We, earlier bought above mention led light (21 and 105 respectively) from bajaj electrical dealers (K s electricals) in march 2017 with 5 years warranty, but unfortunately, but lots led lights are not working properly, around 3 months, thereafter we contact to dealer but not yet they changed the led lights. So we are request u to please change the above said led or repair the same as soon as possible.

    One month before heating element changed for bajaj majesty 3 litres water heater... Now no heating of water... On last visit no mrp was written on the pack of heating element, so confused about the price of the product... Also customer care executive told that visiting charge is 250/- but technician demand 350/-, there is also confusion... Why there is no transparency about pricing and service?

      This is inform you that i have purchased bajaj farata tez fan on your direct website on 18th feb 2018 my order number : bel001b0532795. And successfully received this product on 21.02.2018. I am very much shock this product not having swing option most of the pedestral fan having this facility. I am very much disappointed of this product. On that day itself i contacted on your customer care they are telling we are received your complain and take action against that my complain num : che[protected]-1.

      Today your service engineer came and told me the product not having swing option and the product itself coming more noise. Kindly contact to bajaj website customer care directly to return your order.

      Kindly help me almost one week has been completed. Please return my money or kindly give bajaj victor type of pedestral fan.

        Storage water heater 15 ltr not working. Depute your engineer to repair the same. It was purchased from csd canteen hamirpur and it has not worked properly since the day it was purchased.           I, bhawna garg registered a complain about the disney mermaid fan. A technician sudarshan from bhandup service centre called me. He charged me 900 rs. Yesterday i collected the fan (Which was repaired according to him). But after fitting first start gave noise and second time it is not even starting. I called him but he refused to come n see... This behaviour is simply not acceptable. I want my fan to be repaired and also wants to take action against the inappropriate behaviour of mr. Sudarshan

                I have ordered bajaj majesty icx induction cooktop from shop. Bajajelectricals.com on 6 jan 2018 it has almost been 1 month i have neither received my product nor got refund. Whenever i call customer care they just say they will refund amount today but neither they refund amount nor they call back. It has been a very frustrating experience for me.

                        Sir, maine 21/12/17 ko mohaddipur gorakhpur ki ek shop se bajaj majesty rx10 (Room heater) liya aur wo 28/12/17 ko kharab ho gya.. Then i complained on bajaj consumer care no. They send a their engineer to solve the issues in room heater.. Engineer came after 3 day but suddenly when he gone after doing his work.. Again we face the same problem from 31/12/17 till today’s date 15/01/2018 no one ☝️ come after that day. To check the heater as i call twice a day to bajaj customer care no. And gorakhpur bajaj service centre. They are always saying only one ☝️ thing we solve you problems under (Within) 2-3 day

                        Today i fully hateful to the company call bajaj.
                        Here in gorakhpur nowadays the temperature falling day by day.. I’m facing the problem from 2 weeks
                        Now tell me how anybody can servive without having a heater..
                        I’m very disappointed 😔 with these type of false claims that bajaj customer service provider.. They don’t provide any type of service they are just fake people...
                        Today i call ten times on gorakhpur bajaj electrical service centre no one ☝️ picked the call yesterday i call no answer...
                        Day before yesterday no answer... Daily same condition..
                        They are responsible for my health because cold lange se meri tabiyat kharab ho gayi h...

                          I have a bajaj press when i visit bajaj service centre (Dawson electricals golebazar sriganganager) for service. I show him the bill but he refused to service. He say that modal is 2015 and i am brought that press in 2017 so the varanty is void.
                          R/s pls tell me why are you not call back of your old stock from the market and what is my mistake.
                          Is my mistake is that i bought bajaj press

                            Its very disappointment to say that bajaj is not doing proper work...
                            After sales service is even on below standards as compared to the local companies...
                            I'd complained from my contact number ([protected]) relating to bajaj majesty duetto gas geyser.. On 23 december 2017...
                            I'd purchased this product on 2nd december 2017... Just think that in 18-20 days the product starts showing malfunctions...
                            After complaining technician came to see on 26th december 2017, but after that nobody came to change the defected part... Till today[protected]..
                            Is this the way of working...
                            Are you people started making fool of customers...
                            Needs strict action on the same...
                            This faulty product needs to be replaced by a new one at the earliest

                              I purchased 2 bajaj caldia and 1 shakti 15 litre storage water heater. Only one cladia 15 litre storage water heater was delivered till date. Rest of the item still pending.

                              This is the only thing we have in site. After thousand call and false promise. These people in bajaj are having crocodile skin and tears. How much time i complain doesn't feel my pain of not having water heater in winter. These people lost business ethics and morality. Calling them shameless is like honor for them. Roadside electrical shop would have done more better service then bajaj electrical. Only thing they know is "call you back".

                                I complained online regarding bajaj electric storage water heater shakti plus 15 litres closedtype 2.0 kv sr no j100ss1e, the problem is water not getting heated and there is no water leakage, technician came and tested thermostat and count out said both are good, while he tried to pull out heating element from wall mounted heater it didn't came out, he manipulated it and right and left to pull but element didn't came, so he unmounted the unit from wall and then removed water pipe unit and found both the inlet and outlet pipes were broken, then i took the unit to a gas welder and got it done and waiting for a good mechanic to install element, my notion that bajaj company service centres electricians are well trained is wrong by the above incident, it certainly spoils bajajs reputation n image, y ramprasad [protected]

                                If it is not coming easily he would have removed the water pipe units removed by unmounting from wall instead of shaking the heating element in all directions and forcibly taking which caused breaking of water pipes and causing loss of money, time and inconvenience to customer

                                  I have purchased a bajaj water heater on 24 nov2017 from csd haldwani. Nainital uk. On 27 nov 17 a rep of coy came to install the same. After installing the water heater it was felt on ground just in 5 minutes and it was broken badly. I than approach the bajaj service centre haldwani and it was taken by him within 4-5 days. (Mr raj kumar parmar). Tag was issued by the coy abd the product was sent to dehradun for replacement by service centre. Almost one and half month is over now but the product was not delivered to me till date. It is very shameful. I have contacted several time with customer care andmr harvinder singh, mr ram prakash mr naresh joshi and service centre haldwani. All these guys are irresponsilble. Why these are employed only for salary by the coy. They are not customer friendly. I m tatally fedup with their behaviour.                                     On 31st december 2017, i have purchased a bajaj 2016 mtbx microwave oven from great eastern retails pvt. Ltd, tollygunge, kolkata, in the name mr. Avijit guha. But a week has been passed after the delivery and the servicemen are yet to visit us and install the abovementioned appliance. So i thought it right to inform you and make yoy aware of your duty as you failed to perform the same. Do kindly visit to us for installing the micro oven.

                                      Hi, I purchased one bajaj Majesty Duetto (LPG) gas Water geyzer Heater, the product failed to work recently and I registered a compliant and Bajaj technician visited to my place but he is not able to resolve this problem.He told me will came tomarrow with know technician but he wouldn't came an also not received my call. Than again I have complained more than 5 times but still i didn't get service I was told my complaint would be attended within 48 hrs but was unattended even after 10 days, several followups yielded no result.I repeatedly contacted the customer care as well as service centers and the local numbers provided by them, but no service was provided to me till date. Product is in warranty period. Kindly suggest what is to be done after this.

                                        Engineer visited at home after next day of registering the complaint and taken one of the part of my food processor. He promised me to come back in one day. Now he has blocked my number and now after 5 days i am trying to contact to customer care of bajaj electricals and they are not ready to give any solution. Customer care is providing some numbers for service support out of which none of them is working (Switch off/invalid numbers).

                                        These Bajaj guys are totally fraud, They told me to submit my food processor to service center. Now they removing the lock functionality from food processor, because it is not available with them. So They are not ready to repair it.

                                        No one is providing any solution. Even product is still under warranty
