokia 105 mobile phone (oderd id-ab6332331) but the askmebazar give me duplicate products.And make me fraud with me..Please help me immidately .Otherwise i will sucide. Cont-tejas babaji padwal ph-[protected]

I have ordered 2 blue and 1 black jeans...but Askmebazaar had sent all 3 blue jeans...when i have called the on the customer phone number [protected] they tol that the ur money will b refunded within 13 days...but no immediated had been taken they have not sent an email that ur order has been cancelled and ur money will refunded into ur a/c...service is not proper

Hi,

Purchased combo (T-shirt, Watch, Aviator, Belt, Purse) 2082372 product, order no. 55087702 and delivered pack has faulty materials (Aviator set and damaged Purse [wallet]). Also the quality of T-Shirt is not up to the mark.

I am very disappointed with this set of delivery pack.

Please take your material and refund my money immediately.

What is this, are they kidding.what type of service they are providing.

I have placed a Pre-Paid order no AB6561615 dated 25 October, 2015 for Philips HP-8344 Hair Straightener on AskMeBazaar.com

For some reason i have to cancel the order as i am no more interested buying the product. There is no option of creating profile for such orders on this website. Consumer can not manage track or cancel the order.

So i contacted on the site's helpline no [protected] on 26/10/2015 and asked them to cancel it. They said that they can not cancel it now. They asked me to not receive the order when the courier try to deliver it and refuse to take the delivery then. I told them to send me a confirmation email of order cancellation but they refused.

Then i send email after email on [protected]@askmebazaar.com and attached the order confirmation copy and payment receipt copy to cancel the order and refund the money but they did not respond.
Then i looked up on internet and found a support link (http://support.askmebazaar.com) of the same site on some consumer forum website. I created an ID with same mobile no and email id as in i provided my order. I raised a complaint ticket (#5202) for the issue and attached the order confirmation copy and payment receipt copy. They replied only once after my many messages and told me the same thing there too (to not receive the product at the time of delivery).

But it has raised my suspicion as i have found numerous online complaints stating that the site doesn't cancel the order and ask to return the delivery...and they do not refund the money after that in most of the cases.
Through many online complaints, I have also learned that they rarely deliver a Cash On Delivery product. And in cases of prepaid orders, either they don't deliver and don't refund OR they deliver fake or damaged products or deliver products varying from ordered products. In some prepaid orders, they even deliver products as cash on delivery evening after paying in advance...and on refusing the delivery, they don't refund. And in cases of cancelled orders where the consumer refuse to accept the delivery, they don't return the money after that. I have also come to know that in various cases they say that they will call on your contact no after some time...and after some time, they dismiss the issues saying that they called but the phone was switched off / out of range etc..

Order Quantity is 01 No. Order amount is Rs. 1971.00 However, i had to pay only Rs 1931.58 as i paid through PayUMoney and the gave me a discount of 2%.

Please help me and get me my money back...Thanks... It is not just about the money...I just hate such cheaters so i want to spread awareness.

Sir I ordered t shirt combo..with no AB5900023.its takes more than 20 days. Still iam not received. They send it through delivery courier service with way bill no[protected].I called many times but there is no response.. I paid amt for it..I don't have time to wait..cancel the order and refund money..

Light Weighted Sport Shoes For Men - JKAGRSP07, i order for 8 no. shoes size but you send me different no. pair of shoes one is 8 no and other 7 no. how can i and you bear it. this is mistake by you i suffer it . please send me same size of shoes and give me componsation Rs.1000/= for it because i purchase shoes from market due to your mistake.

I have placed an order in askmebazaar and paid money. Product was suppose to be delivered within 10 days however yet not deliver and its more than 10 days.They don't have tracking details nor shipment details.when asked for refund they are not ready for it.
Worst service ever.

I had placed 2 orders for LED 43J5100 one is on 19th oct2015 and another one is 20th oct 2015. order no.ABF2478935 And ABF2484952. Today i received an sms stating that order id no ABF2478935 is cancelled due to stock out and your refund will be paid 5-7 working days. I made a call to call center and asked for the status of the other id ABF2484952 they said we have stock it will be delivered within 10 working days. They unnecessarily taking money from us and after few days say order cancelled due to some issues and refund after 10days totally around 1 month they keep our money in their bank account and manage their business with our money. Even for refund they take 10 days. Why can't they refund immediately? when order has been cancelled.

I have ordered a product (t shirt combo) from askmebazaar and my order number is AB6235703. I got my product yesterday itself. But I could see that the product I have received is not the same that I have ordered. The delivered products has prints on it, but I have ordered only plain colors t shirts. And the size of the product is also a big problem. I have ordered medium size T shirts, but the items that I have received are too small. I have informed them via their help line email-id and i didn't get response from them yet.

A broken item was delivered on 03-09-15 and same day lodged complaint and was told item will be picked with 7 working days. Inspite of calling & emailing item is not picked Up. This is sheer an unprofessional way of treating the customers. Its actually cheating. I have spent more than 200 rs. on phone calls but all in vain. PLS DO NOT BUY FM ASKME.

I ordered a 1 TB hard disk from askmebazaar.com worth rupess 3100(Order Id: AB6378042).They send me a Big stone instead of Hard disk.They are totally fake .there are many complaints again them in social sites.Please take hard action against them and ensure that they will return my money asap

I had a very bad experience with askmebazaar.com, I purchased some item on 14th of October and till now I did not got any details that my product has been dispatched. I a total waste of time as well as money. I had called on [protected] more than 10 time but they just say that your order will be shipped soon. Hi, Order AB5813754. The product was delivered on 25oct 2015. Since this is the electronic product which comes with the manufacturer warranty against invoice. askmebazaar didn't sent any invoice. the only paper printed with delivery information mentioned as invoice no-0, date purchased-0 and tin no-0. I asked them for invoice and till date they haven't sent invoice. seems like they are doing fraudulent with Govt. of India by not following proper trade practices. They assured me multiple times that they will send me Invoice but no one did that. Can you help me in getting invoice.

I have received damaged product from the seller. raised a request thru askmebazaar.con ([protected]@askmebazaar.com) within 48 hours. no response from them till now. when I called up customer care, after 3 days, they are not responding properly and guiding properly.
