Complaint attended on 17.04.2018.
Speed control switch was replaced. But charged rs.250/- (Apart from rs.250/- service charges) which is very high. It should be around rs.100/- max. After changing the defective piece, connection was given wrongly (I. E.) speed 1 is functioning in speed 2 and speed 2 in place of speed 1. Got reversed. Followed up with the service person and got it rectified on 27.04.2018.
Same feedback was given to bajaj electrical, but there is no response till date.
My request is to refund the excess amount collected towards replacement of speed switch.

Request you to respond to my complaint and refund the excess amount collected.

    As i was working with m/s bajaj electricals limited sion (E) mumbai and my project site was tumkur (Karnataka). Due to my health issue i left comany on 07.10.2017 and i have joined o 2.3.2017 and as per rule sfter leaving the company after 02 months my pf settlement to be made by company, but they have submitted documents on april 2 nd 2018 and now my claim has been rejected by epfo and i don't know the reason. Hence now i am in need of money for my treatment soon. Please provide me justice to get my pf amount early to resolve my health issue. My uan no.[protected] and emloyee id of bajaj is x976.

      I had complained about my mother's microwave on 21st sep. My mother has not received the microwave yet. If you are unable to back the microwave then pay back the money.We have not received anything from bajaj yet. How could a renowned company do such a fraud.

        "Bajaj” used to be a name synonymous with trust. But recent experience of after sales service chaos has shown contradictory image. I have been contacting "Bajaj Electricals" at multiple level/departments/persons but not getting any satisfactory revert from single channel partner. All I think they are doing is passing the buck and playing hide n seek with customer. Already verified by your technician who visited on sight and confirmed that it is due to technical problem, product caught fire. Still they are changing their statements again n again, hoping customer would get tired and give up. Long term association, loyalty, brand image these all means nothing to "Bajaj Electricals" it seems.

After that i spoken to ujjwal barik ([protected]) but his statement is very poor and behavior of talking is very poor. ([protected]) this mobile number person told that "without warranty service charge rs 350/- and replacement of items should be chargeable" but your haldia customer servicer mr ujjwal barik told that "service charge rs 450/- and consumer given to pay all transport fair up and down from haldia to kolaghat" my opinion what is the causes the statement o[censored]jjwal barik

            Hi team,

            I really have the worst experience by ordering a fan from bajaj electricals website.

            I ordered almost a week back and you assured me to deliver this product within 6 days (Maximum time to deliver) but still order is showing the same status "ordered"

            I talked with customer care (Recently by hemangi) he told me that we contacted the warehouse and they confirmed order will dispatch in this week. I just want to ask why it's too late? You assured customer to deliver the product within 6 days. Kindly deliver the product by tommorow.

            It seems it's better to order a product from flipkart/amazon, there they must care the necessity of customer and deliver the product on priority within time.

            I will definitely think twice to order any product from your website in future.

              Hi Team,

              This is with reference to my newly purchased Induction in November, 2017.

              Actually we facing some heating related problem in the same during operation sin last 2-3 weeks and eventually the problem has been resolved automatically.

              Today my mom was cooking something on that and suddendly the heating plate on the top of induction has been break down. I don't know what's the problem accured in it.

              First time in the life I go for Bajaj product and this is happen with me within 5 months.

              Moreover, this is your quality issue case and It might be harmful for my family also, on the basis of this i will raise a complaint in the consumer forum for quality issue & health hazardous Product.

                I recently purchased an air cooler platini px97 torque 36 l room air cooler.

                To my utter surprise the design is so horrible that there is no provision provided as hand grips to lift the cooler after filling it up with water. It is just impossible to lift and place it.

                Never expected it to be so user-unfriendly.

                I wish the company would get the product exchanged with a better user friendly designed product.

                  I am having 2 years old cooler as cooler is not working logged complain at bajaj one executive saurav came and he has not touched even that cooler and asked for 350rs visiting charge, asked what is the problem with cooler and when you are going to fix it said motor and pump both are not working so by evening i will come.
                  Day -1 gone not came not responded on call.

                  Day - 2 no response till 20 calls than said part is not available will do by tomorrow.

                  Day - 3 called more than 20 times no response even on atraya services which is service provider for bajaj electricals no response mob. [protected]

                  Day - 4 said we are shifting our office so won't be possible.

                  Day 5 i can't do it you will have to wait.
                  Day - 6 no response

                  Is this the way to treat your customers???!!!

                  So according to me after complain they came for 350rs visiting charge taken money and finished.

                  I want my money and also my time which i invested here.

                  Also i am going to log police complain for fraud.

                    I brought induction cooker in june 2017, it was working fine.

                    After few months we saw that induction cooker is not producing heat and making some sound. We called customer care and got fixed. Now again we are facing same issue and we called to customer care. It's been 1 week we called customer care but no one came to repair the induction cooker. It is not yet 1 year and we are facing same issue again.

                    First thing they are not fixing the problem at first time and making us to call customer care now and then and if we are facing issue at second time no one will care.

                      Technician who came to my house to service the appliance, cheated my elderly mother into sharing the code.

                      He then left without fixing the appliance and also closed the case. I am also filing a complaint with the zonal manager.

                      Such unprofessional behaviour from a last mile executive is simply unacceptable.
                      There has to be punitive measure. I am sure if it has happened to me, he must be doing the same to othera as well.

                        Dear sir,
                        Last couple of year, i using for your product likes induction heater, mixed-grinder, electric iron, etc., but we not able to proper service for your service centre at bistupur in jamshedpur. If we want any service for your service canter then your service provider asking huge cost and that is also 60 to 70 % for its original product.

                        I was purchasing one bajaj mini induction on nov 2016 @ inr 1399 and yesterday i given your service provider at bistupur (Jamshedpur) for service, they charge inr 410 for service and when i checked this induction then we found the display ic was not working and they charge again rs 350 for that so the total amount would be inr 760 per single service.

                        So you understand what is going on for your service centre as jamshedpur.

                        Previously i face same type of problem in your service canter.

                        We want to justice why your service so costly after expire the warranty time.

                        Your service centre number is [protected]. So please help me why they asking so many cost for repair the product.

                        I thinks this not company policy, some service provider not maintain the code of conduct.

                          I had called on the toll free number of customer care[protected] on 28-3-18.
                          I was directed to contact kavitha in chennai mobile number [protected] she intern directed me to contact venus customer care aynavaram chennai contact person deva mobile number [protected]. And also stated stating that it was only authorized bajaj service center in chennai when i spoke to him he instructed that i should come to the shop before 5pm and the spare part for the hand blender would be made available.
                          On 29-3-18 around 3pm travelling distance of 25 km i reach the place and only two casual employees were available who were non responsive. On contacting deva on telephone he was very rude and said who told you to come today go and complain were every you want.
                          This is the pathetic service provided by your authorized service center.

                          Why such center should exist, if the customer has to take appointment and still know that nothing can be done in attending the complaint.

                          For a metropolitan city like chennai does renowned name as baja appliance has only one ding unprofessional centre.

                          You my please look into it.

                            Myself rejini murali krishna, from rewa madhya pradesh. I purchased a instant water heater 1l, moodel no bajaj majesty from mumbai 2 months back, but didn't installed yet. 4 days before i made a call to customer care and asked to send a technician for installation. On 22/03/2018, a technician came to my house and he checked the system. After checking he said that for the installation purpose tube is needed which he will bring the next day at any time without any fail, but sorry to say that he is not a reliable technician. He didnt turned till date and whenever i make a call he disconnects the phone.
                            As i believed him, i signed the work service sheet as work completed. Kindly see to my complaint as a prior one.

                              I am madhan sekar. I have ordered bajaj led glow 648 lr rechargeable lantern from bajaj electricals site. Order id is bel001b0533310 and the value is 2066 rupees. I received it on 17 march 2018. I received a defective product that its not getting on, even after charging it. I tried contacting its customer care specified in its website but they are not ready to lodge a complaint on this. Please help me to get a new product or repair it for me. Otherwise, refund my amount.

                                I purchased one wx9 wet grinder on 25th Feb 2018 but it has issue of abnormal noise and burning smell.While running abnormal noise coming and within 10mins motor getting heat up and burning smell is coming.Three times i have registered a complaint at customer care and at dealer, but I got irresponsible answer from both.I need replacement of this grinder.

                                  Product is under 2 year warranty.

                                  Engineer visited at home after next day of registering the complaint and taken one of the part of my food processor. He promised me to come back in one day. Now he has blocked my number and now after 5 days i am trying to contact to customer care of bajaj electricals and they are not ready to give any solution. Customer care is providing some numbers for service support out of which none of them is working (Switch off/invalid numbers).

                                    My mother had bought a bajaj platini microwave on june 2017 through amazon. The serial no of the product is ga[protected]. The model no was 4900050-px-140 mm20c. She was out of town at that time. When she came back she called for demonstration. Bajaj people came and they had told that the product is defective. They will exchange the product. The call no was - kol [protected]-1 dated 12.8.17. They had given a replacement tag and told that j. S. Enterprise will replace the product on 23.8.17. After that we had called daily and several times for exchange the product but everytime their answer was we will do it tomorrow. On the month of november after many phone calls they had sent one person who took away the product against rs 500 and he told that he will bring back the fresh product on the day after tomorrow. Today is 7th march 2018, my mother still has not received her new microwave. Whenever we call j. S. Enterprise, their boss gopal kundu picks up the phone and says we have not received the replaced item yet. My mother is a senior citizen and is being harasshed for her own product day by day by this person. Bajaj is a renowned company, how can they do such unethical things? Please let me know how do my mother will get back her microwave.

                                      I bought the product about 4 months ago.. It was good but since last month the knob of one burner is getting jammed and gas doesn't get turned off. This is resulting in a great problem. Sometimes it doesn't get turned on and when it gets on it doesn't gets off. It gets tight and the knob doesn't moves at all. It usually happens when the knob is on sim. Sometimes it starts rotating 360° and the gas burner has no effect of it simply it gets free.

Ltd (Dealer of bajaj electricals) invoice no. :- si/abapl/-8/06688 dated 30.06.2017, and s s enterprises (Dealer of bajaj electricals) invoice no. :- ss - 61 /17-18 dated 16.09.2017, we bought above mention led light (150 no. Bjfl 30 w and 41no. Brtfg) of from your dealers with warranty of 5 years, we wish to draw your attention on our problem the above said led lights maximum number are not working properly, therefor we complaint to your above mention dealers regularly from november 2017, they do not solved the problem till today, so we are request you to please take the matter urgently and resolve the same as soon as possible.
