I bought an induction cooker on November 2015. Last week on 27th September 2016 it stopped working. We registered a complaint on the same day but Custer care people were not at all helpful to get the complaint closed. Today it is 4th September but my complaint is still pending. I almost called the bajaj customer care more than 10 times and every time they promised me that their senior management will call me back and my problem will be sort out. But very sad to say that I didn't get any call and no one has turned up to get the complaint done. Once they have provided me the technician number of Mr Raj Singh who covers the wadgaon Sheri area of Pune area. I called him more than 20 times and daily he assured me that he will get it done but I was shocked that now he stopped taking my calls.
Now I will suggest everyone not to go for Bajaj products. And I am going to register a complaint in comser couts. Really worst product experience ever I had.

    I have made complaint to bajaj elecctricals around one month back when my microwave oven 2100 etc which stopped working. The product is almost in new condition whereas warranty was expired, however, service technician visited home and asked to pay 350/- as service charged and ensured that oven pcb would replaced since its faulty and taken out from oven for replacement.

    However, despite passing more than month and regular follow-up they are refusing to repair or replaced the pcb and giving excuse that its not in their stock. My microwave oven now is good for nothing and as per bajaj electricals they can't do anything and even stopped to pick my phone. I have made almost 4 regular complaint regarding this but all goes in vein.

    I surprised when they are selling the products than why the requisite spare parts not made available. Would it mean that product purchased from bajaj would have to be thrown out once inoperative due to faulty part.

    Now again surprised for me..Bajaj electrical customer care message received yesterday that service technician visited at my home on dated 13.09.16 to resolved matter but none found in home. The fact is 13th-Sept-16 was holiday and my and whole family was available at home for entire day and nobody visited. After that I made several calls to there service engineer of H.S Service (authroized Bajaj service center) and he didn't picked it.

    What is going on??? I am clueless is my PCB taken out from oven sold to anyone...its more than one month, how much time they need to resolve the issue.

    Whats happened with my PCB atleast inform, your H.S Service executive Mr. Raghav or Vikas Tiwari not picking my phone and not able to contact them.

    In August PCB was taken out from oven and now its September means three months has already been passed and enough to loose patience. Please take appropriate step to address the issue otherwise I have to make complaint to appropriate authority.

    Its now extreme, Bajaj electrical still not have replaced my PCB and now not attending the phone calls and replying to phone calls. They are sitting with my pcb which was taken out from oven in August 16 and still neither they are repairing nor replacing.

    The last option I felt is to file the court case in district consumer forum against Bajaj Electricals, its very unethical and highly unprofessional behavior.

    Shocked and surprised to watch the behavior of BAJAJ Electricals. Warn everyone that don't buy anything from such fraud company.

    After 5 months of PCB taken out for replace still not returned, my oven left in open condition and now bajaj officials not even receiving calls.

    Have they sold out to my PCB to some other customer at high price???

    1.Refer to my order no BEL001B0119849 dated 16may2016, wrt Bajaj pedestal fan.
    2.Product was ordered from online from Bajaj website and full amount was paid via netbanking.
    3.The product has not been delivered to me till date in spite of continuous reminding them about it.There response is extremely pathetic..

        Non Repair of Bajaj Majesty MX3 Steam IRON

        Sir I have lodged twice complaint for repair of my Bajaj Majesty MX 3 Steam Iron, but first complaint was closed as given the reason that i have not answering to the phone of dealer where as i have 2-3 call him and briefed my addressed. Second time there is no call from dealer as well as no feedback asked from company also.

        It is requested to repair the above iron as early as possible as under guarantee period....

        Inordinate delay and harassment in repairs to our bajaj platini food processor px 80 f
        _
        The upper part (adaptor) of the body of our bajaj food processor got damaged through a fall in the kitchen. i would have taken it to a local repairer of such appliances but on my wife’s insistence, we decided to get it repaired from company's service centre.
        Through the company' customer care centre, mumbai office, i could get the local service centre address as “ m/s pragati distributors, shop no. 702, 1st floor, keshoram complex, sector 45, chandigarh. on the net, the names and addresses of company's old service centres were only mentioned.
        I took the food processor to them in the month of march, 2016. their technician, on checking it, gave me a rough estimate of rs 200/- for replacing the damaged component and a week’s time to do the job but also said that he would confirm it on dismantling the unit.
        The motor etc was checked by him and it was working fine.
        One week, two weeks later, when contacted, they said that the part to be replaced, had not yet been received from m/s bajaj.
        When contacted again thereafter, i was told that though the motor was in working order, but its bushes had worn out and it would be required to change the motor as a whole because spare bushes are not supplied by m/s bajaj. so i said o kay, do it.
        By that time, a month had elapsed and the motor had not been supplied by m/s bajaj.
        Obviously our kitchen cannot be run without at least a mixy. so we were left with no alternative but to purchase an isi branded new mixy from the market for rs 1950/-.
        After the motor was made available and replaced, i was told that they were further waiting for some lever to be fixed up which was taking time to be supplied on the part of m/s bajaj.
        Finally after regular chasing up with them, the food processor was repaired for a total cost of rs 1900/- plus by mid july, 2016. the motor (rs 1239/-), upper main part of processor body (rs 221/-), adaptor (rs 185/-), lever set (rs 54/-), coupler (rs 52/-) and spindle (rs 18/-) with labour charges of rs 150/-, were provided.
        After taking the repaired set home, we found that the processor bowl and jars were not sitting properly on the processor body because the base diameter of the replaced body was slightly on the higher side, so that the processor bowl could not be turned in anticlockwise direction to click it in place and without which the food processor would not work at all.. likewise the liquidizer jar was also not fitting properly in its location on top of the food processor.
        I had to go back to company's service centre with these problems. there the technical expert checked and found that yes, the bowl and the jars were not sitting snugly in position. he even tried to fit a new bowl in position from his stores but was not successful. he said, what could he do when m/s bajaj were supplying non matching different sized parts.
        I was told to leave the processor body over there with them and they would get the needful spare parts for replacement from their local godown. that was in mid july, 2016.
        Since then, more than a month has passed and my bajaj food processor remains unusable. i have been contacting the service centre regularly but no final outcome as yet. once, on talking to their technical expert, he said that if i desire, the old body could be re-fitted in place to tide over the situation.
        So now almost five months have passed, regular chasing up with company's service centre, a number of visits to the service centre, and had to purchase a new mixy for rs 1950/-to run the kitchen and having also paid rs 1900/- for the repairs of the food processor, we remain where we were five months back when the upper body part of the food processor had got damaged.
        We go in for bajaj products considering these of high standards and also expecting quick service from their service centres and see what is the state of affairs as brought out above.
        These days, the company is advertising so assertively the bajaj electrical products, in the media. with my above mentioned experience i don’t feel like purchasing any more bajaj products in future.
        Offering initially good quality products is one thing but offering customer friendly quick after - sales service is equally important.

        very bad quality of plastic parts, a lot of manufacturing defects, grating disc is not properly working, kneading take much more time as compare to my last one, the noise is very very high. in short i m not satisfied with product. the last one i bought 7 year before at very low price as compare to this was much much better than this

          I have purchased two ceiling fan of bajaj tezz brand in february 2015 which is under 2 years warranty. After 3-4 months the fan was very slow and the air was not good. I have complained to customer care, after that service man came and changed the coil. Again the other fan had same problem.
          Like this till today i had complained almost 5-6 times vide my mob no. [protected] but the fan still not working after several repair. I can't understand what the service man repair. Kindly exchange both the fan, i am fed up of complaining again and again.

            Hi purchased morphy richards food processor a year ago and used the big jar for twice. And two times coplers are broken. Raised the complaint for first time and technician came and changed the coplers and charged 60rs which actually costs 15rs in the market. Second time i have used again came across same issue techincian came and try to give the same resolution by charging money in stead of finding the solution, so i said i dont want the service if the resolution is going to be same. I tried reaching the service center manager vijay& ramakrishna but i didn't got the resolution. I have raise the complaint for third time and technician is not visiting to fix the issue and manager are also not responding.

            This is the worst service i ever got and i won't recommended any one to buy this kind of products from morphy or bajaj electricals.

                Its been a month and my query is unresolved which is a reason for me to file a complaint against bajaj company. I never got a such 3rd class response from any vendor site. I recently ordered online bajaj otg from bajaj official site and received a damaged product in july;16 and on the same day registered a complaint in customer care and requested for returning the product and refund me the money back.
                They sent their courier person to take the product back. I am so surprised to hear when i made a call to customer care again after waiting for 1, 2 days that they will notify me about the damaged product receive but received no reply from bajaj side and when i made a call they were saying that we didnt receive your damaged product or any complaint regarding this. I was like then where my product gone then if its not in your knowledge.
                I sent mr. Raghav (Area manager) of our city invoce copy and pics of damaged product as well as receiving copy of courier person.

                Now, all of a sudden i received a message two days back that your order has dispatched. I mean who told bajaj company to do so. Without any prior notification they are doing what they want to do not thinking about customer at all.
                This is the way you treat your customer.
                I want my refund back at nay cost. Also reply me a valid answer, no fake commitments by this week.

                I don't know what's wrong with you people. You don't have a courtesy as how to deal with your customers. Taking money from the customers of item purchase and after that you just forget who is this customer? OR Do I know this customer?

                I never seen such 3rd class service from any vendor since. I did submitted all the required documents needed by Mr. Raghav and as per telephonic conversation, he told me to get back to me own his own but since the day I sent an email to him, I am the only one who is following up regarding my product and the reason is my money has lie with them not theirs.

                Three days back, I got a message that Bajaj Majesty Oven OTG has dispatched. Who told you to send me the product again? As I want a refund for my product purchased then how you people without any such prior notification sending the product at your own choice.

                I want a valid answer by the end of the day otherwise I'll file a grievance towards BAJAJ COMPANY today itself.

                If you need any information regarding this, then please let me know. Kindly resolve my query asap and refund the money back.

                  I was purchase a bajaj induction cookware on 01 Jan 2016 but it was stop to heating in the month of Last week of Jul 2016 and repair by your engineer.

                  But same product was again become unserviceable being internal damage, and the same complained to your office and we find complain No LUC[protected]. Your office has assigned to Manoj Electrical to resolve the issue but till time no give any call or no engineer attended on site

                  Therefore you are requested to look into the matter and solve the issue immediately

                    Reference is made to below mention complaint was lodged on 3rd July 2016.


                    After lodging this complain, I had been continuously following with Call Center Number, there after I got Mrs Anjali number, I spoke with her and the she directed to Mr Anurag. Even after contacting all these escalation, my all 04 fans remains defective from Day 1 f the purchase.


                    This is a cheating from Bajaj & not acceptable.


                    Anjali & Anuragare not taking escalations seriously. Call center is just giving lip service. Engineer Laxminarayn who visited the sire never revertred back. when I tried reaching out with him, it was to my surprise tha he used a another engineers phone to confuse me so that I will be never able to contact him. some how I manged his number and contacted hin today. But, I doubt he will do some this.


                    Bajaj being a repted name in market has PROVED AS A CHEATER AND LALA COMPANY. I WILL SUE THEM IN CONSUMER COURT.

                      Water heater not working
                      I purches a 25 ltr bajaj platini px 25 glr water heater from csd canteen dehra teh dehra distt. Kangra hp. After installation i found that it is not working so i send a complaint on company official consumer care e-mail address.                         I bought an electric rice cooker from big bazaar koramangala bangalore on 02 august 2016 and it stopped functioning on 06 august 2016. I have reported a complaint via bajaj customer care on 06 august 2016 and i got my complaint id as 10248610 but still no response. Literally bajaj has degraded its brand status, after using the appliance for just 3 days if this happens then i m totally clueless of the quality and material of this product and in turn will never buy a bajaj appliance in future ever.
                        I am more surprised that even after 3 days there is no response from bajaj side. Are they really bothered about their customer satisfaction or do they have planned that their customer should never come back for any future purchase after one time? I wonder...
                        I have send the bills to cbn khabardaar and they ll contact bajaj soon for my queries...

                          1.I have ordered a Bajaj esteem pedestal fan online from Bajaj electrical websites on 16may2016 with order no BEL 001B0119849.
                          2.The product has not been delivered to me till date in spite of full payment till date .
                          3.On contacting them through email there site shows mail delivery failure and telephonically their response is very negligent.
                          4.One of them replied that due to some internal issues the person who was supposed to deliver it could not picked the docket and they will solve the issue very soon but after three months of long waiting time and numerous call the problem is as it is.

                            I have registered a complain for Bajaj make geyser in month of May 2016 as it was not dispensing the water. Service engineer visited the home and told that geyser is ok your pipeline are choked, call the plumber for checking and rectification of pipelines.
                            I called the plumber and he checked the entire pipeline and told that all the pipe lines are ok and shown to me that geyser output, and clarified that geyser is choked due to which pipeline are not getting the water.
                            I have again registered the complain for geyser, same service engineer was deputed at home for rectification. He told that earlier the problem was in the pipeline and now the problem is in the geyser due to accumulation of calcium inside the geyser and internal pipelines.
                            Service engineer try to uninstall the geyser, and due to non experience service engineer the geyser was fall down on the bathroom floor from the height of 8 feet and fully damage the shower pipe line, geyser bottom plate and water tank. somehow he assemble the and again install the geyser with application of PVC tape and semi tight PVC connecters result is the bottom plate of geyser is hanging, pipelines are leaking and also geyser is sparking.
                            I have given the feedback to the Bajaj service officer and contacted him many times, again registered the complain but till date nothing happened.
                            The above was due to poor after sale service and the inexperience service engineer and also to mention here that the service engineer was not having experience to handled such equipment and not having proper tools to work at site.

After few duration we try to start the induction cooker, but the same is not starting and become dead. urgent repair is required, because cooking is depending on the said induction cooker.                                 I have bajaj platini geyser 15 l. As per visit of the service engineer the element of the geyser is faulty. But after the visit till date it has been almost two weeks. Neither the service engineer called. When i give a call they tell that the element will be changed and shift the date by one week. Really dissatisfied. I am located at faridabad sec 87 dealer is at ballabgarh.
                                Anil [protected]. Also the customer care no is switched of bajaj. Would not go for any applicance in near future and recommend either if such type of service is provided by brand like bajaj

                                  Newly purchased in june 2016, ceiling fan not working. Warranty is for 2 years. We took it to the dealer in shillong who said to complain directly to the service centre.In spite of continuous perusal, service centre people in shillong as well as in guwahati not interested to respond. Every other day they give us new excuses o[censored]nable to come for repair. We are using lots of bajaj electronic appliances at home. But now having really bad experience with the service part. Please resolve immediately.

                                    I am a mr. Pradeep singh a customer of yours. I am using your water purifier and it needs to be repaired. We have given request about it and it's been two months and no action is taken by your customer care. They contacts us and give us dates but no one comes on that day. Your service is too bad. We expected a lot different service. Your service is not good at all. If someone gets ill due to this water which is not purified properly, then who will be responsible for this. If you give service like this i think that i should throw away it. We had called in customer care 3-4 times and we are not getting a proper service so please look into the matter or we can go and file a case against you in consumer court. We are using uv water purifier wpx7

                                      I ordered one bajaj rushair (Hs) pedestal fan on 07-july-2016. Expected duration of delivery was 1 week.

                                      When i didn't get any update, i dropped a mail to [protected]@bajajelectricals.com. I received a response that some internal issue is delaying the delivery and we will update. After that, i dropped a mail on 21-july-2016 but no response. Then, i dropped a mail on 24-july-2016 but still no response.

                                      It has been 3 weeks but i still do not have any proper update.
