Bharathi nagar Ist street, next to VGN Aviv Court/Opp to Green Lake Park is really in bad condition. The road was laid 07 years back very poorly and didn't sustained for even year. Please lay the pucca road Ist Street, Bharathi Nagar, Govardhanagiri as this road is almost used by 2000 people every day to access the inner areas. Atleast for time being, remove the huge water logging by putting some landfill. Thanks

    Dear sir, it is found that new speed breakers were laid in concrete overnight two weeks back at many places in TNHB fire station road to avoid overspeed. But they are two high (30cm ) without proper gradient or slope with less width (only 45cm wide) with out any standard. Because of that most cars seriously hit on it and two wheelers could not ride on it . While IRC Standard prescribes 10 cm height by 360 cm wide for speed breakers, it is requested at least to increase the width so as to avoid more serious accidents than without them.

      Please note that stray / street dogs found inside the gated community campus of VGN STAFFORD at Thirumullaivoyal. It makes noise, nuisance also chasing children and senior citizens. Kindly take immediate action to remove from our campus.

          Sir, i residing at no 9, anbudamai street, srivasa nagar, cholambedu, thirumullaivoyal, chennai-62.We are living around 35 years above in this area and we are paying particular tax for the corporation, in front of my house there was a drainage manhole, in that manhole waste water were leaking out this was causing disturbance to school childrens as well as aged person senior citizens, this may happens continiously for the past few days, according to that the people of our street were suffering from bad smell due to leakaged water getting regularly and also it may cause deceases all o[censored]s, regarding this i have complaint, but still the problem was not rectify by anybody, so i kindly request that arrest the leakage problem as soon as possible.

              I am staying in a large housing complex, consisting of approximately 1400 flats, in Thirumalaivasan Nagar, Thirumulaivoyal. This housing complex is called VGN Stafford. There are approximately 4000 people, including senor citizens and small children residing in this complex..

              We are facing lot of difficulties due to street dog menace. More than 15 street dogs have taken shelter in our premises and they keep chasing the residents regularly. The number keeps increasing. Of late they even started reaching upper floors. Because of this, we find it very difficult to come out of our houses to carry out day today affairs i e. walking, going to schools, shopping etc.

              May I humbly request the authorities to look into our grievance at the earliest.

                  My family stays in ashok nagar area which comes under avadi. We are facing a severe problem of growing problems of overflow of drainage from our near by apartment for the last 3 years. We already informed the apartment members an number of times, but they are not taking it seriously. So we also complained to our local authority, but they always give us covid excuses for not taking action. This overflowing in drainage causes the problems of bad odour and leads to growth of mosquitoes which may lead to malaria. So we request you to kindly take action related to this issue as soon as possible.

                    Its to bring it to your notice that unknown people are throwing garbage in the open street ( Kamarajar Nagar between 5th street and 4th Street ) . Every day they are dumping kilos of gargbage . A warning banner has been placed their inspite of that they are throwing the Garbage.
                    Its highly stinking and unhygienic to cross the path.. They are not supposed to put the garbages in residential place. Which is not only unhygenic to all the people but heavily creating mental pain because of street dogs and pigs and cows tearing garbage bags and spilting in the frontage of homes... and making heavy fights and disturbances which are even dangerous.. Need immediate persual to clear them immediatelty and not to put any garbages henceforth next to residential places... kindly look in to this on high priority and please do the needful..

                        Sir/Mam,
                        2 weeks ago there was a leakage in underground corporation drainage pipeline, complaint was raised via telephone and workers came and dug a pit and left it as it is right in almost middle of the road. It is very hard to pass by that road. “5th Street, Saraswathi nagar, J.B. Estate, Avadi-600054”.
                        No one came after that even to close the pit. Kindly take immediate action.

                          At least two Street lights are not working at Gopal Street Pachaiamman Nagar Thirumullaivoyal, since a month ago.
                          The street is majorly used by all the commuters from bus stop to interior as we also have a cycle stand in the street. It is to dark at night without these two straight lights in the small stretch. Requesting you to fix this at the earliest.

                                Dear Sir/Madam
                                I own a property in VGN STAFFORD and would like to apply for Property Tax Assessement Number. I have the Vacant Land Bill from the Builder till 2019. When produced the same, the corporation is asking for Vacant Land Receipt till 2022, which is not possible since the builder says he has closed the status of Vacant Land Tax on 2019 itself.
                                Now my application is rejected because of this.What do I do now and how to pay my tax?

                                  Respected Sir/ Madam,

                                  Its to bring it to your notice that garbage collecting people are accumulating the garbages and throwing it next to residential building and its highly stinking and unhygienic to cross the path.. They are not supposed to put the garbages in residential place ( Mullai nagar, Sankara subbu street, Kovilpathaghai, Avadi).                                     We are facing overflow of drainage water in our street for the past 4 days. This overflow has lead to bad odour and we are unable to walk on the road.                                         Dogs capture

                                        Address: J B Estate 15 the Street Near Remi Theatre (14, 15th Street also)

                                        I am living in J B Estate 15 th street (Near Remi Theatre). There are surrounding ten 10-15 stay dogs are big troubles to the public and make nuisance sounds at night and also we are afraid it and BITE MY COUSIN SON and not only that, it Chasing the vehicle and bites them.

                                        So please capture these dogs immediately....
