My regd mobile no is [protected]. Kindly access the complaint regd by me on 22 sep and your ack del [protected]-1. This complaint has not been resolved, despite dozens of calls to your delhi office. I have not been able to contact ms anjali your manager on phone [protected]. Seems the manager is either too busy or does not care to speak to customers. Its frustrating. We have been without geyser for 23 days now.

    I purchased a 10 gpu geyser 2 years ago. But it has developed water leakage problem. I have already lodged complaint over phone at customer care no. [protected] as well as at local service centre about 50 days back. A technician attended once but could not set right the defect. I have been repeatedly calling the local service center as well as the call center of bajaj to take an initiative for rectification of defect. But i have not noticed any progress to resolve the issue till today...

    My food processor stooped working while using juicer..it was smelling like burnt wires...I think something is burnt inside..so need a serviceman here of your company as soon as possible plz..

      Sir/ma'm, this is to inform you that i bought bajaj ledglow 648 lr on 26.04.2017 through defence canteen in joshimath, distt-chamoli, uttarakhand (246443). It worked ok for around 5 months but didnot get charged later and stopped working. I talked to defence canteen personnel and since its warranty is about to get over on 25.10.2017 (6 months warranty) i am worried as no bajaj representative has visited the place. Please kindly arrange for some rep to attend to my query.

        I has purchased a bajaj maxima dx fresh air 250 mm on 27.08.2017. However the product was faulty and did not work. Subsequently i filed a complaint with the customer care of bajaj electricals on 03.09.2017 having bajaj call id: del[protected]-1. No company executive came for the repairing the fan. Subsequently i filed another complaint with the company's customer care on 29.09.2017 having bajaj call id: del[protected]-1. The customer care executive told me that the company executive will visit for repair between 30.09.2017 to 02.10.2017. However i received a call from the technician on 02.10.2017 that he will be visiting my home on 03.10.2017. I was awaiting the company executive to visit on 03.10.2017, but no one came. It is after waiting for more than a month that i am forced to file this complaint. Please help me resolve the same at the earliest.

            This complaint is regarding bajaj induction popular smart.
            I bought this product on 02/05/2017.
            And in this duration it collapsed twice, each time i got it repaired. It collapsed today (Third time) again i am very much frustrated with this product. I need permanent solution. I need replacement of this product.

            Its under warranty.
            I am very much unsatisfied with this product and your support.

              I bought a wall fan approximate 2 month ago within 2 month i made a complain 3 times into the customer care. But every time they raise a new complain without told the status of previous complain. They are making me fool, even the person who are seating at hight post they doesn't make a sense to talk with customer. I talk to lots of buddies like ragha aggarwal, nariender vat, pritam giri, vishnu.

              I purchased a 15 liters gsy make Bajaj electrical with 2 years warranty.The geyser is overflowing from the 6 months of the purchase.I booked my complaint on the customer care no.The dealer did not signed the warranty card.Now the engineer is not repairing without the card.

                  I've purchased bajaj majesty duetto lpg 6-litre water heater (White) b014hdj7ze on 22 november 2016 through amazon. It worked for only 3 months properly then not at all started. While purchasing they said it has 2 years warranty. But this fraud company not at all listen customers problem & not even trying to repair their product even after continues complaints to their customer care. Complaint number 1. Ban[protected]-1, 2. Ban[protected]-1. If we call to them again call centre people will say you will get a call from our engineer within 2 working days. But none of the people has never call to me till now.

                    I would like to file a complaint regarding bajaj electricals. I purchased a room cooler 6 months back and since then i had filed a complaint regarding the cooler 7 or 8 times. I had purchased tc 2008 model. The day i bought it, it was said that it will not create any problem. But ever since i had purchased it i am only facing problem. Instead of making me cool it had given me headache. I would request to either replace the cooler or else give me refund. Otherwise this is just a consumer complaint forum. I have the credibility to go to consumer court as well.

                      It is really an irritating experience with bajaj product service.
                      *why should we buy bajaj products?*
                      I am very disappointed with the service rendered by bajaj electricals for bajaj gas geyser model gwx 03. I am briefing here the sequence of handling the complaint
                      1) i started facing a problem “gas geyser ignition used to stopped after 30-40 seconds and after restart, it was again working for 30-40 seconds” in jun’17
                      2) there was no helpline number available with local vendors and even on internet, somehow i got helpline number [protected] from some bajaj personal loan (How funny!) and registered the complaint number mum[protected]-1 on 28/06/17
                      3) the engineer arrived at my home on 03/07/17 and stated that all the spares parts (Thermostat, thermo sensor and circuit) without checking the problem. When insisted to check the problem in steps, he did some setting / cleaning and the geyser started working; i happily paid the service charges of rs. 300/-
                      4) the problem recurred after 6 days and hence reported back to mr. Nilesh [protected] /[protected] and he assured me revisit of service engineer, but nobody arrived. There was no information passed on, after follow up i understood that they were waiting for some spare parts. Mr. Nilesh stopped picking the ring there onwards
                      5) when once again tried for help, helpdesk registered another complaint mum[protected]-1 and then mr. Kalam [protected] contacted me and visited on 28/08/17 and once again stated the same thing that all the spares parts need to be changed. When insisted, he checked the geyser in steps and then replaced the parts one by one, but the problem did not resolve. He asked help from his senior but he was not available hence i asked him to visit next day. After that, there was heavy rain for 2 days in mumbai.
                      6) when followed up, the service centre person mr. Sawant[protected] had assured me to complete it on 01/09/17 but nothing happened. I got an sms on 01/09/17 stating that “you are not reachable and contact within 24 hrs” hence called back helpdesk; they registered another complaint number mum[protected]-1
                      7) i called service centre for escalation to ms. Aparna[protected] and she replied me back that manufacturing stopped for bajaj gas geyser model gwx 03 and spares are not available
                      8) once again mr. Kalam contacted me after several followups and visited the place. This time stated that “*there is no warranty / guaranty of spares*”. This was really surprising me and hence contacted his manager mr. Nilesh and then area service manager mr. Srujan and mr. Sujay sinha, all of them reciprocated the same thing. When asked to give this in writing / email, first they hesitated then agreed but after 15 days of follow up - still there is no reply.
                      9) i asked mr. Kalam to restore the original problem and noticed that the spare he replaced was wrong (Probably due to which it didn’t work).
                      I am very confused for the following
                      1) why there are multiple complaints booked for the same issue?
                      2) why service center in-charge is replying that spares are not available when i had received them already?
                      3) why there is always a different person to respond and customer need to repeat story again?
                      4) what is complaint resolution time?
                      5) why the technicians are not competent?
                      6) what is special technology used in product for which the spares are not available?
                      7) why response time is so poor?
                      8) why helpdesk do not have any control on service center?
                      9) why helpdesk was hesitating to give me escalation number and email address?
                      10) why they are not responding in writing, if it is bajaj policy?
                      11) why there is no spare parts warranty if original supplied?
                      12) how the customer will get confidence that new spare part will work?

                      And above all,
                      *why should we buy bajaj products?*
                      It is really an irritating experience with bajaj product service.

                        Hello,
                        I had bought a electrical toaster from spencers kolkata and it started mal-functioning after few months. After i lodged a complaint at customer care, company took my toaster and returned it back claiming that they have fixed the issue. However, the issues still persisted and i took it to again at service center located at prince anwar shah road connector, kolkata. It kept it their for 4 days without doing anything and when i asked to return it back to my home, the delivery boy started making blunt false excuses and behaved rudely with us. Even the lady sitting at the said service center did not bother to cooperate with us.
                        Is this the level of service that you provide to your customer???
                        I need a full refund of my product.

                          My mother had bought a bajaj microwave oven through amazon, which was ordered on 28.6.17. The price was rs. 6899. It was delivered on 3rd july 2017. But the bajaj people came for demo on the 6 th august. When they came for demo, they had told that there is some problem in this microwave and they will repair this parts. There was no call from their end so we had booked complained 0n 8 th and 12 th august. Then bajaj people came and said that they will replace this product and they had given one paper.in which it is written - replacement tag no[protected], replacement approval date-23rd august, 2017-04.53.20 pm.. Replacement approval authority-j. S. Enterprise, mominpur ph no[protected], [protected]., product sr no-ga[protected]. After that we have called several times in the no [protected], some one named rupa or lakhsmi pandey had received the phone every time and told that they had sent mail and there is no reply of mail. I do not know what mail they had sent but we are receiving this answer till last almost 1 month. If we call to mominpur number they are telling that if rupa tells they will delivery the product on the next day. My mother is a senior citizen and she is facing this kind of harrasment from almost 1 month and she is helpless. If there is no solution from your end within next 10 working days she will take this matter to the proper forum.

                          We bought bajaj oven from Amazon beforbefore three months for our marriage.we ordered that from Amazon. We received and kept the parcel as it is after a month we on to use it's not working.. then registered complaint service person came said have to change panel.
                          Then he never came back to change. Again registered complaint but that service person not picking the call. There is warranty it's manufacturing problem need to replace it... we not even once used it... so bad products... plz don't go for it... go for a branded one.. if this people are not responding or replacing it... then I should keep this out of my house for putting garbage.

                              Iron box found defective within guaranty period. Gave ironbox to dealer at kundapur... Complaint raised vide compalint number12641082. Still product not repaired. Causing lot of inconvenience... It is the responsibility of the company to return product well in time. Response is very poor. The name of dealer is oasis..                                 I bought bajaj ledglow 424 lrd - li 1000 on 12 sept'17, it is defective and seems internally damaged too. It is not getting on and when we pick it up, there is noise of parts colliding internally... So it seems the product part is broken from inside.
                                I don't understand why such damaged products are delivered to customers.

                                I sent emails and called customer care 4-5 times... They keep disconnecting my call or keep it on hold and told me that i have no other option rather to keep the product.

                                It's really frustrating... Earlier i was looking for replacement but experiencing such a bad customer service... I need refund and arrange the pick up for product.

                                Company is saying that technician will visit and service the product and it cannot be replaced. The question here is why would i get the new defective product serviced, it is not used even for 1 minute.

                                I want this to be resolved asap. Thanks.

                                  We purchased bajaj ceiling fan on 21st august 2017 from hindustan electricals (Huda market, sector 23, gurgaon).

                                  From day 1 itself, there was a lot of noise coming from the fan. We registered a complaint within next 2 days of purchase. The engineer visited us and did something. We suggested him to get it replaced considering it was a new fan but he refused. Instead opened all the parts and banged them with a hammer to fix everything. At that time the problem was resolved, however the fan again started creating lot of noise.

                                  We raised a complaint for the second time and this time the engineer changed the motor. Unfortunately the problem `persisted.

                                  Upon raising a complaint for the third time (Kun[protected]-1), nothing was done until i dropped an email at their consumer care.

                                  Two days later an engineer from service centre visited us and himself agreed that there is a fault in fan bearing and went to the service centre to get the part. My concern was why a new fan is being repaired. Despite lot of discussions, the fan was not replaced!! I also talked to mr narender sharma, gsm gurgaon who asked me to get the fan repaired and wait till next time. If the fault persists, they will see. Means i have just one job in this world to get a silly fan repaired. However, that engineer assured that if problem persists, he will get the fan replaced. I have shared a video with him in which noise is very much clear. However, am sure nothing will be done.

                                  It has been 5 days and I have not heard back from Bajaj Electricals.I am really surprised with the company's attitude and that too for a recent purchase. I also shared a video with the engineer who came last week from their service station in which fan's sound can be easily heard, but no response till now!

                                    I called on customer care for the installation. Till now it has not been installed. I am unable to use it and check it weather it is in ok condition or not. Three times i have called on customer care and about 10 time on the number of the person for installation and four times on [protected] (Given by customer care) but response is none.

                                      If someone is listening, i have a problem here. I raised a complaint with your customer care center & one of your technician visited my place. He checked my geyser and confirmed that tank is damaged. He mentioned that by paying 2800/- i can actually get a brand new geyser, which will be better option than to get the tank replaced. He took copy of all the documents including bill, warranty card and since then there is no revert from any one. Every time i contact the customer service number, they always give me different numbers. Till now i have contacted the ghaziabad service centre @ 6414135, no one picks up this number. Technician who visited 1st just called up once to mention he will come to pick up the geyser & since then he too has stopped responding to the calls, his contact number is [protected]. I have been asked to speak to anuj tyagi @ [protected] but again no one responds at this number. Beyond this i been told to contact sanjay @ [protected] but again just like everyone else this person too is not responding, precisely i have contacted at all the nos mentioned here but no one is picking up the phone, worst is i even tried contacting the mumbai ho & no one picks up the call there too. On top of everything my complaint has already been closed on 12th of aug & there are no notes about what action has been taken as told to me by contact centre advisor. There is no one manager available at contact centre to take any escalated customer calls. I dont know if anyone is going to respond to this note here considering the way i have been given a run around till now but this is the pathetic customer service & that’s not how you manage your customers. I need a resolution to my problem. I don’t have the complaint no handy, so pls check your records with my phone number & you will be able to find the details

                                      Let me tell you this several days is already more than a month. If this this is the level of your service I will say it is pathetic. This response is completely uncalled for

                                        Please help here. We purchased bajaj air cooler (Frio) in may'2017. Its under warranty. Flaps are not working. Its not swinging properly..
