This is to bring in your kind attention that in i live in 4/4 usmanpur colony juhi gausala kanpur pin 208014 we are facing very difficulty related to cleanliness. Drains are overflowing & heap of garbage is lying in the lane which clogged the drains. Dirty drain water & garbage flow back inside our houses which may lead to many disease.in rainy season situation is out of control. We pay personally many times to sweeper but problem will not be resolved untill proper drains not be constructed. Please solve this problem as soon as possible

We are the residents of j. B. Estate, vetri nagar, i st cross street, avadi.
Laying of roads around us till our street are under process now.
But no such step in our street till now. Some people informed us that this road is under another contract. Any way, please confirm whether the road will be laid or not.

If yes, please reply when it will be laid.
If no, please suggest us what action we have to take further regarding this issue.

There are around 15-20 street dogs in and around our street causing nuisance especially during morning & night time. These dogs are chasing, keep following who are coming on the way. It’s very difficult for us to come across the street during morning & night time.
Kindly take an immediate action on this and help us to survive a safe life for all children.

We are facing huge problems because of street dogs. Last night a cub was killed and eaten by group of street dogs. People cant move around as street dogs chase in groups. Many small kids leave around. Appreciate if you could give some priority on this issue and do the needful.

We are residing in next to grcl flats, barathidasan road, senthil nagar, thirumullaivoyal chennai 600062, drianage water from grcl arashaya flats is stacking on the road for many months no one bother to clean that drianage and flats owners are not taking any steps to clean drianage, drianage stacked on road due to this many mosquito and very bad smell when people cross the flats and has a all possibilities of getting disease... Kindly take immediate action on this... So that people would be safe from getting diseases

There are five street lights in third anna street at thirumullaivoil, chennai.62 four lights are burning in a row without any difficulties. One street light which situated in a cross street and being a single light for a separate street in continuation to the third anna street is not burning for several months. This gives much hard ship to the public, when they are returning after sun set. More over, this light was provided as a switch system to the people's convenience. Please make this street light is burned when all other street lights are burning. This is a humble request.

Drains not cleaned (Address: indiranagar, kovilpadagai, avadi, chennai) for months creating breeding place for mosquitoes and spreadin foul smell. Photo attached. Pls help in getting this sorted asap.. Few home outlet pipes are already submerged in the drains. This is becoming dangerous as all the drain wastes are likely to enter our homes through these pipes now... I have been making numerous attempts to get this cleaned but have found no much interest from our officials... Please let me know what else needs to be done to get this sorted out.

I am living in manikandapuram 1st main road, thirumullaivoyal chennai 600 062. More than one month of period the sewage water from three apartments namely repute ahimsa, reput honest, were staging infront of my house. We already told that to clean this stagnation of sewage water. We are requested to make some arrangements to clear the stagnation of sewage water.

I am residing at dr. Radha krishnan street, charles nagar, pattabiram. The garbage is being collected at a private plot and the plastics tyres and wires are being burnt to collect the metals from them to exchange for a meagre amount with scrap vendors. The garbage is not being collected due to which the area stinks and clear health hazard. When complained with the contractor, no proper response is being provided. We want to stop the garbage dumping at the private plot.

This complaint is raised from 4th, cross street, mg road, pattabiram, chennai-72. Drainage water is clogging and its coming out of the drainage tank and flowing on the road. People are not able to walk in road and this water stagnation is increasing foul smell day by day getting mosquito problems. Road is not to the same level of main road which is causing the water stagnation.

There are four street light posts in the 5th street, j. B. Estate, avadi. Two post lights have not been burning since july 2017 for which my complaint is registered with avadi municipality.

All the 4 lamp posts are off since last four days. The whole of 5th street is
Totally dark in the night. For the safety of the residents of 5th street, i have been keeping my portico light on since last 7 months.

Sir, i am smt. C. Vijayalakshmi resident of no.39, m. C. Raja street, mittanamallee, avadi iaf. I have paid rs.4250/- towards supervision and road cut restoration charges to municipalit, avadi for drainage connection in addition to the deposit of rs.10000/-.in this regard, i submit that the work connecting drainage from my above residence to the main drainage at road has been assigned to mr. S. Senthil kumar mob.[protected] contractor said to be nominaed by avadi municipality and he completed the work taking a sum of rs.16500/- towards supervision charge of rs.500/-, road cut restoration charge of rs.3750/- and the remaining amount towards labour and material for 15 meter distance between my residence to road. I have made payment to the above contractor on 07.02.2018, but on going through the receipt no.012/01/17-18/0003532 dated 19.04.17, the municipality has also collected the same amount from me. For single work, i have paid twice one to corporation and another to contractor. Hence, i request that the amount paid to corporation towards supervision and road cut restoration charges may be returned to me, as the work was not done by the corporation.

To kovilpadagai main road. But the roads are very damaged, big pits, uneven stone pits makes our journey difficult. It's very paining for the two wheelers who carry their children to school. Auto drivers are also neglecting to come to this area because o[censored]neven road surface and charging triple the normal amount. Kindly make even surface of roads so that every body in this area will be very grateful to you.

Currently i am standing in the queue for more than 2 hrs, totally 10 persons stood before us, now more 2 people standing before me. The person here gave me tocken yesterday and there is no proper organising. There is only 1 system and scanning one machine, all the services are done very very slowly. 2 persons are working and both are supporting queries from public and doing the work. There is no sufficient space for standing...

I'm resident of avadi housing board eb office backside. Here the septic tanks are overflowing for the past 1 week and we even reported to the municipality people regarding this issue, but there is no proper response. Still we are facing this issue and the drainage water gets logged near our houses. Requesting you to please take action as soon as possible so that we would be grateful to you.

I am a resident of new vellanur area. The veltech institution is letting out its untreated sewage water into the residential plots illegally. This heavily stinking waste water is becoming a breeding place of mosquitos and pose threat to the health of the residents.

An appropriate action from the local administration body will be highly appreciated.

Over 10 street lights in a row were washed out during the vardah cyclone in dec 2016 in the 60 feet railway station road, devi nagar, from hdfc atm to sbi atm. This long stretch was in dark during night causing insecurity to the residents of devi nagar, jb nagar, sridevi vaishnavi nagar and vaishnavai nagar who alight at annanoor railway station to go their residence.

This was taken up with avadi municipality repeatedly and was delayed due to paucity of funds, as stated by municipality officials. Finally, after a long period of one year, new street light sets were allotted to fit in these poles, day before yesterday.

Unfortunately, at the instigation of ex-mc who got hold with officials, major number of these new lights were fitted in the southern part of 60 feet railway station road after removing the tube lights which were in good burning condition. Only 3 new street lights were fitted in the poles between hdfc atm and sbi atm, leaving still some more poles to be fitted with lights.

This sort of mis-management occurs in this area of ward 14 and ward 13 at the instructions of vested interest.

Dear sir, i have come to pay property tax and found some observations :
1. Billing is taking huge time though there are hardly 5 or 6 persons before me need to wait for at least 1 hr to make payment.
2. Eagerly waiting for online payment.
3. The place is not cleaned and feel awkward to stand in queue.
4. Only one person is doing billing work and other three persons were idle.

Iam calling avadi muncipality contract for cleaning septic tank they are saying today coming at midnight everyday but not coming everyday say excuse. Contact person mr.
