I had purchased this heater through Amazon and was delivered to me on the 10th Nov.2016.It was installed and was working satisactorily till 21st dec and from that day whenever we put on the geyser we got a shock whenever we touched the water lines either in the kitchen or the backyard.The other appliances like fridge and microwave are also in use and there is no problem.so i am writoing this .An early response will be appriciated

We had purchased this heater on Snapdeal which was delivered to us on 1st Jan 2016. Have barely used it but it has stopped working. Not sure what is the issue. It has stopped working without any indication or hint or blow or spark...

    I purchased a bajaj shakti gps gyser of 25litres past one week and it is very embarrassing to tell you regarding your poor services.till date gyser is not installed and after 3 complaints, only one mechanic came and he didn't inform us and go back without inform us.i installed gyser myself and I met worst services of bajaj appliance .I suggest people don't purchase bajaj appliance.poor services and worst, careless technicians.regret to purchase this product.

      We are using the Fx 10 for past 2 years. The plastic jar which has to be fitted on the side before any equipment can be used has a very delicate protusion which fits into the main mixer. It is made of plastic and has broken. How do we repair or replace it? We are unable to use the Fx 10 dur to the broken plastic protusion. Kindly help asap. Surprisingly just a small delicate plastic piece has put this out of order.

        I have lodge complaint (Complain No.KOL[protected]-1) for my repair of Bajaj Platini PX140 Microwave oven on 12.12.2016, 16.12.2016 & 18.12.2016

        Every time i got a sms in my mobile that "No response from you, Engineer visited your place and did not find any responsible person available" but that's not true.

        I was present whole day on 17.12.2016 & 18.12.2016 but not call received from Bajaj representatives. I have called assigned authorised Bajaj customer care Loknath Enterprise repeatedly but no proper feedback received. One of representative has talk to me very ruthlessly & disconnect the phone saying I'll not come and i am cancelling your complaint. His mobile no. is [protected]

        I am very much disappointed from Bajaj such an good brand image.

        Now i have decided to repair my oven from local electrician not from Bajaj Service center.

          With my lot of grievances at last I am writing this complain mail. As i have purchsed a Bajaj Majestry DX6 Iron on[protected] from Flipkart. The same has got delivered on time. Post that I have been able to use the Iron for 2 days. After that it was out of order. I have complained about the same at thw toll free no-[protected]. Where the executive kept on promising me that the technician will visit my house & will repair it. Also gave me complain number of 10723602, but no one turned up. Again I called up & complained about the same, where the c.care executive told me that the technician couldn't trace my house, where my contact number was given. So I asked to take a complain again & mention my number so that if they can't trace my house they can call me..and I have been provided with a complain number 10991095 again...But I'm sorry to say, nobody turned up again... and I am left with miscommitments & false promises.
          Request you to please help me in getting the problem sorted out.

            I have contacted Bajaj electronics call center number on 17th or 18th November 2016 for a service visit, as water drops were leaking from my Bajaj Majesty 10 liters Geyser. Call center official had given service request number 10858245 and informed that an engineer would visit to check the geyser and charges for that would be Rs. 350.00 as it is not in warranty.

            On[protected] engineer visited my residence and inspected my geyser and informed me that the SS tank is leaking due to a hole (Over usage due to corrosion it will lead to this) and suggested me that it is better to buy a new geyser as replacing the SS tank will cost me up to 85% of the cost of a new geyser and charged me Rs. 350 and gave the a bill for the visit wide number 4189.

            As per suggestion of the engineer i have purchased a new AO Smith 10 Liters geyser on 03/12/2016. Recently my father visited my home and saw the old geyser lying around and inquired on what happened to the geyser and further about the new purchase. I informed my father that service engineer inspected and informed there is a hole in the SS tank and service engineer suggested its better to purchase geyser.

            My father is a mechanical engineer, he immediately said that SS tank wont leak unless a manufacturing defect i.e., a flaw during manufacturing of SS tank. He immediately dismantled the whole Geyser and found that the SS tank is filled with sediment (i.e., Sand) 1/3rd of Tank. Hence the water is leaking due to sediment and later the SS tank is tested duly filling with hot water for 12 hours. The SS tank does not have any leak. Only the defect is sediment. The geyser is assembled and it is working fine.

            Due to bad service and laziness/to avoid work, i have purchased a new Geyser for Rs 7200 which is a dead capital to me.

            In view of the above, i request Bajaj Electronics to give the valid reasons why i should not approach the consumer court for bad service and dead capital.

            Imagine how many customers are being cheated every day in country by believing company representatives. Trust is lost by this action. Not all customers will do research on what engineer says they just believe what they say.

            A engineer already visited and checked the geyser and found it in working condition. But again another engineer called up to check that he wants to check the geyser. I asked him how many times it would be checked and asked him to visit on that Saturday. He never showed up and no progress after that.

              Bought above mentioned gyser on 26/10/2014, i was very satisfied till the time there was a leakage problem and i have to deal with worst customer care of Bajaj. person came to check and he said we need to relace but bofore that we have to take some photographs and get the approval.

              He charged Rs. 350 as visit charge and took some pictures of Gyser which he shared with his boss.

              After regress follow up of 7 days; finally i got the approval slip which i went to collect from A-34, Sector 49 from Mr. Satish.

              Mr. Satish mentioned that i need to take my old gyser to the dealer i bought it from and he will replace immediately with new one.

              i went to the dealer named C.S.ELECTRIC CO. SHOW ROOM - B -1/37, D.D.COMPLEX SECTOR 18, NOIDA . He mentioned he cannot replace that till i pay him Rs. 800 as he not have same model.

              On that i mentioned that is not my problem if company is not giving that model; dealer should replace free of cost as i had the approval slip, on that he mentioned till the time i pay he will not replace and i can leave.

              Lastly he paid him Rs. 500 (400 cash and 100 debit card), then he replaced my old gyser; but he did not gave me the cartoon neither the remote with the gyser.

              Then again i have to call bajaj for installation and paid them to install the Gyser.

              I all Approx Rs. 1500 was paid by me to replace the Gyser which is on warranty.

              Last but not the least i want someone responsible to contact me and take action against the dealer who charged illegally without giving receipt to me.

              I paid the dealer C.S.ELECTRIC CO. SECTOR 18 NOIDA Rs. 500 and he did not gave any proof or receipt. i told him to charge through card on that he mentioned he will not be able to show; so he took Rs. 400 cash and 100 through debit card as i only had 4 hundred rupees notes.

                Hi,

                It is with much regret and anger that i am writing this email to the customer care division for bajaj electricals. I am highly disappointed by the quality of service and response provided to me for what seemed to be a regular geyser fault - which has now become a fiasco.

                I had raised a service request for a fault in my geyser on 27th september to which a bajaj engineer by the name of rakesh gautam (Phone - [protected]) attended on 6th october. He replaced the thermostat and element to correct the issue. When we asked him for a bill, he said that the company has started automating these things and will receive the bill details on phone / email.

                The geyser worked fine till 12th november after which it presented serious issues in which all hot water started coming for the cold outlets - even damaging the outlet pipes and flush system.
                On 15th november, i raised another complaint (Noi[protected]-1) but now the technicians are asking for a bill (Which wasn't given to me). When the new technician checked the geyser - he said that the thermostat installed is a faulty and not genuine. Dismayed by this i reached out to the old technician (Rakesh gautam) - who said he will come and solve the issue but hasn't. I also reached to his service station which has also failed to look into this.

                I also reached out to anuj tyagi ([protected]) - who promised to look into this matter last week but now has stopped answering my calls.

                There seems to be no sense of control of the company on its engineers and representatives who are installing false items and putting the safety of customers at risk and there seems to be no supervisor who can look into these matters. This indicates a serious lack of control, ethics and code of conduct which one would expect from a company of bajaj's level.

                  I have Bajaj Majesty steam iron. I was given it at your service outlate M/s. Harsh Electrical, Near Pratap Talkies, Bhilwara for replace its plate on approx. 1 month ago. They replace that plate by new one but not give me bill for that.
                  When I use such iron my clothes were stick on iron plate, I went again at service centre to complain about this problem but he was not give me satisfactory reply and ask me to drop iron for 2-3 days to set thermostate . When I again got my iron and use it my clothes again stick on plate. My 2 trousers were stick on iron plates and damaged. I again complain at service centre but he told me to use iron like manual iron and set temperature as it give heating. How can I use an automatic iron as a manual iron and set temperature for each and every cloth even all clothes of same fabric.

                  Please give me proper service and repair my iron as soon as possible.

                    My name is Ankit and i bought your fx11 food processor, from the day i bought it (April)i couldn't use it.but 2 months ago i tried to use it but it smell like burning something i called immediately the customer service number and registered a complain to check whats wrong with the product but no one came.(great service) tired of waiting i called again after a month and registered another complain.(first was never resolved).Still i am waiting for the service man.I must say you are having poorest customer service i ever seen.Fix it or i have no other option but to go to consumer forum.Bajaj Call id is DEL [protected]-1

Customer care given one reference no but no guy visited at my resident after 1 week I again complaint the same issue but guy again not visited at my resident again. Third time again I took the reference no . this time customer care support given me a no and asked you have to call on this no. Now from last 4 days I m chasing this person...

                      I have submitted my compliant with above mentioned complaint number on 7 th and today is 20 th. No one has visited till date.

                      I have called the service engineer directly atheist 10-15 times and agreed on a time however post committing he has not shown up. Can you tell me what i am supposed to do and follow till how many more months. I hope you understand that its cold out here and geyser is not working which i have bought 11 month ago.

                        I have purchased Bajaj New Shakti 15L Water heater which has got various complaints on 1st day itself. I have given a call on customer care on 12th November and technician has attended the same.

                        Complaint reference no. is AHM[protected]-1

                        I have given a complaint of Power light not glowing for which technician opened the geyser and found water leakage inside it. He committed me that my water heater will be replaced with a new one in next one or two days.

                        No one has attended till 15th November and new technician came yesterday without providing a replacement. He told that issue is fixed but I can see water leak is still there. I can see the geyser cover is not even fixed properly.

                        I have enclosed all the relevant pics and request Bajaj Electrical team to replace this geyser with new one. I am really dissatisfied as I feel it’s a ‘WASTE OF MONEY’ by purchasing this appliance. I am a Bajaj customer from past 2-3 years but not satisfied this time.

                            I purchased a 15 Ltr Bajaj Geyser from Gujarat. It started giving problems within one year and thermostat was giving problem leading to less heating. Lately it stopped working all together and I booked a complaint with your Vadodara service centre - Prash Services at Hirawanti Chambers. This complaint was attended after four days that too after several reminders. Subsequently I was told a charge of Rs 4000 for repair which is almost the price I purchased the geyser. I am told that tank has corroded and thermostats is not working. I am really shocked that the Company of Bajaj repute is making a product which works only for two years and then service charges are equal to price of a new geyser. I request you to please look in to this and provide me a replacement.
                            What quality of SSTank is being used that ot corrodes within two year and poor customer is asked to pay for it. Also the geyser safety was queationable as it started giving electric shocks while bathing which could have proven fatal.
                            I request you to please look in to this urgently and replace this piece asap.

                              I had recently purchased bajaj electrical gas and the product is defective. Inspite is repeated complaint nobody reverted for same. Gas knob today got burned on its own . and its life threat as any thing like blast can happen and for these bajaj electrical will be responsible. Complaint no. 10799714 done on 7/11/16. And earlier complained lodged on 24/10/16. Its no. 10704479.we have purchased it from kandivali gruh Vastu bhandar ( kandivali west)

                              Called customer care for Initial installation on 22 Oct
                              Reminded Customer care for installation on 24 Oct and on daily basis till to date i.e. 10 Nov 16
                              No one till to date called or came for the installation.

                                I hv purchased a bajaj platini px 25glr today on 8/11/2016, from a disrtibutor in katihar(bihar), after installing i tried to start this product but its not working, i dont know why i hv tried everything mentioned in the user manual, even i called up a local technician who also tried a lot but its not working, tried to call up on the cust care number but it says the cust care number is no more working, i feel helpless abt this, pls help me or else i will file a case on consumer form against this.

                                    I complain two times in customer care.. The authorized person came and saw the product and try to repair that product but he cant able... I purchase that product in 2014 and i having 5 year guarantee card of that product... Now they are replying me that they cant do help any more. From last 3 to 4 months i am facing this problem and they are not giving me proper resolution.. Today i talk to mr. Niraj ji. Hey are manager at jaipur office... I record our conversation. Now they are telling that they repair the product on the chargeable basis...

                                      I bought new bajaj induction majesty touch pro on 28/10/16 (dhanteras) from manglam add: 1 press complex zone 1 mp nagar bhopal.

                                      On starting it not start. so i gave my first complaint to customer care on 29/10/16 & callid is ind[protected]-1.
                                      Your service engineer rahul visit at around 6 pm on 29/10/16. after checking he said cord is not working, we have to replace it. for replacing he have to talk with boss and inform till 9 pm. but his call not received.

                                      On 01/10/16 i again call to customer care infrom accordingly. mr customer care assured that service engineer will come by maximum 6 pm. i am waited & waited but no one came.

                                      Today i again call to customer care and ask for update. the customer care informed that your complaint of dated 29/10/16 so will be attended within 3 days i. e. 30/10/16 is diwali, 31/10/16 is sunday. the customer care representative dosen't know when was sunday. after arguing him he forward call to senior representative. mr senior informed your case was forwarded on priority basis & assured that your complaint will be resolved.

                                      Now the following point is arise that i got faulty product and i think that
                                      (1) is bajaj electricals is using chinese materials.
                                      (2) is bajaj electricals quality check employees not getting salaries so they pass without checking it to their branch.
                                      (3) bajaj customer care representative does not know when sunday is.
                                      (4) no timely inform by bajaj service engineer.

                                      I am assured that in future i will never buy any bajaj electricals appliances
