I am very sad and annoyed with bajaj service and customer handling. Customer is cheated and this fraud has been done thrice till today.

For your reference, i am narrating all the 3 sequence of events below.


1.Inside new geyser, — faulty and repaired tank supplied and delivered to customer. This is totally against customer consumer rights.

Already shared a snapshots of faulty and repaired tank.


2. Second time, replaced tank again started leaking. This happened within 2 months after it was replaced. Tank was replaced in april '16 month and within 2 months ie in june'16 it atarted leaking.

You cannot expect customer to use geyser in summer season as its already very hot. Normal water from our supply is so hot that we cannot even keep finger in running water. This is just to say that we didn't used geyser even a single time and without using it started leaking.

Also please do not excuse by saying that water is salty here. Even if its salty, it cannot make holes in metal tank just in 2 months. If we consider your view, then product supplied is of very poor quality which is unable to resist saltiness of water for even 2 months.


3. Poor service:

After the second incident, i logged a complaint and service engineer came to replace leaking tank.

It was a big surprise that tank he brought for replacement was severely damaged from 2 sides. Attached snapshot of same. (Pic 1, 2, 3, 4)

This is really shameful experience.

As a customer, i want to get this faulty geyser replaced completely as its under warranty.

Cannot bear to adjust every time with poor product/service. Same problem persist after repairing


So i demand now to get this product replaced completely now, no more harassment please. Its under warranty.

    On 31st may i had bougt an bajaj Trio mixer within one week it has stopped functioning, I had lodged an complain against Bajaj trio on Tuesday by calling toll free number complain no 9978488, I had been informed that representative will give me a call before coming to my home . But today I got a message stating door lock.
    Kindly look in to the matter, as within a week of purchase my mixer has stopped functioning.

      Hello,

      I have raise a complaint on 24th, may2016 and the below are the details,

      Ban[protected]-1
      Assigned to sumukha electrical.

      The electrician came after 4-days and examined the geyser and told that need to replace the coil and he said he will be coming back in 2days with coil.

      Again he came after 10days with the new coil and replaced it and this time he told some plate has gone, so leakage is there and now he need to replace the plate.

      He didn't turned up till today and he's not picking the phone as well..
      At last i have sent an sms to him saying if he want i can pay money also, then he picked the phone and gave his boss number... It's been more than 3-times i tried calling his boss as well.. But no body turns.

      It's around one month now and the issue is not resolved and im really frustrated with bajaj service.

      Even it's under warranty bajaj is doing a worst service.

      I would request you look on this and do the needful.

      Hello,

      They have replaced the part today but there is water leakage in my Geyser. This problem has newly started after an improper work by the electrician.

      The electrician who fixed this has told that, it is excess water which is leaking and it will stop after 2-3hours but its been more than 10 hours now, still the leakage continues.

      Seems he didn't fixed the things properly and created the water leakage problem.

      Bajaji in correct service is leading to in-safety of customer life.

      Please do the needful things.

      Till now nothing happens - When ever i put the comments here i will get a call from bajaj and new complaint number will be registered and the same electrician came to my house for more than 6-times and he always say's now this time something is gone... except the outer layer of my geyser everything has been changed but nothing works.

      Bajaj is doing a very very worst service.

        I purchased Bajaj Satin mixer grinder (Sr No[protected] on 18 August 2015 from Poonam Metals, 317 Avenue Road Bangalore 02 and in that 2 years guarantee has given .
        This product is not working from date of purchase. I have already given it for repair 2 times but the problems starts again. I don''t know what type of repair work done by you and for repair you are not giving any repair receipt or what work done in repair. I don't have enough time and money to go to shop again give it for repair. I want replacement or return this product.

            Dear sir,
            I have purchased a cooler model2004 on 19 may 2016 from CSD ajmer. However two pannels of the said peace are misfitted for which i complained on tollfreeNo which was attended after a week or so satisfactorily. I finding no relief again complained and a new person came on 4Jun and said that he has to demand new set of panels and few other items and the piece defect will be cured.However since then also no relief. i have not been able to use the item since its purchase. its indeed demoralising and depressing to think about bajaj electricals. How do i get compensated for the money i have paid and in the peak of the summer Iam suffering.

              I purchased the product from amazon.in i mid of jan 2016. and started using it in starting of fab 2016 . within 3 days o[censored]sage its induction bottom plate detached from one side. so now it didn't get heated enough to cook chapatiis.

              it tried to contact customer care but they say thet they will not register complaint for this.
              i started using other desi tawa

              In warrenty yesterday i tried again to get it changed they said thwt we don't register complaints for tawas but cooktops and then asked me to contact the dealer

              again i contacted amazon which said that it can only be changed via return and now the item was not eligible for return.

              today i contacted bajaj and they said that complaint cannot be registered

              i wasted 1000 for 2 items '"tawa and fry pan"" duo cookware set.

              fry pan handle is heavy so it also doesn't come in contact with cooktop completly.

              but i need help with tawa urgently/ immidiatly whivh is more important and expensive

              i will give "zero"to bajaj customer care for their way of talking, listonoig and solution of problem.

              wasted 1000/

              if bajaj is honest then change my tawa.

                This is very pathetic service of bajaj electronic.In have purchase bajaj edge ceiling fan on yesterday after than 5 hours working it stooped, its very irritating me in summer heatness, i am not aspect with bajaj electronics company. After than raise complaint in baja customer care they tell me you get solution in 2-3 days. Its very irritating service of bajaj.

                  Hi.. Please forward it to the ceo of bajaj electricals..

                  I am really disappointed with your service at chennai zone.. What happened is i purchased one jx5 juicer mixer grinder from air force canteen avadi chennai on 3rd april 2016. Once i opened the box i got the fiber led broke (Upper case fiber cover). And once i started it, it was giving so much spark and smell inside the motor.. Then i contacted with bajaj customer care[protected].. As per your customer care they suggested me that they will send executive to my address and they did the same.. Your executive came to my place and they took my device and told me that they will delver it to me within 4-5 days.. But he couldnt deliver the product to me.. Once i call to him on this no ([protected]). They told sorry for the delay because of transaction from mumbai and said for wait more 5 days.. After 5 days i tried to call to but he was not reachable.. Then i again call to ur customer care[protected]. Ur customer care told me that they will escalate it to the higher authority and they will call back to my mobile no.. But i could not get any call back from ur customer care. Till april 13, 2016,
                  There after i went to my native palce for 1 month, while mean i tried lot of time but there was no response from service center and customer care.. Again i came back to chennai on 23rd may 2016 and i call to customer care and i got the mobile no of mr selvam-[protected], and i contacted he referred me [protected], and this person accepted my problem but he gave a lot of hope that he will deliver very soon sometime monday sometime tuesday, i again call to selvam again he referred me raghwa electricals mr kannan mo no-[protected]. I called and get the address details and i went to the place raghwa electricals chennai,, once i reach to the raghwa electricals they gave me my jx5 model mixer juicer grinder with very bad condition there was so many scratches and crack on power off and on switch case. Too bad condition. Even when i asked for the fiber lid,, they told me to pay 270 rupees extra.. I refused to pay and said it was initially damaged from the beginning of the day.. I tried to convince and i spoke to selvam he refused he said i have to pay any way.. Then i called to mr ravi-[protected] he said to send the case no and disconnected the call... So i took my jx5 and returned back to home.. What the bull is this.. So can u guys please let me know what is this... Bull process u all are following...

                  They called me today by 2:30 pm (Via contact no-04424860831)..And said to come and collect the lid (upper fiber case) from their store Raghwa Electricals. I asked him to send to my address.They said i have to go and collect but why should i go..they have to deliver it ..okay i agreed with this issue that they are providing lid (upper fiber case) but what about my main issue they have made my jx5 old and damaged..so i need replacement anyhow...if you want i will send you the photo of the jx5.                       Bajai platini water heater 15 L was purchased on[protected] and the warranty expires on[protected].

                      last week we booked complaint for leakage Complaint no:[protected] and checked bajaj service team and informed us that there is hole in the inner tank.

                      As the product is within warranty, bajaj to replace and explain to us action .

                      simply all service personnal asking about serial no, batch no. Nobody will see how to help customer. Very poor handling. somebody from your side help to resolve the issue on high priority. Otherwise next time we will prefer other brands. bajaj will loose business

                        I have purchased this kooler from your company last year. As we trust your company this time your company has disappointed us. Its not even been a year and it's in warranty period and its not working properly. We have repaired it 3times in this one year. And that's not all it takes a period of a week or two for this product to get repaired. This is not what we expected from your company Since, you have a big and reputed dealer ship with good customer service, I request you to repair my malfunctioned gadget or to replace the product under warranty. I have all the bills and warranty card too.

                        Kindly make this service as soon as possible, so that there is no need for me to approach a solicitor or consumer group.

                          I ordered a product at 'bajaj electricals' online portal on Feb-02, 2016 and prepaid the amount. The funny part is they are not able to give information about my order. I haven't received product till today i.e. May-30, 2016. I phoned many times to their customer care no. they just responding that 'sir, online team is not available at this time, I will forward your request within 2 hours'.

                          They even not refunded my amount. I am attaching photo proof of order status and I request to refund amount and make sure to provide at least basic customer service towards customers.

                            The cooler was purchased from bajaj world,
                            Bombay variety stores, nachan road, bsmachity, durgapur 713213

                            It was purchased on21/04/2013 and at the time of selling customer was told several times that its parts will be always available for repairing. But after a blade out of 4 of the fan of the cooler broke in spitre of several request they are not supplying or trying to repair the cooler.

                                I purchased a new ceiling fan of bajaj make (Model edge, sl no. S4100316) on 9th april 2016. Upon installation fan was heavily swinging at all speeds.Initial complaints lodged on 11/04/2016 with customer care was routed to service centre sumukh electrical in bangalore whose service personal found fan blade as defective. I was assured to get the blades replaced within two days and the request was closed without proper resolution. After multiple follow ups with customer care, service personal revisited the complaint with new set of fan blades but to my surprise the problem was not solved. This time the reason was given as manufacturing defect with fan itself.

                                I called bajaj call centre recently and even escalated the issue to regional service manager but no use.

                                  I had bought this cooktop on 19/07/2015 from mayur emporium, jwalaheri market, paschim vihar, new delhi-110063.

                                  I used it for approximately one month and one day suddenly the glass of cooktop broken with huge sound.

                                  I complained to the bajaj customer care as it was under warranty. A visit was made and it was told that the glass top does not come under warranty.

                                  While buying i was assured about it that warranty is for all kinds of problems in the cook top.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and instruct them to replace my glass top.

                                  Now, i am residing at a new address which is given below:

                                    Please be informed that we bought above product from Big Bazaar, Sarai Kwaja Mathura Road, Faridabad (Haryana) on 24th JAN 16 against invice no. 0011627. The seal packed items were opened in presence of Bajaj technician for performing demonstration of the appliance functions.

                                    Since beginning its Dough Kneader attachment was not functioning well however it was told to us that after few days of regular usage all parts shall role smooth. Since it was regularly troubling us we approached customer care no[protected] and lodged request w.r.t. complaint no. 9613015 dated 18.04.16. Even after various reminders at your customer care help line no one attended the grievance however we were regularly getting the SMS after our calls that the matter has been resolved.

                                    Subsequently second complaint was registered by us on 01.05.16 with no. 9388740.

                                    They gave us following nos to contact :-

                                     Work shop no [protected] – They asked us to talk at mobile no. [protected]
                                     The above cell no. provided was of Area Manager who upon contacting said that he is based at Chandigarh and can not help in the matter.
                                     On frequently contacting to your customer help line and work shop nos they sent a technician Mr Shankar on 10.05.16.
                                     To our surprise Mr Shankar revealed that the appliance belt is not proper functioning and needs to be replaced. A charge of Rs 283 has to be borne by us since parts are not covered under warranty. He took the belt assuring that the same would be replaced in a day or two. Since then we have been chasing on his mobile no [protected] and he did not turned up till today afternoon mentioning some or the other excuses.

                                    We protest such deeds and request to replace the unit since it is defective piece supplied by your esteemed organisation. It is appliance’s internal part which did not got damaged due to any accident or mishandlings or tampering however manual intervention was by your authorised technician only.

                                    I keep high value for Bajaj brand thus thus quite sure that company will maintain their high standards and provide me sound unit as replacement ASAP.

                                    An instant action and line of confirmation shall be obligatory.

                                      As we grew up we were made to believe that Bajaj products are reliable and valued for your money. We always had Bajaj Appliances at home but now I guess the company has gone under new generation and products has been outsourced from China at least while purchasing we can make out that is why in two years I have purchase 3 BAJAJ IRON and all of them stop working within 10 months and no support from service center even it is written that 2 years warranty service center in Bangalore won't agree and they don't take any interest to their customer's call. It is shameful that a company we grew up believing as part of our life, I guess time has come to move on to others.
