[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — Product not delivered

I have made an online payment for Order No. DGA3214942 for purchase of Xiaomi Power Bank on 26 May 2015. Still the product is not delivered to me.

I have ordered reyban sunglasses (combo pack) from your site and the order no. is AB3259598 but I didn't get it till now. I am calling on your customer helpline no. from 28 may to 12 june, they told me that your product dispatch from our side and it can reach to your destination within 2 to 3 days.Now, I call on 14 june, they told me your product return from your address but i am available on my house at that day.
your service is too bad, your complaint department do not have any information regarding product diapacthing date, delivery route, delivery company, delivery boy.
when will I get my product, please tell me as soon as possible. my order no, is AB3259598.

I had ordered a product on May 17th, till today i.e June 15th, it has not been delivered, every time I, you say 10 working days. How many days u'll take.
I have ordered, quit a few products from AskmeBazzar, after this experience, I doubt I have any more trust on the co. I feel cheated.
