      I have ordered a wallet from this site with order ID AB1897473. Within couple of days I received a message saying that address I provided is incomplete so I need to call customer care to correct it. (Actually I have provided correct address, the very same address I have used on many other sites and never faced this problem) Now the problem is whenever I call to customer care at[protected], they listen to my query and tell me that their system is under up gradation and I should call again after one hour. I have been calling them since last three days at least twice a day and I am getting to hear the same reason of "System Up gradation". How come every time they give same reason and ask me to call after an hour, even when I call as suggested I am again asked to call after an hour. This is really irritating. Please help.

        I had ordered Xiaomi 10400mah Power Battery Bank on 10/02/15 which was confirmed by My Limo Trading at askmebazaar.com. The order ID was AB1057300. This was delivered on 11/02/15. Even after fully charging the power bank it was unable to provide even 30% charge on my phone. Becoming suspicious I checked out the Xiaomi forum where I found out the differences between the original and fake Xiaomi power banks. 1.) Sticker with 20-digit Code on Packaging - absent in askme bazaar packaging 2.) Branding and Color on USB Cable - completely different from the original 3.) Branding on the Standard USB Port - absent in askme bazaar product 4.) Printing at the Bottom - absent in askme bazaar product. Thus the company sent out a fake product. I raised a complaint QRC108417 on 14/02/15. I was told that I would receive a callback from the concerned department within 7 days to initiate the refund which did not happen. Inspite of repeated calls to the customer care number(NOT TOLL FREE) I did not receive any call back from this supposed concerned department. When I called again on 14/03/15 they said that they have my bank details and they will refund the money in 10 days. Its 01/04/15 now and I still have not received the refund they have supposedly sent. Nearly 2 months and they have done nothing to solve the problem.

        I had ordered a Xiomi Power Bank 10400 mAh from Askmebazzar.com. Order Number- AB3033665 . But i was delivered a fake product which is totally impaired. As soon as i realized that its fake, i call their customer care for the complaint and refunding of my money. Their customer care guy gave me a consolation for the refund and ask me my bank details, which i provide him as per his requirements. But no one has arrived yet to receive their product. I had called more than six times to the customer care, but every time i call they just give me a consolation of refund and a new complaint number (Up to they have provided me 4 complaint numbers) and assure me that someone will come and receive that product from me and i will get my refund after that. No action for the same has been taken.

            HI I am shivesh mishra resides in new delhi . I had ordered xiomi powerbank from askmebazaar.com on 25.03.2015 order no AB1812776. It had came to me on 28.03.2015 but after receiving i checked it n i found it is from micromax not from xiomi and also look like as a a used one and even it doesnt start .i sent my complaint via e-mail twice but all this gone in vain . they have not been receiving my call . i am very disappointed . This fraud activity could be happen to any one so please take severe action against all these online culprits thank you mo. no. [protected]

              Dear Sir, Sub : Urgent : Resolve Issue of fake wrong Delivery I want to fill my complaint against askmebazar.com to provid wrong information and cheating to customer. I ordered Reebok Duffle Bag With Reebok Watch on 24th March15, I received order on 31st April 15 When i received product Reebok Duffle bag is fine but in watch mention brand name Xe Fusion instead of Reebok.Then I called several time askmebaze customer care no : [protected], one lady picked up my call and did not resolve issue and several time she disconnected my call.I have recorded all conversation in my mobile.                 i had ordered cello tiffin box on 25/03/2015 from askmebazaar.com with order id AB1809856 for which i had made the payment online through credit card, but page got blank and amount got debited from my bank i called their customer care but their systems were under updation for 48 hours, so i emailed them but their is not reply for email as well and all of sudden on 31/03/2015 i got sms that my order is canceled and again i called their customer care but as usual their system were again in updation and hence mailed to [protected]@askmebazaar.com but no reply, , , plesase help to get my money back and this site should be banned

                finally i have received the call form askme bazaar with no [protected], they said that order is canceld by the seller as due to unavailable of stock. but i has received the sms from askmebazaar on 25/03/2015 stating your order AB1809856 from cello world at askmebazaar is received, and then i asked for the refund for my money then he asked for 10 working days more to refund my money, , , , they are cheating the customers and generating revenue for their working capital without any interest, , , , , , this is a farud site, , and should get closed, , , , ,

                                    I had ordered Xiaomi 10400mah Power Battery Bank which was confirmed by KKV Agencies on 10th March 2015 and was approved on 11th March 2015. Order No.- VI1434543 I received the order on 16th March 2015. It was found defective as it did not even perform the 10% of its capability which was mentioned in the Specifications that is 10400mah. Battery Bank's full charge did not charge my phone(2900mah) completely even once. I filed a complaint for refund/return on 17th March 2015 (Complaint No.- QRC189814) and same day i received a call from AskMeBazaar asking for my bank account details to refund the amount(Rs. 500/-) paid by me. But till date no action has been taken by AskMeBazaar. They have not even picked up the product from my residence. My only request is to refund the amount as soon as possible. Thank You

                                    The Delhivery person has picked up the Power Bank from my residence, Thank You for that.

                                    Kindly refund the amount paid by me as soon as possible to my bank account. The details have been provided already through the Voice Interface.

                                      The power bank provide charging of any device up to just 25 percent.They have specified that the power bank of samsung will provide backup of 510 life cycles. It takes a hour to charge power bank and it is useless product i have came across online buying. Fraud seller. Low Cheap Seller.

                                      i had bought a power bank from askmebazar.com with order id AB2351418 n they had deliverd me a used not working product and when am calling to customer care they are simply telling we cann't do anything, so pls help me either replacement or refund.
