I have brought an iPod with a 8gb memory card but the iPod was wrong first in the pic the iPod was great but they sent the otherone then i have charge it can't charge I have called askme them they said that it cant be replaced it would only be refumd and ask about my bank id why i tell them about my id i want another ipod replace it they told no we cant replace whyyyyyy bc

    I am very disappointed with AskMeBazar. I hv order Paris Polo Combo of 3 Fashion Strech Jeans Balck & Blue Colour 32 Inch(Trader - O. P. Traders & Packers) for Rs.699/- ID No. AB5947446 on 10th Oct, 2015. after few days I make enquiry about status of delivery on customer care on [protected], get report that due to unavailability of stock, my order was cancelled. Neither they have send me message or mail me regarding the same. Later i got sms from AskMeBazar that ur order in on way to deliver. On 21st October, 2015, I got Delivery by Delivery awb[protected] from Askme - Trader name - Eway Trading. After opening Parcle, I get shocked. Parcel which is send by them and trader name written was Eway Trading, carry 1 Blue Jeans & 2 Light green Jeans. all jeans are not of Paris Polo brand as I order. 2 jeans of them r very very worst in quality. whlie calling to customer care on [protected], representative from Askme says me that "we have no replacement policy. I[censored] want to cancel the order, first you give Bank details. Our Courier Boy will come to collect the order in 13 to 15 days and then after Company refund the money in customer's Bank A/c". I got surprised. How I can now trust on company as first they does not give the product as per my order. (note: In Bill send with the courier, it is mention that parcel contained 3 Paris Polo Combo of 3 Fashion Strech Jeans Balck & Blue Colour 32 Inch Trader name - Eway Trading). Who get guarantee for refund of my money if I first return the product to them or their courier / delivery boy. Is they give me note / certificate for the same while collecting defective product from me. If the said company does not have replacement policy, then they hv to refund amt. against the taking of product and not after taking product. I regularly use E-commerce like Snap deal, Filpkart, Amazon, etc. But I never faced this type of problem and never get this type worse service. Note - while talking with AskmeBazzar's representative on call, he is refuse to give me contact Nos. of their authorised superior person / PRO / Manager. so I am unable to speak with company's superior authority regarding same.

        Dear Sir/Madam I had ordered a Studds Helmet from ask me bazzar. There is not mentioned any size of helmet, so it by generally thought as a normal size helmet. Even there customer care executive also tell there is no size mentioned and it is a general helmet, but when I received that helmet it is too small, not a general helmet. I have pay the cost of the helmet, but I am unable to use that. I am telling them to return that product and refund my money, they said it is not possible, even they know it is not a general helmet, but saying that what I am ordered they deliver me. If they mentioned any size, then I don't order that or order in my size. They are not mentioning size and said it is a general helmet. I am unable to use that because of the size. Try to help to get my money back. I ask them to return their product. They should be aware of that helmet size, because it comes in common sizes. Now they don't give me the right product, but saying that what i am ordered they deliver me. I am order because i thought it is a general helmet because there is no size mentioned. Please do for further.

          My order no, is AB-3810437 I had order 10 piece of 3 wt LED bulb by paying on line thru net banking. But when parcel arrived it was COD I called at askme call center and company executive requested to take the COD by paying cash and as invoice is COD paid they will return me my net banking payment as refund. I paid cash and accepted the delivery now since last 3 months I am following up with company they say some one will call back from back office and refund will be done in next 4 days but no one is calling back nor the refund is done

            Hi, I had ordered a spirite phone sticky 2600 mah power bank. I received it on 10th Oct 2015. The packing was the worst I had ever seen after being exposed to the packaging of Flipkart and Amazon. The delivery guy was very particular to take the money first and didn't even show me the product before taking the money ( It was a COD purchase). He knew if I had seen the product I wouldn't have paid. The power bank turned out to be old, used and faulty. It holds a maximum of 500 mAh power. And even that drains automatically if you keep the power bank lying for 24 hrs. The sun glass I got as free are small and scratched. I raised a complaint on the 10th Oct 2015 saying I demand a refund and got an acknowledgement email saying they will contact me soon. No one contacted me. Today is the 16th of Oct 2015 and I called them up. They said I should have raised the complaint within 48 hrs. Case closed. Amazing considering Amazon and flipkart give 30 days to return a product. Then I realized I am an Indian living in India and fleecing customers is in the DNA of Indian business houses with very very few exceptions. The order no is AB 5615210. I am greeted by the voice of Ranbir Kapoor whenever I call askmebazaar.com. The face of Ranbir doesn't help in restoring my confidence in Indian ecommerce portals. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ASKMEBAZAAR. The lesson I learned the hardway. Not all e-commerce portals are amazon. Congratulations askmebazar for adding one more name in the long list of people you have fooled.

            I would like correct some mistakes in the above complaint. I am angry so I got some fact s wrong. I received the product on 10th Oct 2015. I emailed askmebazaar on 16th Oct 2015 and not on 10th Oct 2015. Today is the 21st Oct 2015 and I called them and was told I should have raised the first complaint within 48hrs where amazon and flipkart gives you 30 days to return.

              Order no AB 5363958 was for two water pipes and guns on website.
              what was received was only one due to cash on delivery it was not taken back.
              confirmed with customer care it was wrong order.
              inspire of number of call which got interrupted repeatedly no conversation possible.
              number of mails sent by g mail account [protected]@gmail.com from 3.10.2015.
              even on 20th they say that bank details are not updated. on21st october verbally recorded bank details complain no QRC53897544. do not know that this will be final or not. you purchase on line so one has not waste time and bargain but this is case of mental torture, waste of time and no willing ness of person to communicate even by mail.

                I had placed an order for a dell laptop (Inspiron - 3543) but have not yet received the confirmation for my Order number: NDD2478952. I had send email to the customer support to check if the order has been confirmed and send me the needful confirmation msg and had received a call confirming the order has been placed and will be delivered next day between 10 - 1 pm but have not received any confirmation msg so I have called the customer care and they told me the order number is invalid. I am very much concerned as the payment of rs.26313 has been debited from my account. Please assist me here, either deliver me the product or refund me my money.

                  I had received one item ordered from askmebazaar.com ( ordered no. Ab5830815) the item was combo pack of two shirts, nokia 105 mobile phone, and one 08 gb memory card. But after receiving item, the mobile battery was working well. But after two days, the battery was blank, not responding. When i called them, they said that the item was received on 14/10/15. Any problem should have reported within 48 working hrs after receiving the item.

                    I have ordered a pendrive from askmebazaar.com that i received on 28th august. The pendrive was faulty one and i raised a complaint the same day about defective product being delivered. Since then i have called them 7 times and they have provided me 3 complaint ids for refund process but even after more than one and half months i haven't got my money back. Every time i call them they put call on hold and i have wasted more than 40 rs in calling them. Also not sure why every-time they are asking to verify bank account details.

                      I bought Intex Atom mobile on 05/10/2015 & it was defective. I called customercare & they Said it will be replaced but till now nothing done.
                      On 8/10/2015 I ordered Combo of Nokia 105 & Tshirts, but the tshirts were worst quality like footpath products & the handset was not Nokia, it was a cheap china handset.
                      Now the customercare is not responding.
                      I request all dont buy from askme bazaar, they are thiefs.

                        Askmebazaar is a really fake website one month ago i saw an advertisement of the company on my fb wall there was an offer of flat 200 off on any purchase and i ordered a trimmer but there is no any response of the companay. I called customer care three times they registered a complain and say it will be delivered sir we have dispached bt still there is no any response. I placed order on 17th september and today is 20th october. I aint gonna purchase anything from this website and i suggest everyone to not buy any product from it.                           Dear Sir/ Madam i had placed an order on date 19 oct 2015 for Microsoft Lumia 435 dual sim mobile under order number NDD2478606. i credited an amount of Rs. 335 through my debit card. They send an confirmation mail and a sms. On 20th Oct, 2015, they called me through number [protected], and confirm the product to be deliver in between 1-4 p.m., then again they called through same number around 3.30 pm saying that order has been cancelled, saying we will refund amount in between 3-5 days. but if i am giving them the money at time then why they are taking so much time?? i want the product. if such a company shows an order and then cancel it, its a big shame on them and they are breaking the trust of the customer, they will be sued for this.

                              I would like to discuss this with your senior officials. I had ordered the product
                              F&D A511 2.1 Multimedia Speakers, With the ID-AB5804698.
                              I had placed this order on 7th of October 2015.

                              On 9th of Oct. I had called the customer care at 15:26hrs. Just to check with the status. Because I haven't received any status message or mail of the product. The response from your team was that order is available, It will be delivered in 10 working days. Again till 12th of October, I had not received any status. The response was still the same from your team (14:18pm). At (9:40 am on 14th the message was still the same from the CC department.

                              To my shock when I called today, the order was cancelled, Due to non-availability. Can anyone clear me that why you book the order when its non-available. The CC department keep on repeating it that the order is available. How come at once the product got out of stock.

                              Still on site the product is being sold the proof of the same I am attaching below.

                              Not expected this kind of service from ASK ME BAZAAR. Who have a endorsement with the star like Ranbir Kapoor.

                                I have ordered columbus shoe from askmebazaar.com dated 15/10/2015 of 9 size. But i got shoes of size 6 from NSDS consultants pvt ltd, B-23, first floor, Phase 1 Mayapuri industrial area, Near golden gate market, Mayapuri, New delhi. When i ask them(askmebazaar) to replace, they clearly says no. They are just big frauds. My order id is :-AB6168789. Product name:- Columbus amp 45 Tab amp 45 1115 Stylish Sports shoes for men 847498. Also, they haven't mentioned about size in the order mail, so that customer cannot make complaint regarding this. I have also read about the same complaint of shoes on the internet. They are just big frauds.

                                      I have ordered a mp3 (bluethoot connectivity) player n it's deliver on time but when I checked it then I found it has a sound problem. so I simply call the company number to complain about the product but they said that sound problem is not a big problem and it can't change. pls solve my problem. I want to return this product. And want my refund. And I also mail the company mail id [protected]@askmebazaar.com about my problem n share my bank account details. my order id no is AB5823704

                                        mini bolster pair with embroidery, its disgusting its like some one has used and send the fabric is worst and torn this is not the first time but this is the 4th time i had got this type . its worst company coz they are taking one customer for granted because if one customer leaves another customer will come.
