Dear sir,

I make complaint for my geyser is not working on 12th dec 17.
Your service engineer visited on 13th dec and reviewed the issue.
He inform us that element has to be changed. But no feedback received after that. Which bajaj call no. Noi[protected]-1,
This issue is not resolved and complaint closed on 16th dec 17.

Its really very painful experience
Bajaj majesty 15 gpu waterheater. Purchased on 16.12.15.

I expectance prompt response and action on above issue.

    I have purchased new bajaj dominar in month of august abs version. Initial 3 months it was a ossum feeling while riding the bike. But since december i am facing a major problem in my dominar. The bike is just not getting started. And know a days sports bike they never come up with kicks. Whenever i press self it only gives me a ignition noise. I dont think there is a problem in the battery coz when i pressed pass light it displays a good amount of light how earlier it was. With the help of my friend i also tried push start on the slope but still it dint got started. Then i called up my service centre (Sai service-andheri branch) where i have done my 1st servicing of my dominar. After speaking to them they asked me the area where i stay which i provided them. Then they told me to give self coz they wanted to hear out the ignition noise. At the end they told me that the problem is in your battery or may be in your processor. So they told me to get the bike to the service station. I told them if my bike is not getting started how do you expect me to get my bike over there. Then they replied me that none of their technestion stay near my area so its not possible for them.
    Bottom line is this was not expected from the bajaj. If such was the case i wouldn't have bought this bike. When i first enquired about this bike, till i buyed it you guys called me several times that what have you decided? When are you planning to buy? But my question to the bajaj is now when i had purchased the bike i am facing a problem then know why i am not getting a proper response from you guys.
    Request you to either refund my money and take this bike or else send the technesion and get it sorted. Its very much annoying and pathetic service.

      My call id is : kol[protected]-1, book on 6.12.17, but still now no one conatct with me, this is my second call id the first one deleted by technican (Tanumoy ([protected]), this guy is taking upperhand beyond company rule.

      I have a celling fan bajaj spiderman, when we switch on the fan it will started a sound (Before 5 months ago) in my previous call mr tanumay attend the call, (My warranty are void), on that time i was not present in that house, he doing his best and spoke with me by phone more over 20 minute to under stand that, kindly open the lock that he could generate a bill but without solve my problem,

      This is true that customer are paying service charge without the problem solve, he also saying that remove your fan from the ceiling after that i will do repair job, this is the real version of a technician who represents bajaj company.

      But the rel think is, this time i remove the fan from celling and booked a call from bajaj, but he didn't attended due to, he call me regarding this call and told me (Mr. Tanumay), "due to not open the lock last time he personally cancel the call."

      Kindly do the necessary step for this, if you can't do this then give me our nearest service centre address at tollygunge, where we go and repair the fan

        Dear sir,
        I have purchased a water heater on 01/11/2012 (Invoice attached) amounting rs 6, 500/- on 23/01/2017 i registered a complain vide number kol[protected]-1 because of water leakage from geazer. The service man came and said that the geazer is within warranty period and it will be replaced free of cost from the company. He took away the xerox of invoice 1, warranty card. On 30/01/2017 the service man came to our premises and handed over the tag (Attached as tag). We asked the service man from where we will get the replacement. He informed us that we have to contact the shop from where we purchased the same. We contacted the phone number written in invoice-1 [protected], [protected] but no one received the phone. Again we contacted the service man who delivered the tag on phone number [protected] but again he replied that he has nothing to do. Again on 03/02/2017 j registered a complain vide number kol[protected]-1. From there i got the phone number [protected]. After contacting above phone number he informed me to watsapp all the invoice, warranty card which i did. On 06/02/2017 after several contact above person informed that he is in bombay for meeting so i may contact phone number [protected]. Which i did immediately on 06/02/2017 again 0n 14/02/2017 he informed to wattsapp all the invoice, warranty card & tag which i did immediately. On 20/02/2017 he informed that my product is out off market so i have to pay amount to get replacement and he send the chart attached in en closer. As there is no hope to get free replacement as i have understood from 30/01/2017 and as the tag is valid for only 30 days from approval i maintained i will pay 1, 677/- to get the geazer. Then after prolong delay and after regular conversation on 25/02/2017 he informed that the product has arrive midnapur and i have to collect the same after paying rs1, 677/-. I immediately collected the geazer after paying rs 1, 677/-.
        My complain is
        1. If it is under warranty then why i have to pay rs 1, 677/-
        2 if the model is out off stock then the problem should be maintained in the tag.
        3.in the tag the place from where the replacement is to be done is not maintained.
        4.in the new invoice the cost is written rs 5, 441/-. But my old geazer of 15 lt was of rs6, 500/ then why i have to pay rs 1, 677/-
        5. What will be my present status of warranty. Will it will lapse after 5 yrs from 01/11/2012. This is not specified.
        Please refund my rs 1, 677/- with interest and the cost which i have incurred for so much phone call and used in internet.
        Please redress my grievance at the earliest so that reputation of your company remain good.

          I am using bajaj storage water heater 15 litres, majesty model since may 2015. With in 2 years 4 times coil has been changed and now also it is not working. I am fed up with the poor service from bajaj electricals. Every time technician comes and change the coil, which is not lasting even 6 months.

          Recently, coil has been changed on 14th oct 2017 and it stopped working from 3rd dec 2017.

          Manual says warranty for the coil is 3 years, however, they charged rs1300/- for replacing the coil on 14th oct 2017.

            I had raised a ticket hyd[protected]-1 on december 2, 2017 about geyser not working which is under warranty. The executive visited in the evening and did some r&d and informed that a senior person will visit tomorrow (Sunday) i asked him that tomorrow being sunday will you people work, he informed the executive will surely come. I had received an sms later that the complaint is resolved. I replied to the number given as complaint not resolved (No response to that sms) here comes the chasing part, from next day i started calling this executive by name raju [protected], who gives false commitments that he will come but the day passes, next day again the chase began and i had to speak to his boss (Which i doubt) vamsi [protected] who assured that the executive will contact me before 4:00pm monday. Till now i am waiting for that call.
            Rather i am following it up with these executives who either disconnect the call or dont pick the call. I have no other go to wait and watch

                bajaj gas geyser not working

                I purchese bajaj platini px 6 glr carton serial no f[protected] on dt 24.11.2017, only two to three time got heat water, than heater has not seen indicator light & not heating water, i launch complaint no 13156439, but till now there is no solution. What is use of purches branded item. No prompt service, how i can recommend to other of our brand. Thanks

                      I have bajaj electricals - 15 litre storage gyser. It gave an issue first in the month of sept 4, 2017 and i lodged complaint for repair at their customer care at number - [protected]. Pathetic service from bajaj started since that point. Whole sequence is as below,

                      1. Technician came after 2 days and went back stating he don't have apart to replace.
                      2. Since no body reverted back for 3-4 days, i gave follow up call to know status. Customer care was not aware of the situation. Service centre at seawood, navi mumbai mentioned that part is not available from bajaj electricals..
                      3. Somehow technician arrived on 18th sept and part was replaced. Gyser started working.
                      4. After 4 days, gyser again stopped working. Meanwhile we also realised that technican has messed up with indicators.
                      5. Again called up customer care. Again same story of part not available.
                      6. After many followup with customer care and service centre, 3rd weeks of oct part was available. It was replaced. Indicators were not working. Technician demanded for additional money for repairing indicators which he only had messed up. We still agreed. He said he will come in 2-3 days time and replace.
                      7. After 4-5 days, gyser stopped working again. Lodged the complaint again.
                      8. During this i found that customer care and service centre are not at all in sync in fact they are not at all bothered for customers..
                      9. With many followup, technician, came and did some thing, gyser started working. He replaced indicators and we paid for it.
                      10. After 4-5 days, on 9th nov, gyser again stopped working. Meanwhile, i realised indicators were not functioning properly. Lodged complaint once again.
                      11. During this time, i was trying to contact and escalate matter to their area manager mr. Manjarekar. He was not responding on phone.
                      12. When i could talk to mr. Manjrekar three times, everytime he advised me to look into the matter and asked me to call next day.

                      This way the service level of bajaj electricals has gone pathetic.

                      Please help.

                        I have purchased immersion electrical heater of bajaj make from anmol agency, pune on 04 june 2017.

                        Within 5 months o[censored]se the coil of electrical heater gets crack down. I am sure the product is of chinese make & not made in india as mentioned on it.

                        I have attached the picture of heater coil & warranty card. The shop keeper is saying he will be not able to help me in repair issue. Kindly provide your support to solve this issue.

                          Dear sir/ madam
                          I have purchased this processor in 2010 and till now a very satisfied customer with this product, but the main problem which i have faced these days is with the service centre; details of the problem as follows-
                          I registered a complaint with bajaj electrical service dealer supriya sale & service on 16th november and who provided me service on 16th november in which they replaced the motor by 17th of november.
                          1. The issues started with series of lies and wrong commitment it started with that the old motor has to be deposited in the company, then he said that the new motor is only designed with two speed control.
                          2. While kneading the flour we realised that one that the switch was not properly fixed and the and the belt rotating gear was loose as the rotating part was not able to rotate the processor thus it brushed the gear.
                          3. On 24th november the service man checked the processor again and took advance money for gear replacement still for next 10 days he did not show up under the pretext that the part was not available. Finally, when i had called the service centre then the part was made available and then this service man had issue and was not ready to come on the time given 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm (As wife was a school teacher) and he told that he cannot also come after 6 pm and due to my talking to the service centre he behaved very rudely to my wife on phone and asked to take a leave if we wanted get our processor fixed.
                          4. Finally he fixed the gear and now after fixing this gear the motor is working on three speeds as well. But due his grievances or lack of his knowledge he has fixed the new motor in such a way that it is eating away the coupling 0f all our jars. I have got one replaced by a private dealer but now it has eaten the couplings of another jar as well.
                          5. The incharge of the service centre also feels that maybe the adjustment of new motor was not done properly that is why it does not fit to the coupling.
                          6. I just want few questions to be answered which i are really hard to digest –
                          A. The service centre person said that if we do not give our old motor (Out of warrantee) then we must pay the gst on new motor. (How can these be related) when we are paying on mrp. Bills attached
                          B. Second there is no warrantee on the original motor purchased (From oem). As per the service centre there is no guarantee of even a single day, where as i was told that the guarantee was for 3 months.
                          C. Why should we bear all this cost and agony when there is no fault and why should we bear such heavy cost if the service centre technicians carry less expertise then private / local service centre employees.
                          D. How can a company like bajaj give its service centre dealership to such inexperienced people.

                            I have rectify my product induction cooker dated on 9november 2017 6pm by kumar services, service person mr similar kumar ([protected]), pin-803101. On 10november 2017 at 11am it again get out of order with the same problem as service man told. First time they charged 450/-. Within overnight due to same problem again they are charging. I talked customer care, they provided no of mr anandi ([protected]). As he told he was not the one who suggested to buy this product.
                            Now i am helpless. What to do how many time shall i go to repair my induction cooker and call your service centre.
                            I had great faith on your company but as the product goes frequently out of order and your service provider and dealer treated me, in future i will think hundred time before buy any of bajaj product.

                              We have raised compliant and here is the compliant number ban[protected]-1, we have raised complaint on saturday 4th nov 2017, they said engineers will visited us in 2 days, but we have not received any engineers to rectify the isssue, when we call customer care the lady name nesha, does not give proper info, she asked us to wait for one more day, when resolution day it says 2 days then why should we need to wait one more day, kindly address this issue at the earliest.

                                  I purchase a iron 4 month back
                                  But that was my wrong decision to purchase a bajaj prpduct instead of philips or other companies with quick response customer care. My iron is in non working condition after 3 visits and repair in last 4 months. Tjere is a manufacturing defect in iron due to that defect wire of bajaj iron burst everytime. If any mishappening will happen it will beacuse of bajaj product.
                                  Replace the product i[censored] can do.

                                    I have purchased a rice cooker dated 17th april 2017 and facing some technical operational issue while operating it. I have logged a complain for it and engg has visited before 30 days to see the issue and told me that he is not aware about it and will involve his seniors.
                                    But after painfully following up since last 20 days i have not got any proper response from service centre. I have also faced the rude behaviour of service centre executive several times.
                                    Requesting you to please assign any senior enng to resolve this issue and also suggesting you provide the proper training to your service centre executive how to talk with customer.

                                    Hope now i will get the proper service from bajaj as per company name and crediablity.in case of any query please feel free to call me
