I order a remote controlled toy for my kid thru Ask me bazar which is still not delivered to my address. As there's no online tracking facility so I inquired thru customer care (+[protected] on 28th September 2015. They replied it generally takes 10 days to deliver (and i called on the 10th day), then said it must be arriving, which clears me that there is no full proof system for tracking & to check delivery status. I waited till 2nd October 2015, again called on the number. This time it was surprising to hear that the order reached the RTO (blah, blah...) and the order is being returned back to the dealer and your money will be refunded (the money still dint received). So i asked why???
He replied as i dint pick up the call from the delivery person (which is totally wrong, as i dint get any call). This incident speaks about the courtesy level of the system towards their customer and a sure fraud who eats away customers money. Shame...

    They are sending me daily 10 to 20 SMS to buy products from their site. Is am very much irritated and getting disturbed by this sms . So ask them to stop sending SMS to this number [protected].I have more important things to attend than checking the advertisements by sms

On following up with them I was informed they are in transit. Subsequently I received an SMS stating my orders have been cancelled and the amount reversed. No reason was given for my order cancellation and no compensation for the time and money blocked with the company offered to me.         Myself Aneesh Prathap, i had ordered a Czar Chopper set on September 1 and it got cancelled on September 4th. I have called customer care ten to twenty times regarding refund and they always make fake promises regarding this issue. Worst online shopping experience i have ever faced.           I have ordered Nokia 225 with discount. They sent me 2 bill in same minute with and without offer and detected money without offer. This is my worst experience in online shopping. Customer service is not at all responsible for the mistake and just promising won't happen next time.crappy service. DONT GO FOR OFFERS HERE

                    Hi, I had ordered groceries and some home products from askmegrocery.com on September 23, 2015. My order number is AMBAL[protected]. The payment for these products (~Rs. 750) was done online only before the delivery of the products. When the order was delivered, we found out that one main product Air Wick room freshener(costing ~Rs.480) was not delivered. Since it was the costliest product in our list, we tried contacting the helpline number [protected]. The customer service representative told us that we would receive a call within the next one hour. From that day onwards, I am calling on this helpline number on a daily basis and I am getting the same response every time but till date I have not received any call from them, nor have I got my product delivered. Not sure what exactly is their operations procedure and who is supposed to call me back and what further information do they need fro me when I have already told them the same story atleast 15 times. I just want to confirm from the company why have they set up a helpline when they cant help out people. Secondly, I want my product delivered to me ASAP. Thanks, Nitin Arora

                      Sir The R/C helicopter supplied against order no 47040996 Dated 25.09.15 is damaged.. its not taking lift, nor its tail propeller engine working. i want my credit + courier charge back RS 374 + 130 ASAP. i had never expected this from Ask me bazaaar.

                          I'm receiving plenty of SMS from AskMeBazaar with different offers. It is around 25-30 times a day. My request, Can you please inform them to stop sending any SMS in my cell phone number: +91 [protected] from AskMeBazaar. I have tried from their website and cannot see any option to unsubscribe SMS. Most of the SMS getting from DM-520402 & DM-620402. Receiving very frequently is very disturbing, just want get rid of it. Please help

                              Askmebazaar.com is bigtime FRAUD company. I placed an order for NIKON Coolpix S3600 Digital Camera, order number: AB3685527 on June 21st. I did not receive any updates on the status of my order and when I called to enquire I was told that I have cancelled the order!! I should be a fool to call and check on my order after cancelling it!!?? After this I called several times to ask for refund of the amount: 5948/- that I had paid toward the product to be delivered. Its been 3 months now and I have not got my money back not the product . Everytime I call them I am told you will hear back from us within 4 days and receive the refund in 10days, but nothing until now.

                              I got a call from someone saying its from askmebazaar and its in response to this complaint. I am being asked to share my debit card number and expiry date on the phone by some stranger if I want my refund. I refused to share and the person cut the call abruptly. The call came from number: [protected]. There is no response when I call back.
                              Another fraud???
                              I received 2 sms on my phone number today that says:
                              "Dear AskMeBazaar buyer, we tried to reach you for your refund for AB3685527. Since we could not contact you successfully, please call us back and reconfirm your bank details. Buyer Support:[protected]"
                              When I called back to the support number, they had no clue about this and the support executive said that since you did an online transaction we will not need any bank details from you and you will receive the payment by Monday since Friday/Saturday/Sunday is not a working day.

                                ये sumsung charger orginal नही है और मेरे mobile s3 मे charge नही ले रहा है मूझे orginal charger चाहीए अगर नही होता है तो उसके बदले कूछ अऔर सामान देदै जो कम से काम तो आए ये काम ही नही कर रहा है

                                  Have made payment of Rs.3526 for a product on sept 13th. Yet to receive the product. Callin daily 3 to 4 times and getting the standard reply that concerned team 'll get back. What the hell is happening ? Give me the damn product or my money back. Haven't seen this kinda poor service in any online purchasing website. Anybody pls help me

                                        Dear sir i have place the order in askme.com due to their poor response i have cancelled my order on 23rd of sep-15. by 23rd sep-15 i have received sms from askme.com that within 3-5 working days we will refund the amount but iam not recieived refund again october1st received same sms from askme.com that within 3-5 working days. they are refunding my amount every 5days they sending same sms and they are postphoning. they are debited amount of 999/- within 5minutes and they are not responding for refund. kindly help us sir. thankking you..
