      My self Rahul, I order nova trimmer on askmebazzar its order no is AB4948888 on 2nd September 2015, they confirmed my order on that Day, but on 10th September a massage came from ask me bazzar and says your order is cancelled then I contact them the executive received call but he didn't tell me about the cancellation of order.

        I have ordered Prestige JMG champ mixer and grinder from Askmebazaar.com on 25th august 2015 I have received this order on 5th sept 2015. I have received faulty (now working condition ) product from ASkmebazaar.com When i called in customer care of askme today, they have informed me that complaint should be registered within 48 hours and not providing me any solution.

            I am Rupesh Mahajan .My order no. Is AB1375021.On the date of 03/07/2015 i bought a samsung 9000 mah power bank from askmebaxar.com. But it is not working properly . Power bank is not giving backup as company mentioned. For these issue i was went to Samsung service center. But they has told that these product is not genuine Samsung and these is a local product. Thats why they told me we can not give you service. So please register my request against askmebazar.com service . And resolve my problem as soon as possible. I want my mony refund.

              I orderd a xiaomi power bank of 10400 mAh from the Askmebazzar.com. When I opened the parcel I found that the product was not new and fresh. The plastic box was broken and was having scratches. when I opened the power bank I found that the power bank was not new. When I used it for charging it did not charged my phone fully even a single time. It get discharged earlier than my phone. I charged it fully but then also it did not charged my phone even a single time. I registered a complaint on call to ask me bazzar on call with Complaint id - qrc43655499. Please do the needful for me as soon as possible.

                  On 7th Aug 2015 I ordered for 5 OTG T-shirts with order no AB4488521 and also made the full payment, I was been said that I will receive the product by 7-10 working days, after the mentioned time period I called customer care (around 15 times) also tried to contact via mail but every time I was given extended dates and the courier details (which is invalid), today ie on 09-09-15 I called customer care to which I was given 2 more days, I said them that I will raise the complain to consumer forum to which they have circulated my personal contact details to their clients, and I am receiving the calls from clients for the thing which are not related to me, Request you to kindly intervene in the matter and do the needful

                      Sir, i buy a product from ask me bazaar on 19th july 2015 payment through online and product cost rs.299/- after that ask me bazaar send my product in COD then again i pay to couriar service for receive my product afterthat i call customer care for refund my money because i pay double for one product now its 45days over but till date ask me bazaar harassment me and they did not refund my money till date...i have every document with prove that i pay double which i send ask me bazaar for his request but again they do not refund so i complain consumer forum against ask me bazaar for cheat and harassment me for long time. pls help

                        I am not sure how much you will be interested to read my Complaint completely. Still I request to you please read as this will reflect your service rating/standard. I regularly buy products online instead of going shops due to office hours. I had ordered one product from your website on 19th August 2015. Order id AB4690663. I received confirmation Email & SMS on same day. Please see attachment is the confirmation Email from your end. SMS which I received on 21st August 2015 clearly says that I will receive my product with in 8 to 12 working days. I did not received my product till 02nd Sep 2015, hence I called your so called customer care and enquired about the same. I was shocked when I was told that it will take another 7 to 11 working days to deliver the product. I planned to cancel the order (1st time Ordered something from you), however I did not cancelled the order as I wanted to gift it to my 2 years son on his upcoming birthday on 17th Sep 2015. Finally I received product on 08th Sep 2015. I spoke to your delivery person on call about User manual of product. He confirmed me that User Manual is available with product. Then I received SMS stating that “Order AB4690663 From Gauba Traders has been successfully delivered. Kindly contact us within 48 hours for any questions related to the order. AskmeBazaar Helpline: [protected].” Yesterday I went home in evening and checked product. Once again I was surprised to see that User manual was not provided by you & Unfortunately I was not able to understand how to operate the product as there was no source of information for using the product. Again I called your so called customer care. You executive guided me to visit your website and enter product name for URL to get Sellers contact details. I did the same today in morning and got contact details of seller. Now 3rd time surprised about contact number which was available. I called that number and spoke to someone. His words were “You are 1000 person to inform that number belongs to “Gateway Peripherals (P) Ltd. This number has nothing to do with Gauba Traders.” I am totally dissatisfied with your services because of below reasons. 1. Delivery not successfully completed as per your commitment. (Stop giving False/Fake commitments). 2. Your so called Customer Care: I suggest you should change it to “Human IVR” where I always hear “ Asuvidha ke liye Shama chahte hain” and feels like I am speaking to recorded voice. No one was willing to help properly neither I got proper resolution from customer care. Please listen to call recordings if you have such equipment. You will have better understanding about my concern about your so called customer care and do some useful trainings for your customer care executives. 3. I am buying product from you (AskmeBazaar) then why should I contact your stakeholders ? 4. Your data is much more worse then I predicted. Even I believe you don’t have updated/Correct database of your stakeholders where you people are diverting your customers wrongly. I work in customer service industry & we as organization ensure that such instance does not happen with our customers what you did to me. One more thing, my 5 colleagues were interested in Same product for there children’s which I ordered and they were just waiting about your service & product feedback. With this type of worse experience, I will strongly tell them not use your services.                           Hi, On 18 July 2015 I have ordered a Rain Suit in ASK ME BAZAAR. Its order ID is AB4146827. I have received it on 23rd July, I have done payment in Cash on delivery manner. After receiving the product i found that, it was in bad condition, the stitching and all are very ugly. So I contacted them again and I raised request for returning it. They picked the product return on 29th of July. They asked me my account detail and they assured that within 2 weeks amount will be refunded. But it was not happened. I called them they told it is already refunded but it is not credited in my account. So i complained it. They accepted and given me a complain number QRC39622585. But till now it is not credited in my account. I have called them many times. but they are telling it will be credited and we will call you. But nothing is happened. The amount of the rain suit is 299 rupees. I think till now i have spend around Rs.70 for calling them. I am very disappointed by their activity. I am not able to concentrate on my work by their irresponsible behavior. Everything need to be done on time. I was in very critical money problem by August month end. Even I don't have Rs.1 in my hand. If they returned the money, I wont missed many thing during that period. I am feeling very bad about their behavior.

                            Don't buy from askme. My order AB[protected]th June, 2015). I have paid through credit card. again asked for COD. I again paid it to get the item. Then called them and mailed them several times. Every time they told over phone that extra money will be returned within 8-10 days. So many "8-10 days" had gone. They do not bother to response my mail. Three month had gone, there is no refund.

                                मेने दिनाक[protected] को order No. AB4212997 के दवरा आर्डर बुक कराया कुछ देर बाद आर्डर क्न्शल का मेसेज आया Complain No. QRC36031884 के दवारा शिकायक फ़ोन से बुक करायी परन्तु आज दिनाक[protected] तक इस शिकायत का समाधान नहीं हो पाया है इनके टोल फ्री नंबर से कई बार फोन आया जिसके दवरा दो तिन दिन में पैसे वापस जमा करने का कहा गया परन्तु आज दिनाक[protected] तक इस शिकायत का समाधान नहीं हो पाया है

                                  On 12th August 2015, I purchased a mobile phone for Rs.630/- from the website askmebazaar.com (Order number - AB2952992). When after 10 days I didn't receive the product I called their customer support and lodged a complaint (number – QRC[protected]. During the time I called them several times to know the status and ultimately asked them for cancellation (over phone to customer support). On 26th June 2015, I mailed them to know the status of refund and again requested for cancellation. After my next call to them I came to know that it is only on 26th June you have changed the order status to cancel after receiving my mail. Anyway, on 14th July I received an SMS (can show when required) from them that the order is now cancelled and I will receive the refund in 3-5 working days. When I received no refund after several days I again mailed them on 7th August 2015 (documents attached) that please refund my money. On 13th or 14th August I received a call from their customer support that I will be receiving refund within next 5-7 working days, but that never happened. On 7th August I have again send them a reminder mail. On 26th August I again sent them a mail that this will be my last mail and please refund my money. It is more than 3 months that I have purchased this product and didn't receive the refund. With their type of attitude now I believe they are not willing to refund me at all. I never expected this type of behaviour from them. Now I need your help to lodge a complain against them and to get back my refund money. Also I want to charge them for the harassment I had to face for last near about 4 months.

                                    Order No. AB4166309 I placed order on 19.07.15 for Nude Audio Move M Bluetooth speaker and item was never delivered, they canceled the order and register complaint for refund with No.QRC39259830 and told me they will contact me within 3-5 days, and I got call from customer care on 24th august and they told me that i will get refund within 4-5 days and it is still not received, again i called customer care and again they forward complaint to their authorities, I received call from them on 04.09.15 and again they told me that this time i will surely get refund but till date not received. Please Help

                                        have visited for the very first time to askmebazaar website few days back and have ordered traditional carpet with trust. And opt for Cash On Delivery & waited for the product to be delivered which was ordered on 28 august 15. Finally courier arrived and delivered the askmebazaar ordered pack on 9th Sep'15. I was expecting the different as my order but in reality that was different. I call the customer care she says this is your order I tall him not mam but she says again again there is not replacement of order like flipkart and snapdeal is good exchange order .
