I logged a service complaint with bajaj electricals on 24-jan for bajaj water heater shakti 10 liter capacity. Ticket id hyd[protected]-1. Service engineer came and checked and said 2 parts - thermostat and element need to be replaced and said he will place the order for the parts. Post that there is no update from the service engineer or bajaj. I have called up the engineer multiple times but he is either not reachable or says order needs to be placed. I call the bajaj customer care and they gave number of service manager - 2 times 2 different numbers, but there is not response from these when i call. One of them has left the organization 2 years back. Finally i got area manager (Venkat) number, he hears me out and says he will check the service engineer and still no response or update.
The water heater was purchased less than 2 years back.
This is one of the most pathetic service experience from a pan india company.

    I purchased 2 cfl bulb from paytm on 8th of october but it got damage within a month, i emailed bajaj electircals at same time but they revert that i need to call... Today i called to customer care but they are not ready to assist... Simply given me the number of area head but that number was switch of... Such a fraud company... Illl never suggest anyone ever... Worst service after sale.

    This mixer cap lock are break please replace this...During this problem our mixer grinder not working propely please solve this problem immeditaly...About this problem i cannot use my mixer for work please solved my problem in 2-3 days without this cap lock i can not do anything without this cap i hope you solve my problem in 2-3 working days...

    Dear sir, i have purchased a bajaj room heater Rfx2 dated on 3. 10. 17 with 2 year warranty. but it has issue of burning issue, this is my 2nd turn this product problem, please rectify my issue as soon as possible.

      I have purchased bajaj mixer grinder from croma on 18/01/2019. The rotor blade broke after 8 days use. This appears to be a design issue with the material of the blade. I had a visit from bajaj technician who has replaced the blade, however the material of the blade does not give me any confidence. I have used mixer grinders of various makes for 40 years and never experienced that the rotor blade of the machine gets broken. The bajaj rotor blade is made of pvc which is very brittle. When i checked the material of other makes i found that the same is poly carbonate

      Bajaj seems to have reduced the cost of the product by using cheap material

      I would like to take up the matter at the highest level on the consumer forum

        Dear sir, i have purchased a bajaj room heater rx7 dated on 25.11.17 with 2 year warranty. This product was break down 11.12.18. I noted the complaint to bajaj care. Technician come and repaired but after some day product again break down then i again complained 30.12.18. Technician again repaired to this product. After a one day product again break down & it's not working. I have face the problem 3 times again and again.
        So finally i decided to replace this product with a new product as same but bajaj dealer ibrahim khan & bajaj company refused for replacement this product.
        So please help me. I want to replace this product. Thank you sir.

        Bajaj electricals are don't give me satisfactory response.
        The dealer Ibrahim khan totally refused for this defective product RX7 room heater.
        This product already 3 times repaired. I want to replacement tag from company and replace by a new product.
        Please give the instructions to higher Authiries of Bajaj Electricals.

          I purchased a majesty duetto gas geyser from bajaj last week and the geyser I recieved was not working. So I registered my complaint and after many efforts today I got a replacement and the new one is also a faulty one. Both of the geysers have different faults though. This clearly indicates how serious they are about such devices like gas geysers which can cause harm to live and property. I dont know how many times do I have to register complaints and how many faulty devices are they going to offer before they supply the fully working piece. I request the forums to take strict actions against these careless companies who risk their customers life for money.Trash services from the so called bajaj.

            I have been chasing the whole team since days and there is no action taken as of yet. I always get couple of different numbers from the customer care to be called, to whom i call everytime either they don't answer or is switched off. The person who messaged me, always say - tomorrow it will be done maam but tomorrow never comes. It usually takes 2 working days to resolve an issue and today is the 5th working day. I did not get the proper service even after contacting and personally requesting the manager. I have beenaking so many calls everyday to get the status but all the effort in way
            Highly highly dissatisfied and disappointed by the service from bajaj. Very unprofessional and lateback service. Even after having an priority issue it is not taken care by the team.

                Sir,
                I purchased Bajaj Majesty New SWX8 from Siddhi Sales & Service Vadodara vide Bill No.2018-19/R/006082 Dt.07/11/2018 .I got item with fitting manufacturing defect. I complained on customer care vide Call ID AHM[protected]-1 on dated 26/11/2018 9.33AM and person from service center visited and declared that it's a manufacturing defect and inform us they will replace the item but after along time "my complain is till pending" but as per image no.2 my complain was closed without solved. So please resolve my complain immediately.

                  Had purchased Immersion Water Heater Rod on 13th October 2018 and suddenly from last few days when ever I am switching on the Water Heater the MCB switch gets off automatically. But when I contacted Bajaj Electricals Consumer Care they are not ready to take the Complaint and they are saying that it is as per Company Policy they cannot take the Complaint for Immersion Water Heater Rod and rather saying it would be replaced by the dealer when I am contacting Amazon Customer Care they are saying they require Deny Letter from Bajaj Electricals to do the needful.

                  Kindly advise what to do.

                    I had purchased a room heater from bajaj electricals model rx8 sl no i1010814 on dated 14.12.2016 with 2 year guarantee but the product was defective 5 times till date (20/11/2018) and now also defective. Complain already lodged on dated12/11/18 n 17/11/18 but no response in this regard. Due to 6 time defect of the product i want to replace by new one other wise i go for judicial procedure.

                      Bajaj flora 3l instant water gyser not working (In warranty)
                      You guys are horrible in delivering services. I submitted request thrice on your customer care and it has been 3 weeks now. First time, i was not home and had to suggest service man to visit next day. However, that next day never came despite of multiple calls. The excuses were, i am on off today, i am not well today. Customer care told me my request got cancelled as we have not responded their calls (Although i just missed call on first day and caller myself coming days), okay i accept that. I registered my complaint again. Again the same scenario, i got a call and was informed we can come only after 12:00 pm. Next day, i took few hours off from my work and called them to visit and i got the lame excuse of server not working due to power cut so we cannot visit. We called the noida head, he informed us request is again cancelled because you have not responded calls, such lairs you guys are. We have been calling you guys day and night and you are putting forth that you could not connect with us. We submitted request third time, and see again no service.

                      Say a direct no atleast. Anyways, we are pretty sure you guys are terrible with your work and the legacy we followed to rely on bajaj needs to be changed.

                      Thanks so much guys for this experience.

                        My hand blender is not totally working from last 15 days. Purchase on 16 aug 2017. Sr no of product is a[protected]. It have 2 year warranty. Motor is getting to much heat. I mail about this before 15days. But still no one is coming to check this or repair hand blender. It's my worst experience ever. It's not good for your company also. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                          My Complain ID BHU[protected]-1, which was resolved on temporary basis by your technician on 16th Nov 2018 & without my confirmation also the case was closed. The technician who has visited on the site found the Hot Blower Coil was cut from the middle & he had make the coil joint, after that it was working. As my Product is in warranty & I should get the new coil for the same, I informed him about this but he told me that "company not send the coil for the same & we need to make adjust on the old repaired coil". I have also shared the feedback for the same on your given link but may I know who has closed this case without giving me the explanation. Mr Shekhar If any customer is giving you bad feedback is this not your or your company responsibility to look in to that if it is not then stop this non sense feedback system it seems you are doing this for the sake of your business.

                          May I know who has closed this case without taking the feedback from me directly, Mr Shekhar such a disgusting service I have not seen ever. This is a clear picture of daylight robbery by Bajaj Electricals Ltd. Mr Shekhar Bajaj Can you please explain me that when a product is in warranty & if your product having any technical issue with any internal component what is your first step? whether the faulty component need to replace or your technician will repair the same. If it's repair under warranty better I will buy a blower from road side Why I will come to you to buy your third class product which got faulty 2 times in a year.
                          Mr Shekhar can you please tell me, if tomorrow when my product became out of warranty & again I will get the same issue, will you give me the component replacement in free of cost, Can you please give me the written commitment on this mail.
                          Such a bad quality product & bad service from Bajaj Electricals is a shame to company & if this is your policy let me highlight this issue to social media so that anybody who want to buy your product should think 10 times about your service for the product.
                          Mr Shekhar especially I want to inform you on the same that I need the coil replacement within Monday 19th Nov 2018 & also the new part should be unbox in front of me else I will go to consumer court for the same & highlight this issue in social media as well. Please find my attached warranty card for the same & do the needful within next 48Hour.

                            My self ganji sudarshan ([protected]) purchased majestic 6l gas geyser from amazon and delivered on 05 nov-18. Installation request raised on same day but till date the installation not done. This problem was communicated to care center and area incharge, zone incharge (Venkata krishna) also. On daily basis i'm asking for installation to above persons, they simply saying we are sending technician but for these 10 days nobody came to do installation. I'm purchased this product from amazon which is offered 10 days return/replacement from purchasing date if i found any faulty in the product. Due to negligence of bajaj electricals concern persons installation not done in this10 days. If any problem found after this i will be sufferer because of company's poor and wrost service. With all above i'm asking necessary action on every concerns on urgent basis and claiming for losses.

                              I have lodged a complaint (Kun[protected]-1) on 09th oct'2018 on bajaj electric costumer care regarding leakage of water and on 11th oct their one technician had visited my home and after proper verification of warranty card & bill, he inspected the gyser and said tank need to be replace under warranty. He promised to come back within 2-3 days, but he didnt come again. We called him many times and after 3-4 calls he said tank is not available and demands for 350 service charges which is illegal because my geyser is in under warranty.

                              Then i again call bajaj customer care on 18th oct 2018 and complaint (Kun[protected]-1, kun[protected]-1) it then the again lodge my complain but still no any technician come for repair. They also give me service center contact number [protected]. I am continuously calling him and he always said sir tank is not available and it will available in next 3-4 days and i will send technician. I again call bajaj customer care on 10th nov and they again lodged new complaint (Kun[protected]-1)

                              But there is no any solution available.

                              Request you to please look into the matter and help me out form this pathetic service.

                                My geyser was repaired by your service provider in ist week july (Complaint was raised on june 29th). That time they charged rs.1300. Within 1 month the geyser again started giving problem and i waited for a period of 1 week hoping it will soon be ok.in this time i even didn't run the geyser.in september first week i put up a complaint in the consumer care and after inspection they told me that the same water heater has been damaged and this time the cost would come around rs 1700 (The heater and a iron guard). My question is if the iron rod was really required why didn't they put it in the first time? Was it deliberately done? Who will compensate for my loss?
                                Secondly the spokesperson mrs soma dey didn't pick up the calls when i tried to communicate with her repeatedly. Then she herself called me up one day and tried to convince me that as the gap between the complaints has crossed one month spare part can not be replaced and i have to buy a fresh part again from the service provider to repair my geyser.
                                I didn't expect this kind of poor service from a reputed company like yours. I swear not to buy a bajaj geyser or any electrical goods in future.

                                  But nobody is responding and accountable to handle customer agony, pain and harassment.
                                  1. Prince sharma not picking call.
                                  2. Vikas joshi, service centre owner, ghaziabad anyhow picked my call after more than 70 call and just said that you have to change from where you purchased the same.
                                  3. Mr. Ram singh is nice person, but he hardly able to cooperate with matter when mr. Vikas joshi not responding.

                                  Feeling regret to inform you that if this is happening with a army person family and they are suffering like anything. How your company is cooperating with common citizen.
                                  My patients label is now overflowing and going to make this all complaint and the phone calls whatever i have made. (Whichever is more than 1000) to viral sides to ruin your company image.

                                  Are there is any deadline to fix accountability to service center, if they are behaving like super boss.

                                  Kindly, make me sure how many more days you have to take to replace my geyser. While everything i have provided to your engineer and service center man mr. Vikas joshi as well as you too.

                                  Kindly, do the needful within one and two days otherwise consumer rights and distorting your company image is always our rights.

                                    After so much follow ups i got the geyser fixed 2 months back and it has again gone down.
                                    Yesterday a technician came and started speaking to my wife and kid in a very unpleasant tone. He was asking us that we have to first take out half bucket water everytime we turn geyser on. I have never used such kind of geyser.
                                    Plus this guy was talking in a very nasty tone. Bajaj guys this is not acceptable. I am worried about my security now.in 2 months the geyser you had put up gone down. Is this how it works. I have separate mail trail going with you.

                                      cash payment 8000/-
                                      in the name of ANILE Kumar(misspelt Anita Kumar),

                                      I am not able to use this machine since i have bought.
                                      First time complained customer care who came and changed the new motor coz the machine was not working even for a second only.
                                      Second time customer care came and said the machine got locked automatically and said he freed the machine.
                                      Again now this is the third time, on fitting the jars, they r not working, blades of the jar are not working.
                                      I am simply fedup with this junk peice of machine which has never worked for me in this 3 -4 months.

                                      I wasted my money on this machine, i simply want a refund of my money OR replacement of this piece of machine.

                                        Greeting of the day.
                                        I would like to inform you that more than 10 call i have made to ram singh ji. But he is not picking my call. Kindly, do the needful before any misshaping will take place and geyser completely not working only current flowing in my bathroom. Four time your service engineer visited my place and every time saying this is tank leakage problem.

                                        Kindly, replace this faulty geyser and maintain your trust with genuine customer. Hope, you will understand my problem, mental harassment, and spending time and energy of this small issue.
                                        When it is under warranty period why you are not changing immediately accept damaging your brand brand value in the market.
