I have lodged a complaint (Kun[protected]-1) on 09th oct'2018 on bajaj electric costumer care regarding leakage of water and on 11th oct their one technician had visited my home and after proper verification of warranty card & bill, he inspected the gyser and said tank need to be replace under warranty. He promised to come back within 2-3 days, but he didnt come again. We called him many times and after 3-4 calls he said tank is not available and demands for 350 service charges which is illegal because my geyser is in under warranty.
Then i again call bajaj customer care on 18th oct 2018 and complaint (Kun[protected]-1, kun[protected]-1) it then the again lodge my complain but still no any technician come for repair. They also give me service center contact number [protected]. I am continuously calling him and he always said sir tank is not available and it will available in next 3-4 days and i will send technician. I again call bajaj customer care on 10th nov and they again lodged new complaint (Kun[protected]-1)
But there is no any solution available.
Request you to please look into the matter and help me out form this pathetic service.

Company is giving false information to you, this problem is still pending, I am continuously following their Service center with Mr. Mishra 8178483594, 8076235916. and he always said it will be solved in 2-3 days but nobody came yet.
