I have bought the above mentioned geyser thru amazon which was delivered to me on 22 oct 2018. It gets cut off within a minute itself.in the same point my old geyser was running smoothly till now. Gas flow and water flow os ok. Also in this one minute water is not getting sufficiently hot. If i close the tap and re open it the geyser start again but get cut off in less than one minute. Please attend

I ordered a Bajaj Calenta water heater online and it came with free installation. However it has been days but yet no response from the customer service and yet it had not being installed. Very bad service and I am clearly not satisfied with the services provided.

    I brought a gas geyser last month they give me a gaurenty of free service upto one year. But there is problem if even small insects goes inside of geyser black reek (Dust) come out from geyser. This problem occour every month. I already paid 4500 for geyser because they provide free service, but now they took charges 300 ruppies. Again there is one major problem i call the technician and consumer care from last 8 days but they didnt responded. So its very bad service

      Dear sir/madam,
      On 7th september 2018 i lodged a call on bajaj call center for my four burner gas stove model cx 10 which is out of warranty through complaint id mum[protected]-1, one person from service center came but not able to repair the stove but asked for service charges, my wife did not pay on the ground that your repair work not over, but complaint closed by them without sharing secret code. Again on 15 sept. 2018 we booked a complaint through id mum[protected]-1, technician came repaired 75% and one burner not repaired, assured us to repair within 2 to 3 days as spare parts not available and asked for service charges and told us these charges will not be demanded again up to one month, we paid the charges rs. 350/- through receipt no. With charges of one burner top also and surprised the complaint closed without sharing secret code. Next on[protected] we lodged a complaint through id mum[protected]-1, nobody came but but i received a call that still spares can not be arranged as model is old, again complaint closed without sharing secret code. Again on[protected] i booked a complaint through id mum[protected]-1 but surprisingly again closed without sharing secret code and after closure i received a call that we have closed complaint because spares still not available.
      Now i want to ask if complaints are being closed without sharing secret code for what purpose we are given secret codes? If so reputed and big company bajaj electricals is giving such worst service for what this company having service centers. No period was specified and given when spares will be available and whether again service charge will be asked while we have already paid and repairing still not completed.
      I request please resolve the issue immediately.

        Dear sir/ madam,

        I had purchased 2 bajaj bahar 1400 mm fan online on 26/07/2018 and in one fan the problem started day 1. I had lodged a complaint in bajaj and the technician said that the fan have to be replaced.

        Since it is an online purchase, i was told that i need to deliver the defective fan at one of their service centre at safdarganj enclave, which was done on 01/10/18. I was being told that the fan would be replaced in 7 days max, however today it is the 19th day and no proper response.

        Mr. Anurag tuteja is also helpless and have no concrete answers. Neither have they provided alternate arrangement nor giving the replacement.

        I intend to take bajaj electricals to consumer court as i have lost my patience.

          I have bajaj black metal pressure cooker with which we found that our dals were getting black while cooking. Being a brand name we were not in doubt for the cooker quality and were regularly blaming to our cook for using wrong spices which were making food blackish.. But to our surprise we got to know that cooker was leaving it's black paint from inside bottom.. My family ate this ### for about six months.. Highly dissatisfied with the product..CUSTOMER CARE people were unable to help. Hope for solutions asap.

              Called up helpline on 29 sep 18 for free installation of water geyser (Id:noi[protected]. No one has come. My mb ([protected]). I had purchased 15 ltr geyser from noida csd canteen n on their advise also purchased pipes, power plug n installation kit (Screws). Got a call in evening same day fm mb:[protected] from sec 62/63 office telling above items will cost approx rs 600. I told i have purchased for rs 220 already. He said he is sending technician in one hour. No one came. I postponed my other jobs n waited at home n again called up. He promised every time but no one came. Till now (2 oct), no one came.                 I have purchased Bajaj food processor 1000fx around 10 months back. At the first place the food processor is of C grade in the span of 10 months the food processor has been repaired three times even the motor has been replaced. my last complaint which has been lodged around 20 days back has not been resolved till date. "As the king so are the subjects" fits very well for Bajaj electricals because the company is not bothered about their customers grievances, the service center is not held accountable for the lapses in services, even the call center employees talk in their favour and act on their instructions and the best example is the message i got from bajaj that my complaint has been resolved and closed. There is one lady called megha kadam to whom you can complaint in case you are not satisfied with the service center but unfortunately even she doesn't pick the phone. I would like to bring this to the knowledge of the senior managment and would request them to put the readdressal system on proper track. Suresh Nair, Jalgaon

                  I am mr. B vasudeva rao, i purchased one bajaj majesty rcx18 plus multifunction cooker and sr. No. Of the product : w[protected], on 20/10/2016 at saravana stores in purasaiwakam, chennai-7, frequently repairs coming and they are not responding properly, this is not one time, repair also should not done properly. Recently i gave complaint regarding above mentioned cooker on 04/09/2018 through customer care they said we will send mechanic within 2 or 3 days, but i thought its get very late, so i gave cooker to authorized mechanic (Name is : dayalan in chennai) at their shop and he said we will call you within 2 days but they didn't called me, after 4 days i called to them and i asked what happened my cooker, they said we call back to you with in 1 hour, and they made call also and he said due to heavy water came into cooker some spare parts has replace we can rectify and will give it tomorrow, but they didn't give again after 4 days i called to them and they said it will take 2 more days to rectify and i complaint to their one of the co-ordinator kavitha, she is not also not responding properly, still they didn't give my cooker and they should not have own mechanics, i am suffering a lot, its frequently coming repairs... Now 20 days gone there is no proper information, and no proper response also, this is way company is giving respect to customers., regarding this i spoke to 5 persons

                    I had raised a complaint, call id - che[protected]-1, regarding my 3 ltr bajaj platini water heater which is under warranty. After several follow ups a support engineer visited and said coil has to be replaced and he would fix it the next day or on weekends. It was not only not done, but several calls to customer care was not responded properly and finally the ticket was closed siting a wrong reason that the consumer was unable to be contacted. Now again i had to raise a complaint on the same issue for which no complaint ticket was raised itself. On 18th september i had to lodge the third complaint, call id - che[protected]-1, for which service has not yet been provided after numerous follow ups. Inspite of telling the urgency of the situation, i regret to inform that the response from the bajaj team is very very poor. Would appreciate if its fixed immediately.

                      I have purchased Food Processor ICON DLX in Pune on 30-April-2016 with 2 years of warranty. Today (on 24th Sep.2018) I called local sefvice center for changing rubber bush of a jar. The moment I told that my food processor is out of warranty period, service technician informed that Bajaj will not sell a single rubber bush as a spare part of food processor and I will have to purchase a new jar.

                      Price of a rubber bush could be between Rs.25 to 100 max whereas price of a new jar is Rs. 900/-

                      May I know the reason why Bajaj is looting customers like this??

                          I have purchased a dry iron bajaj dhx 9 on 24/1/18, since then already got it repaired 3 times.. The process of getting the technician home is very taxing as the service centre’s don’t send technician before 10 days. I had requested for a replacement of iron. I was given numbers of 4 people to talk who never answer the mobiles. Very very bad after sale service from the company.
                          The only reply from service center i get is it can’t be replaced. If you have sold a faulty product, you should be liable to give refund of money or replace it with a new one.

                            I am having morphy richards elite essentials 500 watts juicer mixer. First i had the jar problem so i have contacted to morphy richards customer care and i filed the complaint.
                            Then service person came and checked the jar then he said everything would be free no service charge as long as i have guarantee. Then he asked for the bill and guarantee card i said i don't have a bill but i have guarantee card. Then he said its ok even if i don't have bill no problem but i must show guarantee card with stamp details. But i was not having the stamp details on my guarantee card so service man asked me to collect the stamp
                            Details.
                            So i went to the shop to ask for the stamp details but the dealer has been changed right now new dealer has been taken over of everything. So i asked the new dealer to put the stamp details so he put the stamp details and he filled everything and he signed then he gave to me and when i asked him for the bill he said he can't give invoice coz he don't have the software like that. Then i called to service person to tell that i got stamp details and to repair the jar but he said i should pay 100 rupees coz that jar down part doesn't contain guarantee like that. And also he said i don't need to pay service charge.
                            I got angry and i have contacted branch headofficer vamsi. He said the same thing that i should pay 100 rupees only. I dont have to pay service charge as long as i have the guarantee. Later i have contacted the service person he said if i get a motor problem he will do freely without taking one rupee.
                            But now i got the motor problem so i filed the complaint to the customer care even customer care people said i don't have to pay service charge because i have the guarantee.
                            So the same service person called me and he recognized me. He knows already that i don't have the bill and i was not having the stamp details on my card so when he called first he didn't ask me the bill he asked me that if i got the stamp details or not i said i have the stamp details then later 8 seconds he asked me the bill i told him that when he came for the jar problem he said motor problem would be free no service charge like that. When i said that he said i should pay 250 then only he will repair like that.
                            Its not fair coz first he said everything would be free and he already knows that i don't have the bil. Wantedly now he is asking me service charge. I will not pay one rupee also. Their duty is to solve our problems but this people are giving more stress to us.
                            1-when i first time contacted him he said even if i don't have the bill also everything is free if i have the guarantee card.
                            2-then why is he asking the service charge now??
                            3- branch head officer said as long as i have the guarantee i don't need to pay service charge.
                            4-even customer care also said its free if i have the guarantee on my card.
                            Please solve my problem as soon as possible

                              Airports authority of india mangalore airport, mangalore, karnataka procured 14 nos. Of 350 w led flood light luminaires for high masts through mpc electricals and engineers, udaipur. The lumianres are purchased from amrapali enterprises, udaipur all the fittings were offered 5 years warranty. Out of this 6 luminaires are not working now. When requested for service to bajaj electricals, bangalore office, they informed that since the fittings are procured from udaipur, rajastan they are helpless. You are requested to do needful. The invoice and warranty certificate are attached herewith

                                I have geyser shakti plus 6 ltr, which has leakage problem since 6 months.

                                I have raised the complaint several times. Sometimes technician visited but the problem is not resolved and most of the time request is closed without any solution and visit by technician.

                                The problem is there since 6 months and there is not proper response to the issue from bajaj team. I want to get the product replace if they are not able to fix the issue rather than wasting mine time.

                                  Sir, when contacted the local service centre at salem tamilnadu. No response. One technician namely mr. Gridhar is replying in threating voice. He says "go and complaint anywhere". On attending the complaint he removed a part from the heater and went back 3 weeks back and told me the original bajaj part is not available and if you pay rs 350/-china make item only can be fitted. It is surprising to hear bajaj part is not manufactured. T today morning when i called him, he replies rude. I feel the consumer is treated in a worst way that too after a month time. Will it be anything wrong if i represent case in the consumer forum. Depends on your effective response i will go ahead with further steps.

                                      I just wanted to highlight the apathy of Bajaj Electrical customer service, I made a request on July 23, 2018 with complaint no. 14887720 for fixing the water heater, I was told that I would get a confirmation of the consumer complaint no. which never happened.

                                      I called again the consumer complaint no. on July 26, when no one turned up as was promised that the issue would be resolved in 24-48 hours. The complaint was put on high priority – nothing happened again. I called again on July 28, the complaint again was put on high priority and this time around they gave me the no. of the Service Center of some Mr L R Pant, ..the phone was not operational. Called back again…got another no. but Mr Pant was not there, the gentlemen promised that issue would be resolved by July 28 evening….nothing happened again!!

                                      I called this morning, i.e., July 30…the no. of the Service Head, he had no answer for not fixing it on July 28…and may fix it today. I called the consumer service no. again…they gave me another no. of the Service Head[protected]..surprisingly no one answers this phone.

                                      I even wrote to their CMD Mr Shekhar Bajaj, same treatment...no response!!!

                                      Please be careful before any one buys Bajaj Products, as they have no concept of service

                                        A stock piece of bajaj elx10 was found broken i called customer care ([protected]-[protected]) but they said to me that the complaint will not be registered.
                                        Today i called sarita sales-dhanbad, jharkhand.
                                        I informed them about the same i just want to known how much time will it take to be replaced. Please tell me if there is any responsible oerson in your company to look after the complain or not.
