          I have a complaint regarding an online purchase done by me at AskMeBazaar.com. Below are the order details. Order number - AB5498417 Order date - 26 September Item - Remote controlled helicopter (toy) Quantity - 2 The actual order quantity was two and also the voucher sticked over the outer packet shows quantity as two. But when I opened the packet I found only one item. I received the packet on October 6. The same day itself I posted a complaint detailing the order in Askmebazaar contact page.I got an acknowledgement that they will contact me soon. Till Oct 8 I didn't get any call/reply from them. So I dialed to their helpline number [protected] on Oct 8. They informed it was not their fault and the executive asked me to send an email to their helpdesk id [protected]@askmebazaar.com. As per this I forwarded my initial email to their helpdesk id. Again no response from their end. So again I called to the same helpline number on Oct 9. They repeated the same words that they can't do anything and I have to contact Slashkart, the supplier, to resolve this issue. As the voucher does not have any contact number or email id of Slashkart (only address available), I asked the phone executive to share me the contact info of Slashkart. But I was surprised to hear that they don't have their supplier's contact info. In total I have made 7 calls to them and I lost about 50 rupees talking to them without any result. I realized that I have been cheated by Askmebazaar. So I decided to raise a complaint againt them. Either I need the pending item to be delivered or they should refund me the amount. Please consider this complaint. Hoping for a positive result. Thanks Chanthu

            Dear Sir, We have ordered 2 nos of led tv from askmebazaar website. we have made the payment of Rs. 59998 on 23rd august 2015 and the order got cancelled by askmebazaar on 16th september 2015 due to non availability of product. now till date they are not refunding the money back. I have also launched complain in their help desk and called customer care services many time but they are not refunding the money. the local address that they have provided us of their office is also a false address.               On 3rd August I bought one Bltra Electric Dosa Pan(SDP-101) through www.Askmebazaar.com and order id. was- AB4439242 and subtotal after discount was 716. Money was transferred through www. Payumoney.com but it was debited through my Uco bank A/c and debited amount was Rs708( attachment uco bank transaction1 jpeg) and rest was provided by (eg.Rs 8) by M/S www. Payuomoney.com as discount. But after placing order I didn't get any order confirmation and I raised an issue with M/S www.Payumoney.com and money was refunded But after some delay I got order confirmation email and it should be "cash on delivery" It was dispatched from your Karolbagh New Delhi facility and dispatched through BLUEDART and delivery person collected Rs716 cash from me.. But I received the carton and after opening carton I astonished to see that I have got one Baltra GEM BTL 112 emergency light, which has no connection with the ordered product and which I don't need. After that I contacted your customer service over phone at -[protected] and one complaint was registered. After that I got one SMS that refund was initiated at your end from 28/8/15 but I same was not reflected at my A/C till date. After that I lodged a complaint and your tame informed on 30th Sep that it will refunded 8-10 days.But 15 days has elapsed I didn't get a dime. I am very much disappointed

              Several times I informed you that initially it was a prepaid order and
              money was transacted through Payumoney, due to some issue it was refunded (Rs716),

              BUT IMPORTANT POINT IS THAT AFTER that order was converted to COD order, and BLUEDART people collected Rs 716 from me as a cash but delivered wrong product with proper packaging and carton .I DIDN'T GET THE REFUND OF THIS CASH AMOUNT.

              I think it will clear your confusion. Please read the previous ticket carefully. It was properly written there. Previous complaint link-http://support.askmebazaar.com/helpdesk/tickets/4423, Attachment are also there, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

                I have purchased a Samsung power bank, which is not working since the I have received it. Lodged a complaint for return but unfortunately, after so many complain numbers generated during the time they claim they have refund the amount, to my a/c, for which I have provided bank statement as a proof.they just keep on generating new QRC number every time and cheat the consumers with poor quality products, and not refunding the money.I think this company is thriving on this strategy, BC for such a low amounts at stake not many people go to Consumer courts. My present QRC is 5195123, its been over 7 months now, the product is still with me and my money in their hands.!

                      I have purchase one table mate laptop table with buy one and get one free offer through askmebazaar.Com (order number dga5656421) and i have paid rs.1046-346 =rs.700/- . After recving and opened the parcel i came to know that they have send only one table. Immediatly i contact the customer care over phone. They are simply told that, sorry for the inconveniance and they asked me to send back the product through courrier. And they told that after receving the parcel they will refund an amount of rs.500/- instead of rs.700/- paid by me. What is this ? as me bazaar.Com simply cheeting the public.

                          I had placed two orders for: Combo Of Two Solid T Shirts & Nokia 105 for 779 on askmebazaar.com. Both orders got delivered with Low quality china mobiles instead of Nokia 105 as indicated in website as well as on the invoice attached with the parcel. Order no are: AB5871386 and AB5871553. I have asked for refund and registered complaints. They don't even give intimation via message or email regarding complaint is registered. Its name should be conmebazaar. Pathetic service.

                                Sir i have ordered a product on 8 september2015 still i didnt treceive ...inspite of multiple complaints i have received is a of ASK ME BAZAAR... inspite of repeated complains still i didnt receive my order (AB5051022) instead of that i was supposed to return the order without receiving it...LOL...i am happy to say SHAME ON THE SERVICE OF ASK ME BAZAAR...it is more than a month i didnt receive my placed order...i am pissed of on complaining infinitive times over phone...now i think this is really a fraud site.i was suppose to get my order by today but as i said i have only received an infinitive ...i have given multiple chances...now its no more...
                                trust me i will never ever purchase anything from this site...i prefer giving my hard earned money to poor than to give to the fraud site...
                                thankyou so much for such service...
                                if the site has got a bit of shame kindly refund me the money orelse remember this busniss has to shut down soon...i dont need any of filthy assurances of getting the order...just refund me the money with interest...

I suggest everyone to never buy any product from askmebazzar. i have ordered a stylish core watch, and when i have received it, it is totally different they are shoeing on there website and they also take a cash on delivery either i have pay on-line payment. and when i have call them for refunding they are even don't refund my amount .
