I ordered one bajaj rushair (Hs) pedestal fan on 07-july-2016. Expected duration of delivery was 1 week.

When i didn't get any update, i dropped a mail to [protected]@bajajelectricals.com. I received a response that some internal issue is delaying the delivery and we will update. After that, i dropped a mail on 21-july-2016 but no response. Then, i dropped a mail on 24-july-2016 but still no response.

It has been 3 weeks but i still do not have any proper update.

    Hi. I am from Bangalore. I have ordered dry iron from bajaj electricals website on 14th Jul 2016. But I have not got the same yet till today (26th Jul). When ever I call customer care, people say that we will update you the status in next half an hour. But no executives call back. Just imagine not having an iron at home for 12 days. This is one of the worst service. They are not even cancelling my order and I am stuck because I have already made the payment. I cant even buy the product from outside because my money is already stuck here. This is disgusting. My order no is BEL001B1320965

      A bajaj platini 25 litre water heater was purchased by me on 19th july 2016 from kalkaji, new delhi, main market under free installation scheme by the company. same day on 19th july installation request was booked by shopkeeper and i received sms from bajaj electricals at my cell no on 19th july itself informing that my call no. del [protected]-1 has been assigned for installation.
      On 20th july technician (phone no.[protected]) assigned by karol bagh service centre (phone no. [protected]) informed me that he will be visiting my house between 12 noon to 3 pm for installation. but he phoned my house at 5.30 pm that he wants to come now to install the water heater. he phoned at my land line no. [protected] as my cell no. did not get connected due to network problem. at that time only person available at home was my 84 years old father so he told him not now please come tomorrow.
      On same day 20th july i rang back to the technician from my cell no. and told him to come on agreed time and inform me in advance. i also reminded him to use my land line no.in case he is not able to get my cell no.
      Since last 4 days i have reminded the service centre and technician also, both promise every day that we will do it today but till today 25th july the water heater has not been installed.
      Today morning as i called bajaj customer care i was informed that my service request has been cancelled by technician giving the excuse that phone number not getting connected. so customer care has booked today again my complaint with complaint no 10171130 and i have received sms with a new call no. del[protected]-1.
      Still my water heater is not installed today. i can't sit every day at home for installation and i will be forced to report the matter to consumer court, media and concerned government authorities for necessary action.

        I have raised complaint with complaint number ban[protected]-1 for issue with bajaj water gas geyser on 11/07/2016.

        I have purchased this geyser on month of may 06/05/2016.

        I have issue with geyser with gas leakage in geyser. I have been calling customer care people since i have raised teh complaint. And following up with dealer where i have purchased geyser. Till date no body came to my home to look into the issue.
        I keep on getting simple message called my number could not be reached but strange part is i have not received single since i logged a complaint from any of engineer. I have my missed call alert activated and i have forwarded call to my another number incase of my primary number is not reachable.

        I have called bajaj customer care approximately 25 to 30 times. Each time i heard back service guy will call me but that is the not case. I have raised complaint on third occasion with on this geyser. I think this need to be replaced as it not working as designed. When first raised complaint the guy name harish came and look into the issue but not resolved gas leakage problem he just ignored and said it in pipe leakage. So i called gas gaency to test any pipe leakages but gas agency guy tested for pipe leakage not found anything.

        So my kind request to replace gas geyser instead of keep on repairing the same. Gas leakage its very big risk if anything happens i will held responsible bjajaj because bad service.


        I have also wasted complete day just for waiting for gas geyser service guy i. E on 16/07/2016.

          I am complaining about the product taken from you that is fan. Mostly 6 months are over but it noises so much. I kindly request you to change the fan or say something about the fan. Your product is nice we take from your company company. But 1 year also not complete and the fan is noising very much. So please take required things you have to do and send the reply fast to us so we can see what to do. Thank u.

                My bajaj wall mounting fan was burnt during night when it was on in the month of april 2016, since then im following with bajaj for free repairs, but bajaj is least bother to give me service.
                I want to know how the fan was burnt, who is responsible??? Its a 100% manufacturing fault.
                I have received the call from bajaj service centres but they are asking me ti pay the money towards service charges, my question is why shall i pay the amount for service. As the product manufactured by the company cant be prevented from getting fire.
                It was our luck that every one was available in the home, if only kids were available then every one can understand what will be the impact of fan getting burnt.
                The whole building would have gutted in the fire., this is how the product is manufactured by such a big brand company - bajaj.

                  Hello, we purchased bajaj shakti 15 ltrs in 2008 and i must say it's a very reliable and robust product under your renowned brand.

                  Recently, it developed some problem and we raised service request on 04th july[protected]. also logged the service request online (#6786204). unfortunately, no service executive has attended to this service request so far.

                  I even sent mail to [protected]@bajajelectricals.com - no response.

                  I hope that this service request would be addressed soon.

                    Hi received a faulty product from bajaj electrials and no one responding to my complaint not a single person has come from the company. The website say easy return and yet I have to go through all of this. Pls look into this matter. Calling to costumer care they just note down the complain and they also have no idea what to do just told me person will come but have turned up yet. I don't know where else to go now. My money is waste.

                      My order no. bel001b0120287 which was placed on 11th june, 16 as per we site product should have been delivered to me within 3 to 4 days time, however it was not delivered for so long and hence i called up service desk where i got reply that i will receive my product within 2 to 3 days, but again product not delivered and than i wrote email to service desk against which i received reply on 27th june, 16 that product will be delivered to my addresses within day or two, now after repeated reminders over phone and email till date i. e. 7th july, 16 product not delivered to my address.

                        I've been using a bajaj induction cooker for the past 2 years. Last week I got a complaint with the product and visited your service center. Thier response was pathetic and I was completely dissatisfied. I asked them whether its an authorised svc or franchise. One mr. Babu reacted badly and he questioned me and said I was not supposed to ask like that. Unnecessarily he argued with me. Need someone's intervention on this.

                          Hi My self sunny saini. i was purchased bajaj exhaust fan in march month last month june 4 its not working. i erased a complaint in bajaj cust care complaint is 9946250... after 5 days person come and check all things he said i ll replace the motor neext week... i contiunes calling him he s not picking my call ...again i erased compalaint no is 10041275... still m not geeting any response please help

                            If product not delivered within next day or two please refund my money with interest.

                              As tap is on water flows and gas will come to the gas chamber and switchd on sparks will come many times. Sometimes burns and sometimes not. Then water will heat. The problem is once burns and many times not burns in the chamber when the water tap on. Kindly resolve the problem immediately. I am using regularly in the morning and evenings. My children going to school by taking bath with cold water many times.

                                  I am very sad and annoyed with bajaj service and customer handling. Customer is cheated and this fraud has been done thrice till today.

                                  For your reference, i am narrating all the 3 sequence of events below.


                                  1.Inside new geyser, — faulty and repaired tank supplied and delivered to customer. This is totally against customer consumer rights.

                                  Already shared a snapshots of faulty and repaired tank.


                                  2. Second time, replaced tank again started leaking. This happened within 2 months after it was replaced. Tank was replaced in april '16 month and within 2 months ie in june'16 it atarted leaking.

                                  You cannot expect customer to use geyser in summer season as its already very hot. Normal water from our supply is so hot that we cannot even keep finger in running water. This is just to say that we didn't used geyser even a single time and without using it started leaking.

                                  Also please do not excuse by saying that water is salty here. Even if its salty, it cannot make holes in metal tank just in 2 months. If we consider your view, then product supplied is of very poor quality which is unable to resist saltiness of water for even 2 months.


                                  3. Poor service:

                                  After the second incident, i logged a complaint and service engineer came to replace leaking tank.

                                  It was a big surprise that tank he brought for replacement was severely damaged from 2 sides. Attached snapshot of same. (Pic 1, 2, 3, 4)

                                  This is really shameful experience.

                                  Also you can see the quality of service that engineer did in pic6

                                  As a customer, i want to get this faulty geyser replaced completely as its under warranty.

                                  Cannot bear to adjust every time with poor product/service. Same problem persist after repairing


                                  So i demand now to get this product replaced completely now, no more harassment please. Its under warranty.

                                    On 31st may i had bougt an bajaj Trio mixer within one week it has stopped functioning, I had lodged an complain against Bajaj trio on Tuesday by calling toll free number complain no 9978488, I had been informed that representative will give me a call before coming to my home . But today I got a message stating door lock.
                                    Kindly look in to the matter, as within a week of purchase my mixer has stopped functioning.

                                      Hello,

                                      I have raise a complaint on 24th, may2016 and the below are the details,

                                      Ban[protected]-1
                                      Assigned to sumukha electrical.

                                      The electrician came after 4-days and examined the geyser and told that need to replace the coil and he said he will be coming back in 2days with coil.

                                      Again he came after 10days with the new coil and replaced it and this time he told some plate has gone, so leakage is there and now he need to replace the plate.

                                      He didn't turned up till today and he's not picking the phone as well..
                                      At last i have sent an sms to him saying if he want i can pay money also, then he picked the phone and gave his boss number... It's been more than 3-times i tried calling his boss as well.. But no body turns.

                                      It's around one month now and the issue is not resolved and im really frustrated with bajaj service.

                                      Even it's under warranty bajaj is doing a worst service.

                                      I would request you look on this and do the needful.

                                      They have replaced the part today but there is water leakage in my Geyser. This problem has newly started after an improper work by the electrician.

                                      The electrician who fixed this has told that, it is excess water which is leaking and it will stop after 2-3hours but its been more than 10 hours now, still the leakage continues.

                                      Seems he didn't fixed the things properly and created the water leakage problem.

                                      Bajaji in correct service is leading to in-safety of customer life.

                                      Please do the needful things.

                                      Till now nothing happens - When ever i put the comments here i will get a call from bajaj and new complaint number will be registered and the same electrician came to my house for more than 6-times and he always say's now this time something is gone... except the outer layer of my geyser everything has been changed but nothing works.

                                      Bajaj is doing a very very worst service.
