During the recharge of Vodafone through VI App amount of Rs 418/- was deducted from my SBI bank account on 6th Dec 2021 against failure of transaction and same was not yet refund

The same amount was transfered to Avenues India Pvt Ltd without my concern which is showing in my bank statement narration on 6th Dec 2021

    I was trying to recharge vodafone prepaid card through VI App on 6th Dec 2021 at 11.57pm.during the process recharge transaction got failed but amount debited from my bank account of Rs.418/-

    My bank account statement narration shows the same amount was transfered to the Avenues India Pvt Ltd.on dated 6th Dec 2021 of amount Rs. 418/- (Four Hundred Eighteen Rupees)

      There are two online debits from my SBI account Number[protected] Branch PBB Besant Nagar as given below -
      1) On 8 Oct 2021 Ref No.[protected]IGAMEDFGZ7 TRANSFER TO 4 -Rs.215.00
      2) On 10 Oct 2021 Ref No.[protected]IGAMEMZLC6 TRANSFER TO 4 - Rs.215/-

      I did not do the transactions and accordingly these are Unauthorised Deductions/Transfer

                Thare INB Avenue india is third party of amount transection.
                My money Rs.11000 is transfer INB Avenue india company account but not transfer Renault india car company.
                So please refund my money.

                                  Above payment was made by me through internet banking from State Bank of India Barola Sector 50 Noida for Rs 1449.00 for renewal of Quick Heal Total Security for my computer.The amount has not reached to Quick Heal and my system has not been renewed.Reference number of above payment from bank is[protected]/GALXKXJ. Kindly let me know how this has happened as I am continuously reminding Quick Heal for renewal, ultimately they intimated that payment not received by them.Pl make this payment immidiately under intimation to me
