    Dear sir,
    I have purchased a water heater on 01/11/2012 (Invoice attached) amounting rs 6, 500/- on 23/01/2017 i registered a complain vide number kol[protected]-1 because of water leakage from geazer. The service man came and said that the geazer is within warranty period and it will be replaced free of cost from the company. He took away the xerox of invoice 1, warranty card. On 30/01/2017 the service man came to our premises and handed over the tag (Attached as tag). We asked the service man from where we will get the replacement. He informed us that we have to contact the shop from where we purchased the same. We contacted the phone number written in invoice-1 [protected], [protected] but no one received the phone. Again we contacted the service man who delivered the tag on phone number [protected] but again he replied that he has nothing to do. Again on 03/02/2017 j registered a complain vide number kol[protected]-1. From there i got the phone number [protected]. After contacting above phone number he informed me to watsapp all the invoice, warranty card which i did. On 06/02/2017 after several contact above person informed that he is in bombay for meeting so i may contact phone number [protected]. Which i did immediately on 06/02/2017 again 0n 14/02/2017 he informed to wattsapp all the invoice, warranty card & tag which i did immediately. On 20/02/2017 he informed that my product is out off market so i have to pay amount to get replacement and he send the chart attached in en closer. As there is no hope to get free replacement as i have understood from 30/01/2017 and as the tag is valid for only 30 days from approval i maintained i will pay 1, 677/- to get the geazer. Then after prolong delay and after regular conversation on 25/02/2017 he informed that the product has arrive midnapur and i have to collect the same after paying rs1, 677/-. I immediately collected the geazer after paying rs 1, 677/-.
    My complain is
    1. If it is under warranty then why i have to pay rs 1, 677/-
    2 if the model is out off stock then the problem should be maintained in the tag.
    3.in the tag the place from where the replacement is to be done is not maintained.
    4.in the new invoice the cost is written rs 5, 441/-. But my old geazer of 15 lt was of rs6, 500/ then why i have to pay rs 1, 677/-
    5. What will be my present status of warranty. Will it will lapse after 5 yrs from 01/11/2012. This is not specified.
    Please refund my rs 1, 677/- with interest and the cost which i have incurred for so much phone call and used in internet.
    Please redress my grievance at the earliest so that reputation of your company remain good.

      The above Room Heater was purchased from Electrical Emporium Jabalpur M.P. for Rs.4500/- on[protected]. After running only 2 days heater became out.This piece was replaced by another piece. This piece piece was runnig with vibationswhile in anticlockdirection.service center technicans tried no.of times torectify the defect.The defective Heater be replaced.

        I am using bajaj fresh ship juicer mixer grinder which was creating some problem while using it. As it was under warranty (It was in a working condition) i had registered a complaint regarding the same complaint no.[protected] on 15th/feb/2017 for which the technician come to my place next day and checked the fault and took the jmg along with him and told me that the issue will be corrected and the jmg will be delivered next day that is 17th/feb/2017. As he had not informed me anything about the same i called him on 18th/feb/2017 and asked for my product for for which he told me that he had not received parts from company. Now, the time he picked up the item he checked it and told me that he will give on next day now he is waiting for parts from the company. So i called customer care no regarding the same where they gave me in-charge contact no. Which is-[protected] mr. Bhupendra i called him he told me that he will speak to there respective and will let me know he did not turned up. Again i called customer care no. Again they gave there managers no. Which is - [protected] who is on leave and not ready to talk. Again complaint no.[protected].
        Is this the way that your company works i mean the vendors services are not good no actions taken on them. Its just spoiling your company name.

          I had placed an order on 8th February for a stand mixer with order number BEL001B0125265. It was mentioned that the product will be delivered within 7-10 days. Today is the 8th day and the product hasn't even dispatched. When I called the consumer care, they said the product is out of stock and will be in stock in next 2-3 days and then it will be shipped.
          How careless they are, they should have mentioned out of stock on their website but they didn't. Just making their customers fool. Alos, I have already done the payment for the product and it is a huge amount. Still they don't care. I request bajaj representative to please look i to this amd deliver my product as soon as possible.

              Hi,

              I buy Majesty J X 4- Juicer Mixer Grinder in the month of Dec 2016 and in the month of Jan 17, I faced problem related to Motor House.Motor is not fixed correct due to that i faced problem related to filter jali and juicer house cover.

              Once i had paid for filter jali and juicer house cover but on friday 27/1/17 same problem occured and bajaj service centre ask me for another 600 bucks.

              Due to the defected product, i'm suffering and bajaj company is earning money through its service centre for defected product time and again.

              People of bajaj (Mr. Manish Dadhich and Mr. Sharma) are also not picking my calls, as cell number was given to me by customer care, It shows your way of working and service towards customer.

                Dear Sir,
                I have a Bajaj room heater Majesty Heat converter RX10. It is more than Two years old.
                Since it developed some problem I personally took it your authorized service center .
                I was not aware that it's location had recently changed, so I first went to old location in Sector 49 ( as informed by your Toll free number), then finding that new location in Sector 45, I took it to your service center ( Sarthak services) and explained that the heater was not working.
                They inspected the heater and informed me that " filament " needs to be changed and it may take about 3-4 days. I weighted for 5 days the spoke the center Incharge Mr . Rustagi. Having spoken to him few times, it was sent to me after two weeks. On arrival in front of the delivery boy it was found to be NOT WORKING.
                I spoke to Mr Rustagi and was told to return it through the same person.
                Again after taking more than a week it was sent me, this time they informed me that Motor has also been replaced and I was asked to pay Rs 600/-. On asking the bill, I was told it will be sent by post or e mail. However I paid and the bill has yet to arrive after a week.
                This time again after functioning for two days the fan stopped working. I again spoke to
                the service Incharge Mr. Rustagi and told him that I was disappointed with the work done, he very rudely told me that he will have it done. This was on date 23 January.
                Well still there is no communication, my telephone is not being attend to either.
                I may like to add this type of service reflects Very Poorly on the reputed name BAJAJ.
                I would request to take the needful action.

                    The complain on this water leakage issue was raised since 18th Jan and the same is not resolved till date.

                    In spite of regular follow up with various stake holder such as customer care, local-Hyderabad service centre/technician the same is not yet resolved. I find Bajaj customer service is very poor & disgusting and would recommend not to go for Bajaj products as the quality as well as support service is very bad.

                      I purchased a Bajaj Majesty RX-10 2000watt heat convector ( room heater), through amazon.in, the model was claimed to be of international design with both vertical and horizontal running position. the order ID:[protected], SKU-SI-SHXJ-PV10. ASIN:B009P2LIL4. The total price was Rs.2, 864.00. The serial no. of the machine is: I[protected], inspected and marketed by Bajaj electricals Limited. The order was placed on 8 December, 2016 and was delivered within a week and the supplier was M/s Ganesh Enterprise, "Kumar", Adarsh Society-B, Closed street, Beihind Racecorse, Rajkot-360001. Mob.: [protected]. Last week the heater became dead and after complaining on phone (Friday 20.1.2017, Call ID DEL [protected]-1) the technician (SK Dubey, mob.: ) arrived only on 21.1.2017, night to find one of the thermostats and the fan motor not working and promised to come back next day. He came next day evening and replace the motor, taped the cut wire ends and assembled the body without proper bundling of the wires. Within two hours of his departure, some loose object touched the fan with loud noise and now we can not use the machine. According to the technician, the model can not be used horizontally for too long, and high thermostat position and 2000 watt heat selection will surely damage the equipment. These two are contrary to company claim and if the machine can not withstand highest running inputs like high heat position and high thermostat position, why the settings are there, Bajaj is supposed to be a company producing electricals with high repute!!! Whom to believe, the company claim or the advise of the technicial? Why didn't he neatly bundled the wires after repairing and why didn't he soldered the cut ends and joints. The delay in service, false claims, shoddy repair and repeated malfunctioning is despicable and I am developing a negative opinion for the company with experience with two mixer grinders, purchased before and now this room heat convector. Please correct the sytem and improve the quality of equipment and service.

                        I did register a complaint on 20th Dec 2016 and till today 13th Jan 2017 It's been 25 days and passed almost whole winters and they are unable to service the request. Called several times to several people but no one really cares to even respond and if you call again than they will stop picking up the calls as well.

                        It's been truly a pathetic experience so far for me on the support for Bajaj. No one cares to provide any response neither interested in taking anything seriously.

                        Below are the list of people from Noida service centre and my experience.

                        Sunil Kaushik - Fake promises initially, later stopped picking calls.
                        Anuj Tyagi - His tomorrow never comes. Phone always switched off.
                        Satish Rastogi - Phone busy most of the time so very hard to reach him, and even if picks up not interested to resolve your issue.
                        Sanjay - Will pick up first call, Later will start ignoring it.
                        Sonu - His tomorrow also never comes.
                        Customer care - They will Escalate your issue everytime you call but still nothing happens later.

                        So I would seriously advice people to not buy any BAJAJ product. They will really make you cry to get their service.

                          Around the 20th of Dec 2016, on putting on the water heater in the bathroom, the breaker was tripping. I made a complaint on the bajaj helpline.
                          In a couple of days, someone turned up - took a look at the heater and found water traces at the bottom. He told me there was a water leakage from the tank. That the heater had to be removed to the workshop, the tank repaired, and certain parts replaced. I asked him whether it would last after repairs and he assured me that it would.
                          The heater was taken away and brought back after a week and fitted. After he left, the next day after switching on the heater, water started dripping from the small plastic tube sticking out from the bottom (fusible plug, I presume). The boy who fitted it (Mahiuddin phone no. [protected]) was informed. He came after two days and did something (plugged it or something). I told him it was a safety device and should not be blocked. he asked me not to worry, because there was another safety valve. Again the next day when the heater was put on, water this time, started dripping from thr safety valve. The boy has again been informed. He is yet to show up.
                          I am afraid that pressure is building up inside for some reason. This needs urgent attention by a competent person.

                            We purchased Bajaj heater through amazon on 27th Dec 2016 and got it delivered on 31st Dec. We registered for installation on the very same day. Today is 8th Jan but till now no one has come for installation. Everyday we call the dealer assigned but he just promises to come but never came.

                            We have raised a service request with cell no [protected]

                            Now we are planning to return it if the person doesn't come for installation in next 1, 2 days.
                            There are so many brands but we went for Bajaj only coz of its after sales service is good.

                            Purchased a Majesty 400w juice extractor which has stopped working. Have made atleast 100 calls to the local service provider in Gujarat namely Hiral and Pravin. They are just delaying it and nothing has been done. Please return my money back. Will never purchase a Bajaj product in my life.Really dissatisfied with the product. Useless product

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I have bought rechargeable lantern, model no. Bajaj led glow 648lr in the month of october. After few days it stopped working. I lodged a complaint on 19/12/2016 vide complaint id: del[protected]-1. Your representative visited on 21/12/2016 and said there is no problem in product i have to charge it for 24 hrs. I told him that battery is fully charged but he insist us to do so without checking the product. He took secret code from us and went away. But after charging for 24 hrs it was not still working.

                              I lodged a complaint again on 22/12/2016 vide complaint id: del[protected]-1. After that complaint same person called me and said there is requirement of some part. He said he put requirement of part and will visit after receiving of that part. But he never came again.

                              I lodged a complaint again on 28/12/2016 vide complaint id: del[protected]-1. After that complaint your representative come and said battery of the product is not working. He said he will bring new battery after two-three days, but he never came back.

                              I lodged a complaint again on 02/01/2017 vide complaint id: del[protected]-1, but no visit so far.

                              I request you kindly into the matter. If product is not repairable, please replace it. After few days the warranty period will be over. I am very disappointed with bajaj electrical service.

                              I have bought rechargeable lantern, model no. Bajaj led glow 648lr in the month of April 2019 from CSD Canteen Belgaum. (Karnataka) After few days it stopped working. . rAfter charging for 24 hrs it was not still working.
                              Kindly let me know whether there is service centre at Hubli Karnataka.

                                We filed a complaint in the customer care regarding the malfunctioning of an iron, they send their executive for repair, but the product has not been returned yet, despite of calling again and again their is no response. Contact no. of the person- [protected] (survesh rai). It has almost been a month. This is the worst experience I have ever had with bajaj.

                                We have contacted the custimer care for 50 times
                                The service man comes and changes some part and tell us that the smell issue is solved now
                                There wont be any smell leaking out
                                But than the problem is still there
                                It is been a month now we ate facing the issue of gas leakage.

                                  I had purchased "Bajaj Duetto Duo 6 Litre PNG/LPG Gas Geyser Water Heater 2 Year Bajaj Warranty" online, before buying I had called Bajaj and confirmed regarding the onsite warranty and services. Also installation was done by Bajaj technician at my home only.

                                  Since the installation it never worked properly. I had lodged around 15 complains in last one year even we dont use geyser during summer. Technician solves it temporarily and it only works few days and stops again.

                                  I am highlighly unsatisfied with this product and bajaj services. Your technicians are not able to solve the product issue instead they ask for extra payment from us.
                                  We are not able to use this product properly and have to spent extra for water heating. Hence I am lodjing a complain with Consumer Forum regarding this product for providing me right justice.

                                  Note: The product is still dead and under warranty. Latest complain registered number is 1123273. You can track all the complaints lodged against this product with my registered number [protected].

                                    Not happy by the kind of product I hv received... its highly pathetic if it cant wrk properly for 10 days also... d sheets which are used inside d heater to hold d rods are burning n smelling... we bought d product thru amazon trusting not only on amazon but on Bajaj as brand name..but I guess bajaj u people are losing ur brand standard.. as m nt able to get my product replace also which is under 2 years warranty period...

                                      Ince last 10 days my gyser is not working conditio and purchase in the month october -2015 and complaint was lodged in customere care no[protected] on 21st december and technician visited on 22nd dec. And teel for replacing the gyser with in 3 days but your authorised service centre owner as number provided by you not entertaining my request or complant. Being a reputation of bajaj working of service centre is poorest in all company doing electrical buisiness. Today i will post on face book in evening after purchasing new gyser i will go to consumer court.

                                        I have complaint on 16th dec, today its 24th my microwave has not repaired.
                                        i complain through emails, calls, customer care. on email i did not get any revert. customer care says we update your complain will be resolved soon.
                                        they assure that any problem will be resolve in 24 to 48 hours its been 10 days not resolved yet. even i got the number of service center from customer when i call him he says, executive will come at 1 pm, he was not there than i called him he says he will be there at 6 pm, this incidence is for 21st dec.
