I have been trying to call them but they are not answering. I dropped 2 mails on their on their two ids but haven't got response. Further, I ordered a Nokia X105, a memory card and two medium sized tees. I received Nokia 6070, a memory card and two small tees which are of no use of mine. They are not responding I want my money back quickly so that I can buy from somewhere else.

I have order the samsung power bank on askmebazzar.com on 13/09/2015. i received the product on 23/09/2015 which is a used product. its an old product not a fresh piece. I m totally disappointed with this product. My order no. is AB5164577. Regards. Arun Kukreja [protected]

My Name is B Krishna Reddy.I Purchased One PowerBank through online site is askmebazaar.com..they send duplicate product.At that time i was called to customercare they says you have to return back that item..your money credited to your bank they are saying like that..But till now Money not credited to my bank..when i was called to customercare there is no proper response..i send so many mails also there was no response.Till now six months over..right now seventh month running but my issue not resolved..when i was spoke to customer care there is no proper response also..My Order id :AB1771284

On 3rd August I bought one Bltra Electric Dosa Pan(SDP-101) through www.Askmebazaar.com and order id. was- AB4439242 and subtotal after discount was 716. Money was transferred through www. Payumoney.com but it was debited through my Uco bank A/c and debited amount was Rs708( attachment uco bank transaction1 jpeg) and rest was provided by (eg.Rs 8) by M/S www. Payuomoney.com as discount. But after placing order I didn't get any order confirmation and I raised an issue with M/S www.Payumoney.com and money was refunded(attachment payurefund.jpeg). But after some delay I got order confirmation email and it should be "cash on delivery" It was dispatched from your (aAskmebazzar.com)Karolbagh New Delhi facility and dispatched through BLUEDART and delivery person collected Rs716 cash from me.. But I received the carton and after opening carton I astonished to see that I have got one Baltra GEM BTL 112 emergency light, which has no connection with the ordered product and which I don't need. After that I contacted your(askmebazzar.com) customer service over phone at -[protected] and one complaint was registered. After that I got one SMS that refund was initiated at your end from 28/8/15 but I same was not reflected at my A/C till date. ( Attachment no refund uco.jpeg) .

Hello, , I'm receiving plenty of SMSs from AskMeBazaar with different offers. It is around 25-30 times a day. My request, Can you please inform them to stop sending any SMSs in my cell phone number: +91 [protected] from AskMeBazaar? If I have ever subscribed then please ask them unsubscribed me. I have tried from their website and cannot see any option to unsubscribe SMS. Most of the SMS getting from DM-520402 & DM-620402. We have booked cambo t-shirt (Order No- AB3790238) from ask me bazaara website. But it not delivered due to non availability of courier service in our village. So it is auto cancelled on Jun 28th 2015. But Still I have not received any refund amount in my account. We have already shared the account details also. But this bllody peoples are not credited the amount in my account since last 03 months. Then how costumers can reach this website and how can believe the same?. I have requested so many times to refund the amount. These are stupid peoples and non sense peoples who are not giving supports to customers.

I did placed an order for home zaraa traditional carpet BOGO054 and the product i have received is a bed sheet.. i did called customer care but they are least bothered the listen and resolve my issue.. order which i have placed is combo pack and what i have received is single bed sheet.. the concerned department is neither replacing nor refunding the product.. i want the product what i have placed or refund my amount..

Our order no[protected] product code AB5167847-ordered thru net was delivered on 22092015. the consignment does not contain manual to verify now the stuff works. when contracted their online number[protected] no proper response and asked us to contact the supplier or verify the info over net. the item was supplied by Gauba Traders, 358A/1, Teliwara, shahdara, new delhi-110032. we want the product supplied has to work and manual should be provided along with the product supplied. we informed this to the above number yesterday at 06.30pm and the discussion went on upto 07.00pm. but of no avail. we want the item supplied has to work.

I ordered white board on 21/09/2015 and made the payment. INR 900 was debited from my account.But no confirmation received yet from the company.The bank statement shows ePAY/To:CITRUS PAYMENT SO/39126906/White board on 21/09/2015.Did they received the payment or not.If not received at their end it should be reversed to my account.But that is also not happen.Regarding this I sent several mails and no reply from the company.Update me on the status of amount debited from my account.

I have ordered a book named "Digital Logic Design" by Brian Holdsworth and Clive Woods (ISBN[protected], Product ID 1433307) from Ask Me Bazaar on 11th September 2015, but after unpacking the book I noticed that a different book with same title from different author was delivered to me on 22nd September 2015 i.e. "Digital Logic Design" by Dr. Sanjay Sharma(ISBN[protected]. Not only this is a different book, it's MRP(written in the book itself) is INR 295/- which is significantly lower than the selling price which is INR 446/-. The seller of the book is Orange Books, in the "Key-features" section of the product they mentions the correct ISBN, however in "Specification" section they mentions another ISBN which is identical with the book I've been delivered. I needed to return this book in exchange of the original book(ISBN[protected] as it is not the book I've ordered for, or a full refund of the price I've paid. The seller is advertising false pictures and information about the book they are actually selling. On contacting the Ask Me Bazaar helpline [protected] they told me as I've ordered the book with same ISBN as the one got delivered they can't take the complain. They advised me to send a mail describing the event to [protected]@askmebazaar.com, which I did but received to acknowledgement from their side. I bought 4 pcs of T shirts from Askmebazaar. I got this delivery on 18th Sept. Due festival season I was not able to open and check the merchandise. Checking after three days I found that all the pcs came in different size. I try to lodge complaint with Askmebazzar but they refuse to entertain just because their policy is to inform with in 48 Hrs,

I had ordered for lenovo quad core i5 laptop model[protected]g0015gin) by paying full amount of rs. 22711 online to askmebazaar.com under order no.Ndd5045427 but they refused to deliver me same product which i have ordered. They send me alternate laptop model by shooting email to me that we are suggesting you other model.
I told them that i will check specifications first but in the meanwhile they delivered their alternate model to me within 3 - 4 hours.
After opening the packing i was stunned to see that it was i3 dual core laptop and not i5 quad core.I complained to them on their facebook department who gave me complaint no. 2849 which they are not ready to resolve by saying that it was different department of ours and you need to complain again.I also complained on phone no. I have placed an order for 2 powerbanks from askme bazaar.And i recieved damaged ones.so i return the product as per their direction.And they told me that i will recieve my money back.they collected my bank details too.its been 5 months and i didnt my money.i have informed them several times.they repeated the same.recently i had noticed that am not only the one who have cheated by them.there are thousands of them.and i request u to take the necessary action against them. am attaching my order ID:AB1399131

Sir i had placed an order on 19 august 2015 and it didn't come . the reason was the ecom express, they didn't deliver it to me so i filed a complaint on 5 September regarding fund . everyday i am calling to ask me bazaar and they are telling me it will will be delivered in 24 hrs working schedule, still i don't have my refund yet . it is my request to please check or else i am gonna complaint in higher authorites. my order id is Ab4613419 . I placed an order on 9th september. The site does not provide any means to track the order. The seller email Id and phone number are fake ones. I googled about the seller and found that they don't even sell the product which I ordered. When I called them after finding the real phone number, they confirmed that they don't even know about askmebazaar.com. Everytime I called the customer care, I got a reply that the package is in transit with GATI couriers and will reach me within 10 working days. They won't provide the tracking number though. On the 10th working day, I got an SMS saying my order is cancelled and a refund will be initiated. Assuming I get the refund, I still feel that I got cheated. For nearly 15 calendar days, askmebazaar has held my money and have been feeding me fake information. The site should be banned and a class action lawsuit filed. India has a great potential in e-commerce but sites like these are black marks. The confidence in online shopping created by sites like Flipkart is getting broken by askmebazaar. I usually don't order from such sites but I thought they are really good aspirants after seeing their recent ads. Ranbir should stop supporting this non-sense site as soon as possible.

I m a registered seller on askmebazaar.com and delivered total 4 orders from their site but after two month i did not get any money in my account and their seller support no is also totally irresponsible they alwayes say for mail at [protected]@askmebazaar.com and from this mail i did not get any reply from last 1 month. today they say that they do transaction of my orders but i did not get money. so in which account they have done transactions. i m calling their seller helpline but they did not pick up call and i try on getitbazaar no and asking for my money than they cut my call and now that no is switch off. plz help me to get my money from askmebazaar.com

Hello, I don't your Trash messages on my phone, when i subscribe to you send me messages like, I just give my mobile number for delivery purpose. You miss used that number. Please Remove my number from Your database or Don't send Those SMS or else i'll Complaint to the Consumer Court. I hope You can understand my problem. Thank You.

My order no is ab4761688 I return this product on 3rd of September but till now I didn't get my refund. Four times I raise complain regarding this but didn't get any response whenever I call then they told me in next 5 working as I'll get the money but nothing happened.. Pls transfer my refund.. I have placed an order in ASKMEBAZAAR for Vaccum Cleaner worth Rs 1999 in April, 2015. order number: DGA2526834 In May, received an SMS saying order is cancelled and amount will be refunded. However, I have not received any refund from them. I have raised multiple complaint requests like QRC 31934122 QRC 33544762 QRC35151214 QRC 37160462 Everytime they say we will get back to you in 2-3 days. Or your complaint has been moved concerned department or Some technical problem in Finance department to clear your refund. They are not taking any action against my complaint.

I am Manish Sharma, I hit a ordered on ask me bazar on 5th September 2015. But I didn't received the order till now. And i called to customer support even the also don't know about the order and Issues. They putted my call on hold near about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes also they don't have any solution or any information which can be Ok for me.

I want to know the issue. If you are not able to delivered the products or you don't have such type of product. So please don't show on your site. Don't make fool to people.
