[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — refund not processed

hello sir, first of all we were send a fake non working xiomi 10400 power bank againt order no. AB1263338, later after so many complaint you team got it picked up, but no refund is been received till now, pick up receipt no.[protected] dated 14/03/2015. you are requested to get the refund generated soonest.

I called them nearly 50 times till now.
They are not processing my refund.
Every time they give me time limit oh 12 days then when i call them again they again give next time!
When I ask them to email me all details, they denied me.
I have plenty of mail chain to support.
And they even record calls as proof.

On Feb 19th, I had ordered hp backpack, 2 quanitity of Rs 798.

First the order was delivered after a long delay. And the product was of cheap and low quality. Then I raised a request for return. But to get the order reverse picked up I had to call AskMe 100s of time. Lastly they picked up the product after one month.

Now to get the refund has become like an herculian task for me. After so much of follow up, after 3 months they agreed to refund the amount.

As per them they have refunded the amount on 15th May 2015, but still the amount is not refunded in my card.

Everyday I call them to know the status, their customer support executives, gives the same reply that your refund is processed. When I ask them to give me the transaction id, they are helpless.

When talk to their senior authority, they tell that they will arrange a call back from backend team, but they also can't give the assurance that the backend team will call.

And guess what happens, Backend team never calls. Again call the customer support and same process starts. And if you ask the customer support executive to connect to the senior whom you had talked last, then you get the same reply. He/She is currently not available. Again start the new thread with the new executive

I have spent more money in calling AskMe, then the amount of my refund.

AskMe is turning out to be cheat and a fraud company. I wonder how come Kangana and Ranbeer like actors can endorse such cheat site.

If you are determined o process my refund, then my request # is qrc355366. No the needful, otherwise I have no option to go to Consumer court.
