Your technician visited and removed fan and fitted new one, but it is also not working from when it was fitted, your technician will visit again on 05/06/2017 as he promise me.in this connection i would like to request you that repair or make it good in single attempt...     Sir,
    I was purchase a Bajaj Induction chulha on 06.01.2017 from VIGNA Appliances, Adyar, Chennai. But after lapse of four month from purchasing date this product stopped functioning. In this respect I had lodged a complaint vide no. 11867956 on customer care in previous week. The representative attend the complaint and refused to repair the chulha to say warranty can not be given due to stamp has not affixed on bill.
    In this respect it is submitted that warranty for this appliance was given for six month which will be lapsed in June, 2017. I was purchased this appliance from Chennai and presently residing at Patna, Bihar. Stamp on this bill has not been affixed by the seller, which is also a irresponsible manner of the seller. Now, it is not possible for me to get affixed stamp from the seller of Chennai, because I am residing at Patna. Copy of the bill is attached herewith for your ready reference.

    It is therefore requested to arrange the repairing work of this appliance at the earliest.

      I have acknowledged my complaint on bajaj electricals customer care no. [protected] for malfunctioning of my newly purchased desert cooler and they gave me a Bajaj call No DEL[protected]-1 on date 15.05.17.
      Details are as under

      But neither any resolution nor any response given to me till date. Although they also informed throuh e mail but very irresponsible behaviour by the company and totally harrasment of customer.

        We had launched complain for our water purifier wpx 7 my bajaj call id is pun[protected]-1. Your technician has taken on 27 april 2017 and has not yet return it and not giving us any update about it. Technician name:- satish, water purifier technician [protected]
        Your customer care person sujeet don't have manners to speak to customers and specially a lady customer.
        We are highly disappointed with bajaj services.
        If possible please revert on these issues as per your required time as you people need a 1 month to replace a filter of water purifier then you might need time of year to revert us.
        Very unprofessional company is bajaj not expected. Thank you

          The grinder mixer jar is damaged and needs to be replaced. It has been 2 months since i have put a complaint(22nd feb2016) and since then have been following up with n number of people and phone numbers and today someone named puneet turns up to say i have to pay for this though when the complaint was lodged it was very much under warranty. The warranty expired on 21/4/2016. I have been fpllowing up with mr raghav agarwal who is the area manager no [protected] everyday. This is not the kind of after sales service i expected from bajaj whose products i have been using life long. Pl resolve this at the earliest.

            My bajaj new shakti water geyser is not responding to switch on. I have checked the power point and it is working fine.

            This water geyser was bought in december, 2016 and it is still in warranty.
            If you can give any phone number for lodging the complaint, that will also be fine.

            I live in whitefield, bangalore.
            Please respond asap on next steps to get this fixed.

              Hey I bought a bajaj DC 2015 Air cooler 2-3 weeks ago, and the water motor is not working from 1 week, from than I am calling customer care and they are saying we are making it urgent we are making it emergency and following up,
              They have given me three number
              1- Sarvesh - [protected] - not picking up phone from 3 days...
              2- Anuj Tyagi - [protected] - he is also noi picking up phone
              [protected] going switch off.

              These guys are so unprofessional but they know nothing is going to happen against them so they are doing what they want.

              Please help me if some one can.

                I had bought a Bajaj Steam Iron in November 2014. Within couple of months there was some heating issue which was resolved by the service centre.
                Some days back, while using it, it caught fire and whole iron started burning in flames. I made a complaint but service centre took a long time to respond and told me that its out of warranty so anything can happen and they cannot repair now. This means that the so called Bajaj iron can burn into flames once it is out of warranty. I have been requesting to service centre guys ( Mr. U.K Banerjee ) to connect me to Company representative but in vain. I request Company representative to look into the matter and take necessary action.
                This is highly disappointing service being provided by such reputed company.

                  Hi Sir/Ma'am,

                  Call ID "CHA[protected]-1" had been registered on 23-April-2017. Today technician came and did not resolve the issue and cancelled the call ID.
                  I had word with many supervisors in the Chandigarh reason about the same issue, they assured me that issue will resolve and sending technician but today after two weeks they sent the technician but he was unable to resolve the issue. Now when I called back the supervisor they told me that Company does not provide the parts, so ask any local technician, who can fix the issue.
                  Bajaj products and services are pathetic. Please do the needful, I want they can take their product from my house, if they are not able to resolve it.

                    We bought the product in December, 2016 and since the intial days of purchase it is creating problem. The machine gets heat up very oftenly, processor was not working properly. Since that time we have lodged complaint many time at the customer care no but either executive have not visited us or if visited, without even opening the machine, told us that it is working fine, its just matter of service and after 4 months, executive told us that there is some belt which needs to be changed and is not under warranty. since than that executive has also not visited us back and infact has rudely communicated with us. We want refund of money and dnt want to continue with this product.

                      Bajaj cooler. Worst company and worst service. It's been 3 weeks today and no action has been take against my complain. I bought a bajaj tower cooler for vijay sales noida and on the second day itself it stopped working. After a lot of calls customer care gave me the no. Of area supervisor who never picks up his call. After a couple of days a guy called up and came home, he said some parts are required and told me to remind him. It's been roughly 2 weeks after his last visit and he wants me to call him eery day before 11 to remind him.
                      I had a symphony cooler and i repent on giving it away.
                      Please never ever buy a bajaj electricals product. Esp coolers

                        Hi Bajaj Electricals,

                        I have lodged a complaint for my Bajaj cooled DC2004 3 days prior and mechanic have called me same day to resolve my issue but he havent come down. Second day when i have called from my number he haven't picked up the call and when i try from another number he said that he is coming in 1 hour but later he switched off his phone. Now he have put my number in reject list. Customer care guys are saying call there lead Anuj but he is not picking up my call then i have called again they said call sanjay Sharma but he is also ignoring my calls. From last 3 days iam continuously following and no response is coming. This is seriously consumer ignorance and consumer harrasment. We are going to pay not taking the service for free of cost then what's the problem.. at time of selling u guys says that any issue will be solved by customer care but iam sorry to say this is the last time i have purchase the product from you and will never refer anyone..

                        Simple two things i want to say either resolve my issue in next 24 hour or refund my amount for the product i have purchased..

                        STOP doing CUSTOMER HARRASMENT AND IGNORANCE. YOUR BUISNESS IS WORKING DUE TO CUSTOMER SO TREAT THEM WELL.

                          I had purchased a Bajaj Majesty New KTX7 cordless Kettle (1 ltr) on 8th April, 2017 from Assam Railway Employees' Co-operative Association Ltd, Rest Camp, Pandu, Guwahati-12 (Regd No.685/49). But, the same was found faulty after taking to home. The lid of the kettle opened automatically during boiling of water. We used it for few days thinking that it might be mistake on our part. But, ultimately we took the kettle to the said dealer on 23rd April, 2017 evening and told about the problem. The dealer's assistant checked the kettle and agreed that it was defective.
                          I asked them to keep it for repair/replace but they did not agree. Instead, they told me to contact the service engineer and got it repaired. I argued with them that since I had bought it from you, it was your duty to call the service engineer for customer satisfaction. They told me that "dealer is not responsible for calling service engineer".

                            We bought a new Bajaj Microwave Oven - 2504 ETC in the month of March. We did contact Bajaj Electricals Customer care on April 1st for Installation request. They gave a req# HYD[protected]. No one has come for Installation, post 2 weeks on April 15th - I did receive a message stating that my request has been resolved and closing the Req. I had to call Bajaj Electricals customer care again on Apr 16th to enquire about this issue - they have raised another req# 11742838 for this. During the 2nd Request, Customer care executive has given me local Service Centre contact (Krishna +91 [protected]) to arrange a Technician visit for installation/Demo. When I called this Krishna - he has never answered the call, though his mobile rings. Today - Apr 22nd, I did call Bajaj Electricals again to enquire about this issue - They gave me another contact Antony (Name was not audible) : +91 [protected]. Please provide some solution to this Issue.

                            No one is answering the call - whom should I complain then? Be it Regional Officer or some one - No one answering the calls.
                            I have Bajaj spectrum 01 model stand fan. But this fan is not workink . I called service care, from holdia brunch.service center woner Mr. Ujjal barik demand 1st advance, before servic. This is companies rules. It is possible?

                              Dear Service provider,

                              This is regarding induction cooker which I bought in Sep 2016. This induction not working at all after purchasing within 2-3 months.

                              I complained to the service center for this issue and the technician replaced the internal circuit and button indicator circuit 2 days before for which I have been charged with 350 rupees even its comes under warranty period of1 year.

                              Now again its not working all. This is very worst service provide by the leading electrical supplier like Bajaj. I want complete replacement of this product as soon as possible.

                              Kindly take care of this issue at earliest. My details are as below

                                An order for air cooler was placed on company site was cancelled due to processing delays at companies end having order number BEL001B0125882 dated 26/03/17
                                the amount Rs. 4931 paid by IDBI bank debit card
                                After cancellation of order almost two weeks have passed but still no refund is received by me, i have shared my bank statement for same with company but company is insisting that they have initiated refund at their end and has shared a transaction id for same. but they are not believing in customers details and bank statement and are not ready to verify if said refund transaction is failed and weather amount is reverted back. (may be they have credited it to wrong account)
                                It has become a headache for me. Not expecting such thing from company like bajaj

                                  ALREADY SERVICE DONE ONCE BUT STILL ARAISING SAME PROBLEM ITS VERY BAD REMARK
                                  NOT HAPPY WITH PRODUCT IF IT REPEATS NEED TO EXCHANGE OUR PRODUCT AT ANY COST ACCORDING TO CONSUMER COURT OF LAW
                                  We bought the PRODUCT SAME month only and in SAME day installation only it has problem.
                                  The problem is cooler is making very loud noise and moving without steady which is due to some wrong motor inside.

                                    I am Narayanalal from NIT Engg. Col. Kozhikode. I had purchased Bajaj Gas stove through military canteen (Kozhikode, Kerala) on 2014 with warranty for 3 years with bill no 043586. I am using the above said gas stove for the last two and half year. However I have noticed the consumption is more and some sound is coming from the stove. My old stove was performing very well. And there was no sound from my old stove. In my old stove I use to get 45 to 50 days from a single cylinder. After I had purchased this new bajaj stove I am getting only 30 to 35 days. This is a serious issue and I am getting my money wasted unnecessary. This is being an additional burden to me. For this issue I had given complaint and I got two times service from your side few months back, but still the problem exists. So I am submitting this complaint regarding this issue. Expecting an urgent action/solution upon my complaint.

                                      I bought a bajaj cooler from a local retailer shop and it stopped working second day itself. I called the service provider and registered a complaint. Now I am getting a reply that they can't service my cooler since they need to replace to motor which they don't have available in their stock.

                                      How come this company is selling their faulty product without proper testing and how come they are launching products in the market but not ready with the stock to service items. Really bad services causing inconvenience to people. Would suggest not to buy Bajaj product, surely selling chinese product in the name of Bajaj.
