Last month I have ordered two sets of Kitchen pro Electric Roti Maker Atta Maker & Casserole Combo on 11th Aug, 2015 order Id is AB4552528 and the value of the product is Rs.999x2=1998, And I received the courier parcel from Ask me bazaar on 25/08/2015 by cash on delivery, But their inside, I found only one set of the ordered Items. Hence I contacted their customer support team and raised the complaint on 25/8/2015. and sent a mail to [protected]@askmebazaar.com, but they provide my complaint no:AB4552528 But till date, no one has solved my problem. Many times I try contacted to their customer support. But there was no use… I totally fed up on this service. Please take the action against do the needful as earlier as possible …. Regards Reka

    Hello there, i ordered a women's combo set containing a straightner and a hair drier and the order id is AB4959772 .which i received it very late (almost been weeks) upon that the product is not sealed properly and literally not at all working .when asked the customer care service they are least bothered to listen and understand and beyond that telling me to contact the manufacture of the product directly without giving me the number and details of the particular, after giving the bank details.hear by i would like to return the product as it is not in a good condition(as it is not working)as soon as possible and transfer the money to my account.I hope you take my complaint under consider and take some immediate action .

      I order "Vox 16 inches CE-12V16H(LED+USB Charger) Rechargebale Pedestal Fan" order id AB4709134. it came late and it looked like it was second hand. all beaten up. and it did not turn on. and after repeated calls and talking to supervisor still they will not accept refund or replacement request. stay away from those cheats. they have hidden policies and reject based on that. if you buy from them thinking they are cheap you will regret.

        I have placed order no-AB4811842-nokia bluetooth-headset on 27 Aug 2015, but still today i have not got the item, even the docket no of the courier which ask me has given to me is not valid (red express[protected], and they have told me to wait till 10th Sept 2015, so till 10th i have waited and now i am asking to them to refund my payment then they are saying that they are sending the complaint to their back end team and they will revert in 7 days, so these fools are having not respect for the time and money of the customers...i have taken the complaint no- QRC[protected]from ANIKET from ask me .sokindly help in this regard to get my payment back as these cheaters are not refunding my payment.so let see when i will get my payment back.           I purchased one product from ASK ME bazaar online. Order no. AB3970147. I paid Rs. 487 online while shopping. During delivery I am asked to pay COD (cash on delivery) and ask me customer care promised to refund my online paid money. I sent COD invoice to ASk me helpdesk "[protected]@askmebazaar.com" along with my bank details. Till now 10-12 emails I sent to send me refund. In every call they say will get refund in 5-6 days. Now its over 1.5 months. I did not received refund at all. ASK me helpdesk no is STD for me. It also costed me more than Rs. 150 for calling them. Please help me out. I am genuine consumer.               My order numbers are AB3637427DUP1, AB3634573DUP2, AB3634593DUP1, AB3637589DUP1. All these orders are placed on 18-Jun-15 in askmebazar.com. Afer 4 days from order placing, these orders are cancelled due stock unavailability. i called to askmebazar many & many & many times. Always they use to tell that i will receive my cash back in 4 working days. Since it has been 3 months completed, i haven't received my money. this is really radicles from them. they are very irresponsible. please do the needful to receive my money refund. Reg, Sandhya.

                Hi, I am writing in reference to my complain & telephonic call received from [protected] & My order AB4750895&QRC40821801 regarding purchase ultra wet grinder Qty 2 at Rs 12600.00 2.iam booking 21st&22nd 3.but cancellation august 21st booking is cancellation on 7th september & august 22nd booking cancelation august 31st. 4. Even after making so may complains to their 10 times call custemer care centre everytime 5- 10 working days or 24 working hours, these storys mr .suresh executive custemer care centere persons, already one month need completed, i will pay the intrest hdfc credit card. .I would like a refund in full Rs 12600& intrest in my account asap (askmebazaar)

                    I have placed two ordered from ask me bazaar and followed up was taken by me initially, i had called-up in call centre and asked them after 20 days and executive said “sir we have taken you complaint and it will get it resolve soon with delivering the product at your home and what service I got after almost a month – Product is return WOW what a service ………… I spoke to MR. Amardeep Gupta at you helpline number and he said with cruelly word sir “Aapka product to wapis aa gaya hai ….complaint drop kar raha hun …..koi alternative no batoo…. “ Let see when they deliver ------ may be in next year. My order number is - AB4706011 and AB4706428 Complaint no – QRC 44724470 and QRC 44724463 Pathetic service ….no follow-up was done from ask me bazaar.

                        My order No. is AB4701973 placed on 20th August, 2015. It has not yet been delivered and even customer care is not able to inform me what is that status. I have called many many times and they keep telling me that the company has its own procedure for solving problems and I have to wait to the necessary period for my problem to be solved. I have already paid for this order and they have informed me that the money cannot be refunded

                          Dear Sir on 15th Sep 2015 i ordered two of the product from Ask me Bazar . com mentioned below Education Tablet Order Id: AB5236005 Total Amount 334/- (including Shipping) Ocean Shot glass Id: AB5236341 Total Amount 376/- (including Shipping) from my Bank, I came to know that the amount deducted twice for the tablet. Kindly cancel one Tablet as i call your customer care, they also told that on 15 Sep 2015 my total order was 3 ( 2 Tablet & 1 shot glass). I talk to Kavita yesterday ( customer care), she also told that senior person will call me & help me out. BUT no one has call me till now. Kindly look in the matter & help me.                               Worst website ever. Sells fake products. Customer service tells to contact seller for return+refund. Seller tells to contact customer service for return+refund. I have the photos of the product received. I have also recorded the conversations with the customer care and with the seller. Please help me someone to get my refund. I feel helpless here. I can give you all the proof you want. Product - sony xb400 headphones black(as described on website) Received - product in polyethene packing. Thin plastic box, which had no seal. Product inside box was not the same as the product shown on the packing. Product was not of the same colour, neither was it working. I even took it to the sony showroom, they confirmed with the look of the packing itself that it is a fake product. Order ID AB4810288

                                Sir i booked order of shoes by order number AB4952044 on dated 2/09/15 they told me to deliver the article within 10 working days, also i had paid the cost rs 799 for that article on same date 02/09/15.Today when i made call to customer care on [protected] there i contacted with some kiran kumar executive at about 1952hrs on 15/09/15 he asked(kya aapko abhi tak delivery nahi hui h)i said thatswhy i made call to u, then he asked me to call me again tommorrow, as i hv already made call them two times for the same purpose, is it my duty to track my article myself as i hv already paid in advance, is it the service they providing to us in this era of competion, if they can not forward our complaint why they are sitting there as customer executive, just trained them first that how they hv to react with customer and their duties.hope u will understand the matter and look into the matter also, deliver the order as soon as possible, contact no-[protected]

                                  Hi I have Places above order Branded Micro Wireless Speaker on 14 August from askmebazaar.com Order Id: AB4605684 i received this product in more than a weeks time once received i found the product is not the same as it was displayed in the listing i immediately called customer care of askmebazaar.com and asked for return so they replied sir it will be done in 2-3 working days and refund will be given in 2-3 working days after product is received i waited for a weeks time but no one came to pick the order from me not even a call i called to customer care they said it will take 10 working days i waited for 12 working days but still no one appeared for return again i called customer care and said the same thing and he replied sir your request is being closed with language barrier ( funny) well as far as i know there was never a language barrier as i talked in ENGLISH later the customer care executive promised the request will be closed within 24 Hrs again i called after 24 hrs to customer care he hung up when i asked supervisors name then i again called after 2 days they said sir 24 Hrs means 24 working hrs it actually means 3 days ( OMG ) i waited 5 days and again called on friday they said by monday problem will be resolved i called monday they replied sir pls wait by tuesday ( 15th sept 2015) it will be resolved i called on Wednesday (16 th sept ) in morning they said it will be resolved within 5 hrs but no answer i called then after 8 hrs they said tomorow is ganesh chaturthi your problem is resolved on 18th september i talked to mansoor, Triupatireddy Srinivas and around 10 customercare executived every one promissed me next day resolution and also they said they cannot connect to manager as per policy and cannot give details of manager as per policy I am still waiting for the resolution and counting daily already spent Rs 200 and more on phone calls to them it has been more than a month and wrong product is still with me

                                    Sir I have purchased one lenova laptop G580 for Rs 25450 from ASKMEBAZAR on 25 Aug 15 and my order no was AB4804303.I paid full amount from my credit card .On 2 sep I received one sms that my order has been cancelled and i will get my refund by 5 to 8 working days .Now today on 16 sep i have not received my refund and when i contacted custumer care [protected] than he told me to wait for 7 working days for my refund.I dont have faith on them .when i asked about the owner contact number of the website than he told that he dont have any information about that.Sir please help me in order to get my refund from ASKMEBAZAR.

                                        On 19th of June, I ordered a product from askmebazaar.com site worth rs.1712/-. (ORDER NUMBER: AB3662436), after waiting for the said time period of the product delivery, and making calls to their customer support, i got to know on 2nd of july that the product has already been cancelled from the seller. and since then, i am in talks with their customer executives, every alternate days, that the refund is in process and would be refunded by next day. by three days, by five days and so on. I have already provided the bank details, been sending email to the customer support email id, its almost been three months since i placed the order, but did not receive refund amount yet.
