I ordered Product on Oct 11, 2015 form ask me bazaar and i am waiting as per there rules 10 days delivery and now is 31 Oct, 2015 product not received yet and whenever i call to support they just said your product is on the way and yesterday on Oct 30 they said "your order was cancelled" i don't how they cancel my order and without sending any mail, here i am waiting like a fool Really a bad experience with ASKMEBAZZAR, advice to everyone never purchase anything from them just fake store

    I have given an order on 20.10.15 vide order id- AB6374979 but after that no response from ask me bazzar.when I contacted on 30.10.15 they are telling order cancelled. No information about the cancellation . So don't waste your time for this website.

              Today 30.10.2015 i got my order product from ask me Bazar. But the product is wrong which i was order on 26.10.2015. Actually i ordered "Adaraxx 3.5 Channel Remote Controlled Helicopter With Built-In Gyro - Jatin9666"...and they send me "Adaraxx 3amp 46 5 channel remote controlled helicopter"... and the product also not working, faulty product...so i refund my money .

              I feel cheated. The Adaraxx 3 amp 46.5 channel R C helicopter is not working. There is no basic instructions along with the product. The charger does not light up when connected to the mains.

                I have ordered induction cookware set of 5, order no. 55068224, customer name : satyam kamble, which they have claimed of miltan company in product details, but they delivered of speed company which i don't know.. It is very old, from packing to everything. They delivered only 4 piece of product. Handles are broken, and fitting were inappropriate. I am emotionally disturbed. They delivered faulty product..i want serious action should be taken on ask me bazar and dealer. I want company should give us claim of 50000rs, as we trusting them and they are playing with our emotions

                  I had placed a order with COD on 14th Oct and got a confirmation. Did not recieve any information after that. I called them up after 7 days but I was told that order is in process and I should call after 10 days to get exact information. When I called on 25th Oct, I was told to call up on 29th. I called up today i.e. 30th Oct and now I was told that my order is cancelled as the product is out of stock. I fail to understand if they had to cancel the order then why they kept me hanging for so long !!!

                      I ordered ck euphoria perfume for which I made payment top. Didn't get any system msg regarding tracking my order. I waited for 5 days but I had no clue regarding my order, I called up their office. Staff was so friendly arrogant that I felt to go to their office and slap them. Then the best part comes. The lady tells me that my order is been cancelled by them only as they were out if stock. Salaaa. If they didn't had stock why the hell they didn't let me know in a day or two. What made them cancel my order after 4 5 days. Before cancellation they should have let me know the details about it. And the beat part after 7 days yet my money is not being credited back..

                        I purchased sunglass against order no AB4515304 while i paid money through net banking when the product was delivered courier folks took COD from my parents( senior citizens) who are unfamiliar with the on-line fundas. Which eventually lead me raising my first complaint with the customer service of askme bazaar on 22nd August 2015. Initially i thought i was a mistake by the company but despite several follow ups after 20 days they agreed to refund my money and request for my bank details which i shared same day, however i have not received any refund till date . i have raised so many complaints post receiving the confirmation from them sharing one of such incident no. QRC46239388 raised/ shared to me during first my week of October in which they did confirm the refund once again but till now i don't see any money refunded to my account so far. I really wonder how i can sue this bunch of frauds sitting out their and looting innocents folks money, I also observed that so called on-line shopping giant doesn't even have a e-mail support. when i asked them to send me an e-mail confirmation mentioning the status of refund. seriously doubt the authentic of this company.                           Ordered a philips qt4011/15 trimmer on 21st Oct. I got it delivered on 29th Oct.
                          Excited I was to open the package only to find that it was a defective product.
                          The trimmer just wouldn't start even after I kept it for charging.
                          I called up askmebazar.com only to be told that they would be refunding the amount in 13 working days.
                          There is no replacement policy in place.
                          There is no mail correspondence in place. You will have to call and follow up from time to time. It is a headache.
                          What it also means is that the company holds my money without any interest levied on it.
                          It was my first shopping experience on askmebazar.com. It was the worst online shopping experience I have had so far.
                          Though the price was less(after applying coupon), I now realize the credibility of other competitors such as flipkart, amazon, etc.

And they didnt provide any tracking details for NDD order, and after calling customer care they do not provide tracking details and also dont give proper answer. Just they give me one answer from past 3 days, your product will deliver tommorow or we will get details of product as soon as we get response from SM.                                   I have placed 4 orders on your company website and have absolutely no clue on whats happening. The details of the emails received are pasted below: 1) 2 Cash on Delivery order for 4 perfumes – no status update till today. Yesterday I called your helpline they could retrieve my orders. Today I spoke to a lady called Sunita and she says she cannot see anything at all. Order nos – DGA 6592117 and DGA 6592240 2) 1 Pre paid order placed on the 26th – order no AB 6592469. Amount paid Rs 799. No update at all 3) Order placed today – amount charged to my card Rs. 1097. No order number received till now. The transaction was done at 10:43 in the morning
