    Hi, ​​ Its been around 2 months I have not get solution of my concern from Ask Me, I would like to request you to consider this matter seriously!! The matter is I had placed an order through your online portal (http://www.askmebazaar.com/) for Jona Louis Combo Of Stylish 5 T shirts For Men against of which I have made two transaction first was an Online but was failed for which I raised a concern reference id is QRC36936093 and another was Cash on delivery. The online transaction that was failed I got the refund of the same on date 05 aug, 2015. Receivable that I got was an incomplete product (contains only 4 t shirts whereas order was of 5) so I raised a concern for the same and ask for a reverse pickup but you confirmed that reverse pickup from the given address is not possible (whereas it was the same address where order was delivered) still I will get my money refunded, reference id is QRC44354779. I call the customer care ([protected]) so many times to know the status of second refund, Executive keep on telling me your refund will be processed in 3 to 5 working days but those 3 to 5 days not came yet. Here I am attaching the invoice of order I placed and Product I receive and request you to please resolve this matter as soon as possible. I will appreciate all your help in this matter. thanks!       I had placed an order from askmebazzar.com on dated 15.09.2015. Order no. was AB5252448. Immediate I made a call to Costmer care to know about the shipping details of my order and they replied that your order will be delivered at your place within 10 days. During these 10 days I didnt get any confirmation mail or sms from askmebazaar and whenever I make a call to costmer care they simply reply to me that your order has been confirmed and please wait for 10 days. After 10 days again I made a call to costmer care and they replied that your order has been cancelled due to non availability of product in store. I was totally shocked. I requested to them to refund my money and they replied that your money will be refunded within 13 days. I dont know how to believe them. Finally I requested to askmebazaar to refund my money as earliest. Regards Anuj

          I wrongly placed my order by applying another promotional code... And the order has been placed for COD. Need to cancel the two orders that has been placed. I talked with customer care and they informed me like the order has not updated yet in their system. But am receiving the updates like the order hs been processed from Sasta Milega etc., ...through askmebazaar Look into this issue and cancel the order ASAP

            I had ordered a weighing scale on 31.8.2015 for which i recd. a confirmation from the vendor fab impex.on 3.9.2015 i recd a message that the consingment was packed and ready to be despatched and was to be delivered in 8-9 days.i was given assurances that the problem will be resolved soon by their floor leaders which they could not meet. on 30.9.2015 i called them and i was informed that the order has been cancelled for which they did not even cared to inform me.i would like that companies like these should stop doing business if they cannot fullfill their commitments.

                    Hi, This is Punith Kumar residing at bangalore. I have purchased a product worth 1800 from askmebazaar with a coupon applied for 1500. I have got an update that the order has been accepted and it is on move. Later after 15 days I got a new update that the order has been cancelled due to vendor not responding to the them. I coupon has gone. I have called a customer care and asked for the fresh coupon code, after struggling for more than 20 days i got a new coupon code that is not valid one and when i called the customer care, they were so lazy and was holding up my call for so long and they were not responding to me. 2 months got over, still i didn't get my coupon code worth 1500rs back from them. I personally reccomend to the customer that they should not buy any product from this fraud shopping site. DON'T EVER EVER SHOP FROM THIS FRAUD SHOPPING SITE.

                      On 14/09/2015 i have placed a order for wooden table and make a prepayment, before placing a order i called up retailer and customer care to inquire about product and availability, that time they gave me confirmation about the product then i place my order. After one week i called up cc again to inquire about delivery status then the cc executive told me that max TAT for delivery is 10 days except holidays, even this thing is not mentioned on website .Then again after some days i called up again then cc executive give me same excuses and esure about product delivery . But on 29/09/2015 i have received the message about the cancellation of order due to unavailability of product . When i called up again cc regarding this clarification then they dont have valid excuse just giving me foolish reasons, even there is no senior officials are available . I am regular don online shopping from many online stores but askmebazaar is worst among them in all aspects .

                        To whom ever it may concern,

                        I ordered a product (Order # AB5061921), which was delivered on 21st September, when I was not in the city. I came back on 26th September and called back on next day to inform the product is faulty and does not work the first time I use it. I want a replacement or a refund. In case of denial, I will have to file a legal complaint against your company.

                        I spoke to K Mounika and supervisor Masin Joy and they are absolutely pathetic. This has come to a point where in I will have to think seriously about shopping with you again in the future.

                        Trust me if my issue is not resolved the actions i will have to take will not be nice as well.

                          I had placed an order for sofa cum bed (order no- AB4950545) with Askme Bazaar on September 2, 2015. Delivery was to be done between 18th to 21st September. 2 weeks later on September 15, I received a sms stating that the product would be delivered within 5 to 6 working days. On September 22, I received a sms from Askme Bazaar stating that my order has been cancelled due to inadequacies at Askme Bazaar's end and the money would be refunded back to my account within 3-5 working days. On calling the customer service seeking more information, the CS agent was unaware of the order being cancelled and said that my order was in transit and that I should ignore the sms about the product cancellation. Within 2 hours of this conversation, I received a sms stating that Askme Bazaar has already started the process for my refund. Confused with this conflicting information, I called the customer service cell again on September 23, and the CS agent (Ms. Smita) told me that it would take 24 working hours for the issue to be resolved and I received complaint no[protected] and 46449916. On September 28, when I called the helpline again for a status update on my complaint no, the CS agent supervisor (Ms. Anjali Ghule) told me that I would be receiving a clarification in 4 hours but on calling again after 4 hours, I was told that 4 more hours would be required. During this call I overheard Ms. Anjali complaining to her colleague in Marathi (thinking that I don’t follow the language) that “having to resolve my problem has ruined her day”. On September 29, when I called back again to know the status of my order I was told by a CS agent supervisor (Ms. Niraj Yadav) that she could not give me any details as 7 working days had still not passed from the first complaint. She did not have the courtesy to even tell me the status of my order and went on to quote the companies policy that she couldn’t help before 7 working days. In addition, her attitude while registering my complaint was very callous and she went so far as to say that since my order is for Rs. 18500 they were highlighting/escalating the matter (read- if the purchase amount was lesser, she wouldn’t have even have bothered with registering a complaint.) It has been nearly a month since I placed the order with Askme Bazaar and I still don’t know if I would be receiving my product or if my money would be refunded. Constantly following up with customer service executives has not yielded any tenable information. Hence at this juncture I want my money refunded so that I can at least purchase the required furniture from another retailer. This is my first e-retailing experience with Askme Bazaar and it has been unpleasant and traumatizing that least to say that I would not be shopping with Askme Bazaar again and would recommend that people refrain from doing the same.                             I had placed an order with askmebazaar.com using credit card and found that there is no way to track the order. I wanted to cancel the order and when called the customer care they told me that my order is cashondelivery when they had taken money through credit card!! They have not cancelled my order as requested and no body has called me back as they promised. Beware of this askmebazaar.com they are no way in par with other sites like flipkart, amazon, snapdeal and even small ecommerce sites. STAY AWAY from this site it is not ready for a commercial use

                                I have ordered and later on cancelled an Apple iPhone 5C 16GB with 6 Months Seller Warranty (Order No.ABF2413549). Now, only calls are coming from customer care but no refund received till date. All executives gave assurance to refund the amount within 3-4 working days. Now 15 days completed but still the matter is under process only. This is very sad and top management of ASKMEBAZAAR should take immediate steps to resolve such issues, which are giving bad impression of their company in the mindset of customers. Other online companies are refunding the money within 3-7 working days without any confirmation call from the customers, in case of cancellation. This was my first online shopping with ASKMEBAZAAR and I got a very bad image of yours in my mindset.

                                  I had cancelled the order on 4th Sept'15 and requested for the refund but till today i haven't received the same i am continuously following up with them and every time i call them up they say that it would take 5 business days for refund and at times they say it will take 24 working hrs so i really don't understand whats going on i had also tweeted

                                      I ordered a product on 10th Sep.'15. The delivery time period is 10 working days and today is 29th Sep.'15 & still the product is not delivered. I am calling customer care since 5 days on daily basis and everyday they are saying it will be delivered by tomorrow. After the call they are keeping me on hold for investigation and then suddenly cuts the call.
