      I have booked a mobile on 24th August 2015 and paid full amount through credit card but till date i have not received my order. Every time they give me lame excuses. My QRC No is 43961573. Not a single call is made by them regarding my order status.. Would i have to register FIR against Ask me Bazaar the to get my money BACK ? i request all those who has not received their order, jointly file an FIR against their malpractice and start campaign against them through social media. please resolve my query asap otherwise i will not let them go easily.         Hey AskMeBazaar Team, I was Purchased a product (Combo of Lancer Footwear with Eligator Floater) and Order Id(ABF2407842) the product was delivered but the size instead of 9 they delivered 7 size so it could not useful for me, so that i ask for Replacement but they said there is no so much polices are there and as well within 48 hours only they will take refund request else it wont be possible.See actually i was out of station for a week but the product was delivered at my office address when i back and see the product its seems to be incorrect size, so that i ask them for replacement but from your site they said it wont be possible one but love the product to use so kindly arrange for replacement or at least not possible to refund else give me some other product instead of this shoe. Its my request for you.kindly consider the customer satisfaction also. If any clarify call me at [protected] Note: You People say that sale the product for suitable person, its really worst ever service.

            I've ordered this electronic product - MP3 player (neck band) for the first time in this site on Sept 18th '15 and it will for sure be the last time since the product obviously doesn't work . The worst part is that they are not willing to refund or even replace the product by the time i had to validate with other sources (including the weekends). WORST SITE and SERVICE!

                I ordered this charger and i recieved it on 21 September. and the charger was not the original infact it was clearly written when i ordered the product that it is the same original charger that is in the mobile box. The charger that i recieved was defective as it was not charging my HTC mobile, the battery percentage of the phone was not increasing. So kindly i request to solve my query as soon as possible.

                  I just want to share my experience with Askmebazaar shopping website this website selling duplicate and cheaper quality product, last week i bought Sony Zx 300 Headphone and its a duplicate headphone im complaint to Askmebazaar they told me we will refund your money within 13 working days, helpline executive behavior was very rude lets see they will refund or not and also suggest to everyone do not buy any product from this website.

                    I raised the order 'AB4925726' for 2 table mate each of Rs.599/- of free shipping charge on 1st Sep 2015. But I am neither yet to get it delivered nor getting any response of the same. I even have followed up [protected]@askmebazaar.com thrice and got no response at all. They didn't even cared responding to the mails.

                        Please don't trust this ASKME BAZZAR, If you pay it will be not return and you can't track your order perfectly. It's a worst on-line shopping bazar.
                        I would like to informed you that dated on 2nd Aug. I was going to purchase Traders5253 8 In 1 Screwdriver With 6 Bright Led Lights & Micromax 39 Inches HD Ready LED Television - 40B200HD.
                        My Order NO: ABF2385973 Date: 2nd Aug. 2015, The Amount was Rs. 18193.00 which I have paid by Credit Card.
                        Date on 12th Aug I got a message that product has beed canceled from saller and my amount will be refund with in 3 to 5 days. but still I am waiting that amount and paying interest in credit card.
                        So many times I am trying to contact with ASKMEBAZZAR team. every time they are assuring me that I will get that amount but no hope. No any payment confirmation No proper response to customers concerns No call transfer option in their phones, they tell lie that they are transferring, it is just that they leave call on the hold No common sense of how to reply either No online tracking of orders ... this is really a wow factor They will never and ever stand on their promises, after huge debate they told me to wait for 2 days, I waited for 3 days that too after 20 days of order placement. I called on 4 th day, they wanted to wait untill evening more specifically they told me to call back at 6:30 pm. I did that too, called back at 7 pm and reply was wonderful. They told back support team closes at 6:30 pm only so now we can't track out the problem, the lamest excuse. Finally they want me to wait untill Monday .

                          I bought tshirts from ask me bazaar on 29th of august with the Order Id: AB4895868, and it turned out to be different from the image on website also the quality was very poor. I asked for refund and the asked my bank details, and gave me a complaint number: QRC43038562 but to no avail, again after 10 days they gave me a new complaint number: QRC45590159 but as usual of no avail. i have no clue what to do on this behalf apart from going to consumer court. Please do readdress my grievance.

                              I have purchased seeing Sony Power Bank but I received MI Power Bank which also was in terrific condition. Half and hour to charge the power bank and 3mins power bank battery get drained. I requested reverse pick-up which was arranged and picked-up. After that several time I've called the company that I have not received the refund they are just telling to wait we will check and refund soon, but still after 5 months there is no refund. The seller who supplied from Ask Me Bazaar is "My Limo Trading".
                              Askmebazaar even doesn't reply of email and online complaints. This site should be exposed.

                                Hi, This is the worst website I am dealing with. I had ordered a Perfume for Menof which was suppose to get delivered maximum in 10 working day, however despite 12 working days having passed there is no information regarding the delivery. The Customer Care politely is asking me to wait for another week and the item will be delivered. Its really pathetic that despite asking the details for deliver, courier agency and POD details of the tracking order they simply refused to give the details and asked us to wait for one week by which time the material will be delivered. The Complaint ID for the same is - QRC[protected]. I have done the prepaid payment for the product and i need the penalty to be applied on the company for non delivery of the item in time and also not confirming the delay in delivery status to the customer by any means(mail, phone, SMS).                                   I have placed a kitchen spice container of 16 pcs. On receiving the product I found I have received only 8 pcs. Many times I have complaint and called up the customer care. To mu surprise I find that the customer executive replying that the problem will be resolved. Till date it has not been resolved. There is no refund of my money nor the change of product. I feel this is a rubbish business that is going on.

                                      I placed an order of combo T shirts on Aug 18, 2015, during the payment screen went blank and I called on [protected] and they told me to wait for 48 hours for the payment confirmation. I called after 2 days and they said it is COD, they wanted me to share my bank statements in order to conform my payment. After huge argument, they finally said payment status got updated in their system . I did not receive any payment conformation till this date. I called up on the same number approx 15-20 times in the time gap of aug 18- sep 18. Each time I call, my call is placed on hold for at-least 5 minutes and even after waiting I was never given proper reasons for the delay. I paid 450 for product and 450 for my phone bills, then I started calling them from post piad number of my brother based in Andhra, a employee Masoor named used rash words for my concerns and their supervisor . Powerbank worked for 4-5 days but it stopped working for after that, after several attempt to register my complain in customer care, I got a call from there customer care . They constantly mentioned a product can not be returned after 5 days of delivery . They are fooling people by giving huge discount .
