i understand many of them got fake products i feel sorry for them but this people gave me fake product which does not even work how sick this ppl are and from past 5 days they have not crossed 48hrs, its always good doing transaction with amazon or ebay unlike this ppl who are not even fit to sell chai on road side but one thing to appreciate is they know to cheat its better to beg than do this kind of cheap things shame on u

I have received the packet which was delivered from askmebazaar.com amounting Rs. 699 COD but I didn't find any tag of xiaomi on the box and to verify the authenticity of the product i logged on to youtube.com and as per video in all tests have been failed to the devices and it indicates the device is fake.

I ordered Xiaomi (Mi) 10400mah Power Bank(order no: AB1008150) but I got the fake one. Same day(9-feb-2015) I registered a compliant in AskMeBazaar. Compliant no : QRC 93795. During this all they said within 72 hours I will receive a call but Up to now no one called me on this. I call AskMeBazaar multiple time but there is no proper replay, Every time they ask me to wait for 24hours or 48 hours. I need the original one or refund. please help me

Hi, Order Number: AB1028868 We did place an order and made payment through Credit Card, but when product arrived, the courier person insisted on COD payment. When I called customer care, they confirmed that it is a mistake on their part and they will re-deliver the product. It has been more than 2 weeks now and it is causing a lot of inconvinience to us. Whenever I call customer care, they say that one senior person will call and complete the process but noone called so far. I also made sure that product was confirmed and they told that product would be delivered in 10 days.I waited for 10 days and didn't get my product and I ringed them up and they told me that my product was cancelled.They told me that my money would be credited back my account in 5 days . I booked a ray ban frame from the site askmebazaar.com. i have done credit card payment of Rs.1550. i also received a message on my mobile phone, from the site that my product has been confirmed for delivery after the payment . when i called the customer care of the site for asking him about the delivery he replied that the product is out of stock. i told him that i booked the product when it was in stock on your site. then he said now it is out of stock and started speaking rudely when i told him that i will complaint to the consumer forum he said yes you can complain "i dont care" and ended the call. i want my product in any case because i have to gift it to my brother.
