st feel pity writing to askmebazaar for such an unexpected and cheap mistake.
Although, i did informed it to one of the customer care representatives who upon telephonic conversation had me satisfied that the product will be returned and replaced soon and for which i would be receiving a call also, days passed, neither do I received any call, nor any pick up boy came to receive my damaged product.
The product was SamSung power bank and its not even Working the moment i got it delivered to my doorstep and also paying 300 rupees for that useless crap.
I wont stop My revenge, wiLl Tell my friends not to trust askmebazaar anymore iNstead Prefer snapdeal Or flipkart.

      I ordered a XIAOMI 10400 mah powerbank, saw it as an ad on a page. It got delivered today on 12th feb. this powerbank should charge my iphone 4.5 times but it doesnt even charge one full cycle. This is definitely a fake product and i will sue you for this. Initiate a refund asap! Order ID AB1059210

              I ordered MI Powerbank of 10400 MAH on 22nd Jan 2015 under order number AB864902 and was delivered to me on 2nd Feb. 2015. When I opened that packing there were break into plastic package. However, I have started to use suddenly I remember when I ordered that was grey colour and which one is delievered to me is black colour after putting charging I felt this is wrong as well as damaged product. On the same day 02.02.2015 I put complaint through online through contact us query.In few minutes I got email that your query has been submitted will call you shortly. To reconfirm my complaint I did call on customer support and someone told me that my complaint is already registered and our team is already working on it and that will call you within 48 to 72 hours.I wait until 72 hours and did again call on 05.02.2015 to have an updated status of complaint.Here someone pick call and told me that no complaint is registered for my order Id and I have to submit complaint on that day. I was shocked that what is wrong with thus online shopping portal. Now I have submitted complaint and they provide me complaint no. Qrc83199. They asked to wait for 72 hours and team will call me and pick product from my home and I will get refund. Take a note that today is 11.02.2015 but still I didn't got any kind of call or email from askmebazaar side. Below is the process or days where I did call to support and that are aaying same thing that they forwarded email to team and will get respond or call from the shortly. 08.02.2015- Mr. Aakash pick the call and told me your complaint is registered and also he has forwarded email to team and I will get call from them. 10.02.2015- Mr. Manoj pick call and told me I have to wait 10 to 15 days. Because it require to process and get refund I have to wait 15 days max. I was shocked to hear that till mow everyone are saying to wait 72 hours but this person is saying 15 days. Now I feel this is tough to get refund for this product as this is not a simple refund like other companies like flipcart, amazon, etc. Please look into this issue and provide me refund of my order.               I had ordered a product from ask me bazaar my product order no. AB1122638 for Rs.300/-. its actually a Samsung battery bank, but i have received the old and used battery bank which is not Samsung, its actually china model duplicate, due to which after using it my mobile PBA is burned and it cost me Rs.1200/- for repair, I have logged complaint for that but no one helped me to return my money. Every time when I'm calling to ask me bazaar they are putting me on hold for long time and also each and every time new floor manager are speaking with me. No one updating the current status for my money, they have done pick up service for the duplicate model power bank, but still I didn't receive my money, i have already given my bank details too. Its going to be almost 3months but I didn't receive my money, this people are fraud. They are playing with my Money, and every time they give one are the other reason.               I ordered online the power bank of MI company. Order No. is DGA1740194 dated 26/03/2015. This product received me on 04/04/2015. First thing is the case was broken during transport but internal piece was ok. then identified that the internal piece is also found non functioning. So i raised the complaint on 5/03/2015 on phone.               HI, i recently ordered a sony 10000Mah power bank on[protected] with order no DGA2578585 !! i received it late on[protected] but the most important is when i received the product n i opened it boom i got a Xiaomi power bank with broken packing also check my attached img !!               I had placed a complaint two weeks ago on this website, regarding the delivered product being fake( complaint ID: 1058975). I received a call from askmebazaar's representative on the 8th of may which was two weeks ago, that my money shall be refunded within 7 days.However, I have not received my money. Nor have they cared to ask for any further assistance or given me a transaction ID or complaint number to refer to for my complaint. All I have is my order ID: AB2605547. Kindly fix this at the earliest or I shall be forced to raise this in consumer forums. The amount may not be huge but your company clearly doesn't care a dime about its customers and you guys need to be taught how to work.

              Hi, I am akash jain. I reside in bangalore, karnataka. One this I have realized in a hard way that Askmebazaar is probably the worst online shopping site in India. They sell all fake products and has the most pathetic customer support in the system. had purchased a Reebok blue casual shoe from Askmebazaar.com in beginning of may 2015. However the product which was sent was "DUPLICATE" and I had raised a complain for pick up on 18 may 2015.The product was picked up by their courier service on 20th may 2015 at 2 pm vide receipt no. ASR134112/ Askme.com (AB2519913). I had called their help desk at least 15 times but still have not received the refund of my money (Rs.949/-). Every time I call up the customer support staff says the same thing like a puppet that "someone from their concerned department will call back within 48 hours. The irony is it's been more than a month and a half that 48 hours NEVER arrived. I am highly disappointed the way this matter has been handled and I seek help from others to get this type o[censored]nscrupulous companies the taste of their own medicine.                   I've ordered one Mi Powerbank 10400 Mah which I have got duplicate one. I've given for the product replacement or refund, in which askme has said they will refund my money. The person form askme came and collected the Powerbank on 30th April 2015. From that day person form askme called and said they will give refund in 10 working days, they have got my bank details too. after that, raised the complaint for not getting refund, and on 17th of May 2015, one executive called and he said he will refund within 10 days, that executive talks so rudely he said " you should have to give the details again when I have given the details already. When Today(30th May 2015) they said it is still in process stage. These people is having very worst customer service and also cheating customers by giving duplicate products.                   "I received this power bank 4 days before. But found it is not working, one night full i plugged it for charging. Full charge indication is seen, but when mobile is connected within 30 seconds battery low indication is shown followed by switching off power bank. Being myself an Electronic Engineer I opened the power bank, to my surprise I had found 4 batteries in it of which only one no is connected to the circuit. I checked the 3 batteries with multimeter and found that there is no voltage. When the batteries are opened I found that it was filled with river sand in it. We are not claiming for a refund or replace of this power bank. Instead we are planning to file a suit against you for cheating us with Consumer Court and publishing your way of cheating the customers in the social media."

                            i ordered Skullcandy metal headphone before 12 days, , today i got it.. and when i opened it it was broken.. and i think this product also duplicate !! bad experience from askmebazaar .. delivering duplicate products . how could you do this with customers ?? that's why askmebazaar does not have review about product on website like amazon, flipkart. any how condition i want my money back ... otherwise i will sue you AskMeBazaar

                              Good Afternoon, I am here to share my experience with ASK ME BAZAAR. As i had ordered a branded CK mens watch Rupees 499/-I was impressed with the rates but when i received the order i was shocked after what i saw... improper packaging, no warranty card was in there, looks like painted, fake dial, It was a complete joke. Even if got the chance to see the watch first & then to pay for it. I would never bought that watch. But this was the complete shame on ASK ME BAZAAR that they really deal with these kind dealers or wholesalers. I just want to ask one question from ASK ME BAZAAR..that what kind of reputation they have in market today & what it would be after few months if they keep doing business like this.. Aren't they responsible for what i am going through today. I am harassed today not because i have got faulty product but because i not getting my solution of refund after calling/complaining around 15-20 times for the same problem. here are my details Order number: AB748049 DATE OF ORDER: 13.1.15

                                had brought one power bank from your site and paid online 299, when i had received it again your delivery boy had asked me for money and had paid to him 299. here you guys had charged me twice. which you had not yet refunded me pls refund me 299. when i had opened my power bank and charged it and connected with my mobile, i found it was not working. now you tell what should i do? if you will not take action then, will post on facebook and twitter to make other people aware.

                                Is it MI one. I have the same issue, it is not charging just after the third day from the i recieved.

                                  I ordered MI Powerbank of 10400 MAH on 22nd Jan 2015 under order number AB864902 and was delivered to me on 2nd Feb. 2015. When I opened that packing there were break into plastic package. However, I have started to use suddenly I remember when I ordered that was grey colour and which one is delievered to me is black colour after putting charging I felt this is wrong as well as damaged product. On the same day 02.02.2015 I put complaint through online through contact us query.In few minutes I got email that your query has been submitted will call you shortly. To reconfirm my complaint I did call on customer support and someone told me that my complaint is already registered and our team is already working on it and that will call you within 48 to 72 hours.I wait until 72 hours and did again call on 05.02.2015 to have an updated status of complaint.Here someone pick call and told me that no complaint is registered for my order Id and I have to submit complaint on that day. I was shocked that what is wrong with thus online shopping portal. Now I have submitted complaint and they provide me complaint no. Qrc83199. They asked to wait for 72 hours and team will call me and pick product from my home and I will get refund. Take a note that today is 11.02.2015 but still I didn't got any kind of call or email from askmebazaar side. Below is the process or days where I did call to support and that are aaying same thing that they forwarded email to team and will get respond or call from the shortly. 08.02.2015- Mr. Aakash pick the call and told me your complaint is registered and also he has forwarded email to team and I will get call from them. 10.02.2015- Mr. Manoj pick call and told me I have to wait 10 to 15 days. Because it require to process and get refund I have to wait 15 days max. I was shocked to hear that till mow everyone are saying to wait 72 hours but this person is saying 15 days. Now I feel this is tough to get refund for this product as this is not a simple refund like other companies like flipcart, amazon, etc. Please look into this issue and provide me refund of my order.                                       Hi, I have order Xiaomi 10400mah Power Bank on askmebazaar.com as per Order ID: AB949293 on 28/01/2015 which has been delivered on 07/02/2015 by Delhivery as per AWB No.[protected]. Product which I have received is Counterfeited & Fake product as it has been failed the test to verify the genuine Xiaomi Power Bank as per guideline issued by Xiaomi. Genuine power bank used to full charge my phone atleast 4 times & the fake product which is delivered by you is not able to charge more than 60% in an any case & it has very bad finish compare to genuine one.                                         I ordered two Xiaomi Powerbank of 10400 MAH on 23rd Jan 2015 under order number AB893665 and AB899898 and they were delivered to me on 29th Jan and 30th Jan. But both of these product are duplicate. They are not even charging one time. I put complaint for both the product over the phone and through customer support mail and i was asked to wait for 48 Hours to get call from AskMeBazaar team but till today i have not received any call. Please look into this issue and provide me refund of my both orders.
