I received a defective product against Order#AB865236 amounting Rs699 dated Jan 19, 2015 on Feb 26, 2015. After discussion with Customer Care, agreed for a coupon of Rs 500 which was issued to me by Vinod on Feb 5. The coupon which carry no condition, was issued in lieu of my returning the product and refund. However, the coupon is not working and results in error "Invalid Coupon!! Please Try Again..:-(" when appled while placing new order.
I called up same evening and spoke to Manik at [protected] and next morning to Anjali at [protected] both ensure that it would be rectified within 2-4hrs. However, the problem was not solved.
After this I called again on Feb 7 at [protected] and complaint #QRC86995 was raised. But I received no call back and the coupon is still not working.
On Feb 10, 2015, I was told that complaint #QRC86995 was closed as I result no call was received by me. And Customer Care raised another complaint #QRC96232.
Ask Me Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by vijkap Received call from Srivinivas on Feb 10, asking for coupon code then confirming it not being used in their system and asked me to wait for 24-48hrs for the coupon code the be activated.

Updated by vijkap Received call from Dayanand on Feb 13 who gave me a new coupon (BZQRC5Axxxxx) which was found to be not working again when I tried to apply it while he was on the call. He gave me third coupon (BZQRC5Axxxxx) which worked and I placed order#AB1140986 amounting Rs561 with Rs61 as COD after reducing coupon discount of 500. .
My complain must be considered closed only after I receive the order#AB1140986 and I being satisfied with it.
