When plug of geyser get in the switch of board got drip because of geyser main board switch get drip
We want solution at earliest in this winter
Please co operate and send your engineer as soon as possible
Our geyser is in warranty and this is 3rd of 4th time happening in 1.5 years
We want permenant solution of this bajaj

The gas brought by us is not working the geyser is not starting up. Please help us to get this fixed, or you can get a technician to check the issue with the geyser as to why is this not working so that we can get this fixed asap.
We need this to get sought out urgently.

I have bajaj electricals - 15 litre storage gyser. It gave an issue first in the month of sept 4, 2017 and i lodged complaint for repair at their customer care at number - [protected]. Pathetic service from bajaj started since that point. Whole sequence is as below,

1. Technician came after 2 days and went back stating he don't have apart to replace.

I purchase a iron 4 month back
But that was my wrong decision to purchase a bajaj prpduct instead of philips or other companies with quick response customer care. My iron is in non working condition after 3 visits and repair in last 4 months. Tjere is a manufacturing defect in iron due to that defect wire of bajaj iron burst everytime. With regards it is to inform you that i had purchased one gas geyser of bajaj on 02/12/2016. At last season it was worked in good condition but in this season it is not working properly. Already compliant registered twice to bajaj electrical company nobody cares to respond. Wanted a full refund and replacement of product. Its a pity that a company like bajaj doesnt care for its customers

I bought a bajaj induction icx7 from mahavir the home store, santacruz west, mumbai-400054 dt 28/11/2016, i have already lodged 16 complaint over phone at customer care no. As well as at local service centre. A technician attended but could not set right the defect.
