Hi, I ordered Xiaomi 10400mah power bank from askmebazaar.com and I received it almost over 2 weeks. The product which I received was duplicate (chinese) make one. I also have the original one which I ordered it from flipkart for Rs999... But the one which I had bought from askmebazaa costed Rs500. By comparing both...with the original one which I bought from flipkart can charge 4 mobiles/tablets after full charge where as with the one which I bought from askmebzaar I can't even charge a single mobile fully. The charging time of the original power bank is around 8 hrs whereas this one charges in 1hr. The one I bought from askmebazaar has a single cell/battery with thich we can charge max 1 mobile (smartphone) whereas the original one has 3 cells. Don't buy any product from askmebazaar they are cheaters... I also bought a digital weighing scale from them even that is not working.

      I was ordered Limo 2600 Mah Orange - 1 Powerbank (1 Qty) worth Rs. 299/- on 10th Jan'15 from ASKMEBAZAAR.COM ecommerce portal. And item was delivered on 19th Jan'15, and the next day itself i logged a complaint also. But the supplier was not taking responsibility about the replacement, whenever i call to the suppliers customer care, they are rising the ticket no., And also they are bargaining with me that we can replace only Rs. 200/- only or else we can deposit the amount in my Bank Account if i share the bank details, Who is responsible if any one can hack my account. Request the concerns to justify the things and do favour. -- Regards, Prabhakar

        Once posted this complaint, within a second received a call from [protected]. Person mentioned that calling from Ask me and was asking my details like we will refund amount immediately within 10 min into your account. I thought how it is possible that company asks me my card details to verify my order and query. It was fake call to do something wrong with my account. Please ignore this types of calls and do not disclose any banking information or sensitive information like your card number, bank, expiry date etc.

        Yes the same thing happens to me also. When I posted complaint here consumer complaint forum within few minutes I received call from [protected] person name is Mr.Vishal, he asked me to provide such bank details but I denied to provide those details and I told him to process through online transfer of my refund through rtgs and neft but he also denied and continuisly asked me for me debit or credit card details and asked me current balance of my account. When I did call to customer support of askmebazaar and told this concern they confirmed and told me that yes this call is from askmebazaar and you can provide bank details.

        I am not sure why these type of companies going even no one is doing legal action for this.
        I also got a call from a person from [protected] who claimed he would refund my money and asked my credit card number. When I said I can't provide, he immediately disconnected the call. Beware of FRAUDS!!
        Same thing happened with me also He told me that he is calling from flipkart, but thanks to you peoples after watching your post I am sure that the call I got from [protected] is fake and also I traced its location is NewDelhi and flipkart office is in Banglore and ahmedabad

          Hi,

          I had placed orders for 8 Xiaomi 10400 power banks and when received all were not working. Observed that all are fake one. On the same day I had called customer care of Ask me and filed a complaint (QRC80558). Customer care executive informed me that as per their internal TAT (3 days), I will receive a call from them and then after some one will pick up the product from my location and then I will get refund for the same. Please note after 10 days also I have not received any call from Ask me and when calling on customer care number[protected], not a single time have received proper reply and solution for the complaint. Please help me out in this.

          No one arrived my home to pick this product back as promised, forget the refund.

          People should avoid buying from ASK ME BAZZAR, and importantly Ranbir Kapoor should not promote such a fake company.

            i have ordered MI power bank 10400mah on 27th Jan 2015. when i received it, there was a scratch/damage on body. then i used it and i found that it is not able to charge my cell phone fully. then i kept power bank for charging and waited till it's charging fully. after completion of charging, i connected my cell phone for charging but it could charge upto 40 % only and then power bank got discharged. so i doubt that web sited has cheated me and supplied the wrong product. on website you have shown the brand new picture and delivering the used or duplicate product. is it viable. kindly resolve this.

                I Ordered for 2 power banks from askmebazaar.com Order No.AB955008/Complaint qrc82595 Samsang2600Mah Power bank delivered on 3rd Feb'15 is not functional at all.I have raised Complaint (qrc82595) on 5th Feb for cash back but till 10th nobody contacted me for cash back, however they committed for contacting us within 48hours. Order No. AB955220/Complaint Qrc96448 I placed order for MI Xiaomi-5200 MAH Power Bank however received A-5 powerbank 2600MAH on 10th feb 2015. i opened pack after payment asked delivery boy for replacement/cashback but he denied. An executive named “sonu” confirmed that I can check the product before payment when I contacted askmebazaar for raising complaint against this fraud.

                  I had booked an order, Reference NO - AB986228 dated 2nd February 2015 for MI 10400 Power bank. On receipt of the products I have found that the products shipped are not genuine products. It is a FAKE product. I am not claiming this based on product overlay and packaging but by verifying the functionality. Functionally when USB port and the charging port are shorted the LED should not blink. One shorting both the ports i found the LED were blinking. BLINKING LED INDICATES CHARGING OF DEVICE. I HAVE FOUND MY MI POWER BANK LED WERE BLINKING CONTINUOUSLY. There were some other sources as well through whom i have verified this and found that the products i have received are FAKE . It is pathetic to know that such things happen. Why do people like ASKME BAZAAR operate in India. Dont trust them they are fake.

                    I received a defective product against Order#AB865236 amounting Rs699 dated Jan 19, 2015 on Feb 26, 2015. After discussion with Customer Care, agreed for a coupon of Rs 500 which was issued to me by Vinod on Feb 5. The coupon which carry no condition, was issued in lieu of my returning the product and refund. However, the coupon is not working and results in error "Invalid Coupon!! Please Try Again..:-(" when appled while placing new order. I called up same evening and spoke to Manik at [protected] and next morning to Anjali at [protected] both ensure that it would be rectified within 2-4hrs. However, the problem was not solved. After this I called again on Feb 7 at [protected] and complaint #QRC86995 was raised. But I received no call back and the coupon is still not working. On Feb 10, 2015, I was told that complaint #QRC86995 was closed as I result no call was received by me. And Customer Care raised another complaint #QRC96232.

                    Received call from Dayanand on Feb 13 who gave me a new coupon (BZQRC5Axxxxx) which was found to be not working again when I tried to apply it while he was on the call. He gave me third coupon (BZQRC5Axxxxx) which worked and I placed order#AB1140986 amounting Rs561 with Rs61 as COD after reducing coupon discount of 500. .

                    My complain must be considered closed only after I receive the order#AB1140986 and I being satisfied with it.
                    Received call from Dayanand on Feb 13 who gave me a new coupon (BZQRC5Axxxxx) which was found to be not working again when I tried to apply it while he was on the call.                                 Hello, In GOSF(Great online shopping festival by Google) deal, I ordered a Kitchen Combo Product on http://www.askmebazaar.com/ on 12/12/14. I paid INR 299.00 for this order by using my credit card. When I didn't receive any mail or message from askmebazaar then I called to customer care on[protected] and they told me that my product is delayed by seller due to not available in stock and when I called again after few days then customer care guys told me that your product has been packed and very soon it will reach to my shipping address but till today (9 Feb, 2015) I didn't get my product so I again called to [protected] and[protected] but they all were busy for last one weeks. As I tried regular 6-7 days on these numbers but not connected to any customer care guy. And after tired I called on[protected] and talked to a care person and she told me that my order has been cancelled by me. I shocked here this that I couldn't talk to customer care, then how did I cancel my order? Askmebazaar cheated me. I never trust on Askmebazaar because after 3 months of my order, I didn't receive my order and when I called them, they are saying that I canceled my order...very disgusting that they are liar also. I really very disappointed by Askmebazaar. I will tell to everyone that not trust on Askmebazaar. DGA696633. due to Daley in delivery i had cancelled this order on 26 December 2014.and i have received sms from VM-ASKMEB that your order DGA696633 from Anand Electricals at askmebazaar is cancelled. we will initiate the refund in 3-5 working days for prepaid order. and still now i.e. 07 feb 2015 i dont receive my refund Rs 3100.00 also i placed complain regarding refund. Many times I have communicate in your costumer care department regarding my refund. but still i have not received my refund rs 3100.00 if you unable to pay this refund in 48 hrs. then i must have to file complaint in consumer forum.
                                    I Got many verification code messages, pls stop this

                                      I had ordered a Xiaomi MI 10400 mah power bank at rs 749/-. My order no was AB960406. I received a duplicate product on 6th Feb'2015 which was delivered by Delhivery Courier. The power bank did not even charge my 2100 mah phone. Please refund my money back.

                                      I had ordered for mi power bank on 19th feb order no. AB1207661 and received the same. But it is not a genuine mi product and unable to charge my mobile even once. I would request you kindly replace with original Mi Xiaomi power bank, or please refund my money back.                                         Sir I bought a Xiomi mi10400 mah power bank and Vox spy camera pen from your site. Both of your products are not working properly and the camera pen is not start.The powerbank is not working properly. Please complete my complaint as soon as possible. I want to buy many things but because of your service i didn't buy more things. So please solve my problem. The experience of buying things from askme is not good.
