I placed an order of combo T shirts on Aug 18, 2015, during the payment screen went blank and I called on [protected] and they told me to wait for 48 hours for the payment confirmation. I called after 2 days and they said it is COD, they wanted me to share my bank statements in order to conform my payment. After huge argument, they finally said payment status got updated in their system . I did not receive any payment conformation till this date. I called up on the same number approx 15-20 times in the time gap of aug 18- sep 18. Each time I call, my call is placed on hold for at-least 5 minutes and even after waiting I was never given proper reasons for the delay. I paid 450 for product and 450 for my phone bills, then I started calling them from post piad number of my brother based in Andhra, a employee Masoor named used rash words for my concerns and their supervisor .
Finally the list of complaints:
No any payment confirmation
No proper response to customers concerns
No call transfer option in their phones, they tell lie that they are transferring, it is just that they leave call on the hold
No common sense of how to reply either
No online tracking of orders ... this is really a wow factor
They will never and ever stand on their promises, after huge debate they told me to wait for 2 days, I waited for 3 days that too after 20 days of order placement. I called on 4 rth day, they wanted to wait untill evening more specifically they told me to call back at 6:30 pm. I did that too, called back at 7 pm and reply was wonderful. They told back support team closes at 6:30 pm only so now we can't track out the problem, the lamest excuse. Finally they want me to wait untill Monday .
Now I am leaving this complaint behind, I have no idea if anyone is going to take care of but I wanted to post this to make sure no one does shopping with this e commerce. Believe my words, you will develop hatred for on-line shopping if you are a beginner.
