I complained online regarding bajaj electric storage water heater shakti plus 15 litres closedtype 2.0 kv sr no j100ss1e, the problem is water not getting heated and there is no water leakage, technician came and tested thermostat and count out said both are good, while he tried to pull out heating element from wall mounted heater it didn't came out, he manipulated it and right and left to pull but element didn't came, so he unmounted the unit from wall and then removed water pipe unit and found both the inlet and outlet pipes were broken, then i took the unit to a gas welder and got it done and waiting for a good mechanic to install element, my notion that bajaj company service centres electricians are well trained is wrong by the above incident, it certainly spoils bajajs reputation n image, y ramprasad [protected]

Updated by Medicoram If it is not coming easily he would have removed the water pipe units removed by unmounting from wall instead of shaking the heating element in all directions and forcibly taking which caused breaking of water pipes and causing loss of money, time and inconvenience to customer
