I ordered a wall clock in Dec 2014 and my order came in Jan, When I opened the package the clock is all shattered in to pieces.. I complained to the customer care num right away and a call came after a week, Giving me coupon codes verbally (I have written down the code in a paper), I just asked them y dont you people just send me a mail or a message (They answered me that coupon codes are confidential OMG), Now I try these coupon codes and I am getting an error which says "Invalid Coupon!! Please Try Again..:-("..Kindly just give me a refund !!! (They gave me a 500 coupon code and a 250 coupon code and my product cost 775)
