Bajaj Gyser - Model Jevel 03 Ltrs, Defective since date of installation by bajaj service engineer. Complaint to customer care on toll free no and later on by mail. It is continuous process since December 2019 to till date. Bought a racold geyser - installation was planned for today at 11 am. A lot of time was spent in coordinating with abdul from racold company yesterday. Plumber team was also called at 11 am to complete the job. Pictures were also shared with abdul yesterday. Time was confirmed. No one turned up and then he says the geyser we have purchased will not work and this is without visiting the site, without seeing...

I have purcahse ceiling fan in jun2020.
My complaint no. With babaj Was RAI[protected]. Today technicians has visited, but he didn't change the condenser. He said he unable to open the bracket to change the condenser. How is your technicians, when he didn't lnow how to open the fan. Ridiculous. Moreover now fan is making lot of noises....

We have purchased your product 7 month before but it have many problems.
Same problems again & again. The product is defective. We request you kindly replace this product because we are fed with complaints again & again....

The small red light which indicates the pump is on of off isn't working. The fan light is working but not the pump one....

I had purchased a morphy richards food processor with the serial number gh[protected] from big bazar, future retail group on 1st january 2017 at the lucknow, uttar pradesh outlet.

Ever since i bought the product, there have been consistent issues with it. Right after five days of buying it, i had to get the motor changed. Consequently, i have been complaining to your customer care unit with different issues, every now and then.br...

Fan not working properly from the date of purchase...

I have purchased Bajaj Gyser - New Shakthi and for installation they have charged me Rs.1100 (Labour Rs.600 & Parts Rs.500 ) .Post which there is leakage in the Gyser .When I called the person in the evening for the issue he refused to come and have asked me to complain in Bajaj .Post my complaint new person calls and refuses to come since there is no charge for the service .Bajaj reputation is spoiled because of tie up with local vendors...

Some distributors are not providing 2 year warranty which is mentioned very clearly on Bajaj LED bulb.They are giving only 1 year warranty whether you purchase or not.kindly look into the matter...

I registered a complaint regarding my microwave, in june from my mobile number [protected], but the owner of lucknow, Ashiana branch service centre sent a fan repairing technician for repairing my microwave, and he took 1800 rs fr the complete service, but still muly microwave is defected, he keeps on saying that he would send technician, but he never does so, i have never seen such worst customer support, i must say that bajaj is pathetic...

Purchased a Bajaj Shakti Geyser few years back. The bottom plastic component, which conceals the end point of wires and electrical components disintegrated into small powder like dust and broke into multiple small pieces .This has resulted in exposure of all electric wires components which is unsafe in the bathroom....

I had booked a complaint about my pedastal fan on 6th july - call id ahm[protected]-1 against which no action was taken.
I booked another one - call id ahm[protected]-1.
Against the second call, a mechanic called to repair the fan after inspection of which he said the motor needs to be replaced.
A few days later he appeared with a replacement motor, which turned out to be defective!!! The mechanic left my place...
