About a month ago i have ordered a Apple EarPhone and Data Wire form AskmeBazaar.com, i have called them to ensure the quality of the product, but when i received the product it was fake. I Called them to get refund, but every time they issue complain number.

    hi i have placed two orders on your website through gosf on 12 December. you had confirmed my order and after 20 days when i am asking about status, you are saying we cancelled your order and second order will reach in 3-4 days, i only get order confirmation message than how you had cancelled my order . and rest its 25 days i have not even revived the second order . i am complaining this to consumer court . i have experienced very bad services thanks

        My Order No. is AB630932 on 12.12.2014 which is prepaid. The product is not received by me till date. As there is no Tracking system on the website of ask me bazaar, it is very difficult to track the product. The only way is to call the call centre number given by company and that is too expensive as the tape runs for long time. The executives are also nonsense and rubbish. They too don't have any knowledge about the order placed online nor they have any record for the same. They have given me a ticket no.[protected] and that too no action taken on it too. Ether they delivered the product immediately or return my money back along with the call charges I made to their call centre and also the mental agony I had.

            In continuation with the complaint already raised, i have received call from customer care that issue will get resolved with in 3 to 4 days by delivering the product. There is no call or response till now regarding delivery of product. i have received message from seller (Kahleel Enterprises) stating the product has delivered to askmeBazaar. Could you please let us know the status of product as soon as possible.

When I made a complaint I was informed that the officials will call back in 48 hour. Even after 4 days I did not get the call. I have made a request for cancellation and

                    sir, I have ordered the shoes thru GOSF 2014 on 11.12.14 .but on 26.12.14, when i dialled the customer care, person told that my order was cancelled. But I didn't get any intimation about that one. I request for the refund and ask him about the procedures .he told they will refund within 24 hours.but still there is no response after 1 week of my call. I wrote several mails but there is no reply. people should aware about this new tiny baby companies and their poor customer services . GOSF is organised by google but they didn't have any responsibility about the product delivery . don't buy any product on askmebazaar.com

                      MY ORDER NO AB475668 I bought a casio edifice watch from askmebazar they have delivered a DEFECTE watch i have contacted askme repersantive so many time i have been assure that they bill bring some solution but nothing has been done so far TODAY it was shocking news in TIMES OF INDIA that askmebazar is not authorized to sell CASIO product on online portals in india only flipcart amazon myntra jabong . com authorized now i understand why my case is being linger on in other way i have been CHEATD by askmebazar forget about guarantee /warranty my watch is already not working askme have offered me Rs 1000/- in liue of reparing of said watch but nothing has been don so far & watch is also not from JAPAN its from CHINA but stil i am hoping some solution i hope askmebazar.com will do some thing with regard ADITYA ALORIA

                        This is to inform you that I have ordered Puma Laptop Bag on 11th Dec 2014 from askme bazaar. The seller of the product was Khaleel enterprises. My order was confirmed and payment was made on the same day. I have spoken to Call center executive several times (around 5 to 6 times till now), I was confused with the response from them. ->few people will say, we will raise the issue with higher authorities -> few people say, order was confirmed, and product will get delivered soon, another response was i could not track the order and we don't have authority to track it. I have received one message on 23-Dec saying - ""Your order AB609641 from KHALEEL ENTERPRISE at askmebazar is confirmed for delivery", after that i called to customer support on[protected], and talked to one of your manager, who told me sir your product in ready for delivery, you will get the product within 01 or 2 days, but still i did not get my product delivered.Could any one of the authorities take this into high priority and look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Also could you please advise us for further course of action regarding delivery of the product.                         My Order (AB609641 - Date 11-Dec 2014) was cancelled without any reason after 22 Days of order confirm, When i asked for refund they told, we have initiated and you will be getting money within 7-10 working days. But till today (16-Jan-2015), i didn't receive money back. What thing are going on in your company, you are making fool to the people.

                        Please refund my money ASAP, else i will be going to do some action which you will never expect.

                          This is one of the worst experience I have come across with Askmebazaar company. I ordered for one combo pack( order no : AB507303) on November 14th and after that I called your customer care executive twice and spoken to them on November 17th and 18th, they assured me that product handover to courier and will get deliver to your address in next 3 days but, on November 20th I again got call from one of your executive, he said me spare is in transit and it will deliver in next 2 or 3 days. but again after 1 month on December 16 team said your order cancelled and they said me your amount will be refund within 7 or 8 days but till today there is no response and still I have not received my money back.                               this is to inform you that i have purchased a product on 12.12.14 which i have not received. when i contacted the given nos. they said that your address is incorrect which i again gave them the same address as the address 10 days back but after 3/4 days i again contacted on the given number she said that i will receive the product very soon but till date i have not received my product and any call for the delivery of product etc. By this letter i wanted to inform that if you people are not deliver my product i will go further in legal way for harrasment and mental agony etc. which may be noted.

                                I had ordered 2 Reebok Core Watches both are defective and duplicate.. they both cost me rs.798 but their real cost is rs. 400 only!!! very poor service ordered on 12 dec and get on 26 dec. This is a fake site my 2 of relative also ordered this watch from this site and get defective piece the person who come to dilevery said that you will get an email as well as message that ur product is dlivered but no mesage yet.. i call on [protected] they give me complaint no. but there is no option to return product... on the day i ordered i got 1 email and no mail from them yet and 1 message yesterday that ur product will be delivered today... i would rate this site 0 out of 10 and product also the same

                                  Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have ordered Puma Laptop Bag on 11th Dec 2014 from askme bazaar.The seller of the product was Khaleel enterprises. I have received message from Seller stating the product was delivered to askme bazaar on 16th December. My order was confirmed and payment was made on the same day. I have spoken to Call center executive several times (around 10 to 12 times till now), I was confused with the response from them. ->few people will say, we will raise the issue with higher authorities -> few people say, order was confirmed, and product will get delivered on the same day(the day which i spoke to executive) -> another response was i could not track the order and we don't have authority to track it. -> few executives will raise the ticket and reply that the issue will get resolved with in 24 to 48 hours. which will never get resolved. (ticket numbers[protected] and[protected] -> one of the manager to whom i spoke has disconnected the call while speaking. if we try to reach them again they will keep the call on hold and never responded.and several times the systems are down. ->I was surprised to here an information from one of the executive stating my phone is out of response and i am not picking the call. Could any one of the authorities take this into high priority and look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Also could you please advise us for further course of action regarding delivery of the product. Every time they registered complaint also, but still I never got any call or sms from them. I think it is foolish site. Sabse worst site. Pls don't buy any product from this.
