I bought new bajaj induction majesty touch pro on 28/10/16 (dhanteras) from manglam add: 1 press complex zone 1 mp nagar bhopal.

On starting it not start. so i gave my first complaint to customer care on 29/10/16 & callid is ind[protected]-1.
Your service engineer rahul visit at around 6 pm on 29/10/16. after checking he said cord is not working, we have to replace it. for replacing he have to talk with boss and inform till 9 pm. but his call not received.

On 01/10/16 i again call to customer care infrom accordingly. mr customer care assured that service engineer will come by maximum 6 pm. i am waited & waited but no one came.

Today i again call to customer care and ask for update. the customer care informed that your complaint of dated 29/10/16 so will be attended within 3 days i. e. 30/10/16 is diwali, 31/10/16 is sunday. the customer care representative dosen't know when was sunday. after arguing him he forward call to senior representative. mr senior informed your case was forwarded on priority basis & assured that your complaint will be resolved.

Now the following point is arise that i got faulty product and i think that
(1) is bajaj electricals is using chinese materials.
(2) is bajaj electricals quality check employees not getting salaries so they pass without checking it to their branch.
(3) bajaj customer care representative does not know when sunday is.
(4) no timely inform by bajaj service engineer.

I am assured that in future i will never buy any bajaj electricals appliances

    Hello to all bajaj teammysel[censored]lhas jamdare ([protected])its very bad to complaint bajaj second time about the product which i had purchase from ulhasnagar dealer (bajaj world)the first the motor get off an now it totally shut off at the time of diwali wen we need it much well i phone the service station at ambernath but they said to register an complaint an they have time 9 to 6 well they detailer is very casual

        We bought food processor FX10 on 11.11.12. a complaint was registered[protected] on 10.9.16 for attending some job on mixer. your engr Amit from your service centre replaced 3 couplings of same.we also asked to check whole m/c if anything problematic he checked & found all OK.but after one month all the couplings have been damaged. Is it quality job? we are calling the person from your authorised service centre (phone-[protected]-vikas joshi)) and also paying service charge for the sake of quality & good job but we didn't find that. when talked to Mr Vikas Joshi about the same, his answer was rude and not accepting the fault and no satisfactory answer. we also made a call on the no[protected] but found always un-answered. we are waiting for satisfactory solution if provided at your end.

          Have been facing problems with your dealer -Gas Point, Grand Road, Puri-752001.Inspite of repeated complaints since past 6 months, no one has turned out to repair the induction. Pathetic service. Not expected from Bajaj. I have even tried to contact your online services but that has turned out in vain. The dealer pays no heed to complaints. My model is Bajaj Majesty ICX 2. What should I do with the induction?

            Water heater not working
            I purches a 25 ltr bajaj platini px 25 glr water heater from csd canteen dehra teh dehra distt. Kangra hp. After installation i found that it is not working so i send a complaint on company official consumer care e-mail address. But still nobody solved the issue and no suggestion from there side how long time we wait for your support. Kindly look in to this matter and solved this issue.

              Hello,
              I registered a request to Bajaj customers care for replacing the glass top of Bajaj INDUCTION ICX21 for which the call was responded aptly with 250 rs service charge at door.I asked them to provide a new glass top because it developed a crack.the charges were 1050+ 250.
              All was great up to this.
              The technician came on Sunday 16 Oct
              And started doing his work.he replace the glass top with an old used burnt cracked glass top from side DAMAGED PRODUCT WAS PROVIDED WHICH COMES UNDER CATEGORY OF FRAUD.
              Bajaj electricals service centre at INDORE was the place where the reuest was registered and to my surprise they are not even guilty for ther deed

              I didn't ask for availing warranty. technician on asking for dentity card showed me my mail request.
              Higly irresponsible behavior by the company whom we have trusted for years.

                    Bajaj water heater - majesty iq is not working due to internal problems in the heater. It was purchase in the year[protected] from kashipur, uttarakhand. Now it is not working. I have checked the electrical connection from switch to heater and found the electrical supply is ok. It seems that inside the heater there might be damages of some electrical parts or other parts of heater. Expert from bajaj is required to identify the the problem.

                        I registered a complaint about leakage of water from geyser. After two weeks technician came and found out that all the bolts are broken and gasket is also broken. He said by next week he will come and fix the parts but its bee more than a month and i see no body even after several calls to support and technician guys. They just give fake assurance that i'll get a call after 3pm or 4pm, i don't know why but i never got those calls though.

                          I've given a iron box to a service centre in bangalore with registering a complaint and called the mechanic for a status but he says you didn't register a complaint, later on again i registered a complaint by calling bajaj customer care... They said we'll send complaint number immediately but they didn't by seeing all these i come to know in bajaj name they're cheating customers and fooling.. No proper service i'm fed up off this bajaj brand and i advice indians not to support by buying with such type of cheap character companies like bajaj appliances.

                            One month back i bought this product. It stopped working from 5th day onwards. It doesnot work conitneously.                               Lodged the complaint about non working of bajaj food processor which started giving problem within 2 months of purchase. Immediately after 3-4 hrs received a call from the mechanic and hearing the problem he told that a new part is required and will get back, once argued that you have seen the product he told he knows everything. However, he never turned up.
                              After 3 days once again called the customer care they informed that the mechanic told them that there is a problem for spare parts. She shared a number and asked me to contact them. The number shared is [protected], which is not in operation.
                              In a fix. Suggest not to purchase bajaj products.

                                  As of date 8 days have lapsed, untill now the above lodged complaint is unattended despite of calling / reminding every day in the customer care number[protected]

                                  Sir, pls understand that hot water is paramount requirement on day to day basis during the rainy season.

                                    My order number is BEL001B0121757 and I placed order Bajaj Majesty New SWX 4 Sandwich Grill Toaster on 17th August 2016 through the Bajaj portal and I made online payment through debit card of Rs 999:00 and received damaged product on 24th august 2016. Although the product has been picked up after complaining at customer service desk and since date I am calling Bajaj customer service desk on this number[protected] for replacement or refund but I still haven't got the replacement nor refund and Mr Surendra Singh & his team is telling me to drop mail in this regard but didn’t received any mail or call from their side till now. They are only saying “chama chate hain chama chate hain”
                                    I called Bajaj customer care 30 times for the status but they didn’t give me any status regarding my product. Once time Mr.Surendra Singh is telling me that he is spoken to financial department to settle the issue by initiating refund in stipulated time and after one week when I called to Mr Surendra Singh to knowing about the status he is telling me that your product is still not showing in our warehouse…Wow what is the status….? When I ask to Mr Surendra Singh to talk with his senior then he is telling me that he is the senior in this customer service desk. Wow Senior has no status about my product. I tell him if you don’t have any status then I am moving to consumer court or police station against your company then he is saying you can go and should register the complaint against our company. The advertisement says that this company inspires trust. Well, clearly that's not the case. Who is responsible for this kind of service. It is sad that such an old company has such poor service.
                                    I am very much disappointed with bajaj electrical service since being a brand name, I opt for direct purchasing thorough bajaj website instead of going thorough other shopping website. I don’t know why they people think that customers are idiots that they don’t know where they have booked their order.
                                    I think due to such response I need to think about moving to consumer court against company for humiliating me and cheating my money.
                                    I have already made the complaint over email and phone call. I have been asked to wait till Thursday this week to get the product replaced or refund . If that doesn't happen, I will move to court.

                                      I took Bajaj Turbo cooler in April 2016 and from there onward every month there is some problem in cooler .After making complain every month technician comes and rectify the problem. As of now I have lodged 5-6 complaints and now the situation has become worst .Again I lodged a complain today and the complain is assigned to PRAGATI ENTERPRISES GHAZIABAD. When their executive Mr Manoj came here as a technician I told him the entire situation which I am suffering and asked him to replace my cooler as every month it has technical issues. He started being rude with us and told that any decision will be taken by Mr Vikash (Regional manager under the area of Pragati Enterprises). Further, while conversation with Mr Vikash I explained the entire things and requested for replacement, he again stared misbehaving and said ”REPLACEMENT TO NAI HOGA, JO KARANA HAI AAP KAR LO”. Our cooler is in warranty period. How can he say like this!
                                      Worst service experience of BAJAJ Cooler, it’s pathetic.

                                      Product model no.FX11 which having warrnty of 2 years its main part which works for grinding is broken so that i cant use it since 6 months i complainted the shop where from i brrought it but they had no response then today i call customer care but it also not responded

                                        HI,

                                        I am Purchasing Bajaj Pressure cooker through online bajaj electricals site,

                                        and they send me wrong product and i am return the product, on 3rd sep,

                                        but still now i am not getting my cash,

                                        i emailed three times and two times i called customer care services but they are not reply and didnt any information.

                                        Plz look in to the issue and get me my money.
