The amount has not credited to my Vodafone account but the same amount has been deducted from my SBI account and credited to
INB Avenue India Pvt Ltd.

I have made 2 trasanction of 599/- on 19th August 2021 from www.jio.com it showed INB Avenue as payment gateway. I have spoken to Jio Cust Care they said its unsucessful and SBI says its credited to the merchant account. Amount has been debited from my account for 2 concecutive recharge of 599/- which i tried and inspite recharge was unsucessful.

I have jio connection and have been paying netbanking thru ur firm for jio subscription. On 28th Aug 2021 i have made net banking thru u and amount has been debited from my account and the jio company has not confirmed my payment. I have tried twice and both times my amount got debited.
1. Ref no IGALWBKWCI3 dated 28 Aug 2021 for Rs 1768.92
2. Ref no IGALWBHWC2 dated 28 Aug 2021 for Rs 1768.92

These two got debited from my account and the amount is with ur firm but i have not received from jio company for successful payments.

Third time i recharge and got it successful.

in view of the above, Pls refund the two amounts which is due to me back to my account.

I have made a payment of Rs.908.6 to Avenues In. Ref IGALVDZSR4 on 23Aug21.(online sbi internet banking) For domain registration with DOMGYS.

The payment is processed from the bank and not received by the DOMGYS.

Please check and refund the amount as soon as possible.
