I payed for notes for prepladder and the money was deducted. I did not recieve any tracking id . Or any response. Please help resolving this issue

    I made an online transaction on 3-August-2021 of amount 9164.16 and was unsuccessful but got debited from my account and is stuck in ms Avenue Pvt Ltd Indian bank MGT branch . It has been more than 4 days and not got my refund back. Please refund my amount asap.

            In connection to above cited subject, our client GEDA Registration Fees is paid 15340 Rs on portal fromFees Payment option on dated 11.07.21 to Avenues India Pvt Ltd from GEDA portal with Reference ID[protected] for consumer N0-[protected] having GEDA application No[protected] .
            Payment is not reflected pn portal to start stage wise process on portal.Kindly do needful to credit or reversal so we can again do it.

              Some fraudier hacked my mobile phone as well as my sb a/c at sbi salem sarai allahabad-211001 on 300721 through their mobile nos.[protected].[protected]...2...[protected]...3.[protected]...
              2. He made following withdrawls tr. Which has shown credited in your account[protected]
              rs.50000.00, rs.25000.00 ( 07 ), rs.20000.00 ...Total fraud committed for rs.245000.00 where i have neither entered my id nor password, not managed any otp on my behalf.
              So, in view of foregoing pl investigate the fraudier at your end and revert all my fund to my account without delay to save image of your company.

                Dear Sir,
                I have Paid Rs813/-, Ref. no.[protected]IGAKTELV1 in this gateway against the recharge of my DISH TV VC no. [protected] through Internet Banking on 16.03.2021. This amount is also deducted from my bank account immediately on the same day. The name of DISH TV holder is Suresh Kumar Sahu. But this amount is not credited to my Dish TV account till date. For your kind information, the amount is paid by Suresh Kumar Sahu only.

                Hence my earnest request to you to tdo the needful to resolve the issue at your earliest.

                                  I made SBI netbanking payment of Rs. 480.00 on 6th July 2021 vide Transaction Ref. No. IGALLTMFN4 for Recharging my JIO Fiber Connection. I find from SBI Net Banking Statement that the money Rs. 480.72 has been debited from my Account and Transaction has been made through AVENUES INDIA PVT. LTD. . The money however has not been credited to the Account of JIO Fiber as my JIO Fiber Connection No. has stopped operating from today 8th July being the expiry date. I have made the Payment again to JIO FIBER today through other Payment Mode. I therefore request AVENUES INDIA PVT. LTD. to immediately refund my money not paid to JIO Fiber.

                                        115010.62, towards KL University, vaddeswaram, from my Union bank of India account and it was confirmed by bank having made payment to Avenues India P Ltd, under ID reference[protected].
