Dear Dilip,
I have already told in my complaint that the mixie has an issue. The motor suddenly goes very fast and we cannot even hold the lid of the jar during that time. It has happened many times the lid has just flown off. This is very dangerous as the lid can hurt people working in the kitchen. By just changing the jar this problem will not go away. I told your service person this issue with the mixie. The service person told me that he is helpless as even after he conveying the issue to his superior he has been told to change the jar.
I suggest you report this issue to your head office and arrange to get properly working replacement or refund the money.

The mixie is under warranty and not working properly. Your engineer has come 4 times and not able to solve the issue.
If you cannot repair you should replace it. Let me know the procedure to get a replacement.

Dear Taruna,
Your service engineer came today, and replaced 2 jars and told me to check if the mixie works well. I have clearly mentioned in my complaint to give me a new mixie as replacement. This is the 4th time your service engineer has come to my residence but no proper resolution of the problem.
I got a SMS message saying ID BAN[protected]-1 has been resolved. By replacing the 2 jars, I don't consider the issue is resolved. I cannot keep testing and experimenting with your mixie. Request you to give me a new defect free mixie.

The Call-ID: BAN[protected] 706210-1 is regarding the Bajaj mixie which has a problem. The mixie is not working properly, it gives a lot of sounds, it seems it is going at very high speed and the jar cover just flies off. Your engineer Mr. Gangadhar (mobile number: [protected]) visited twice to check the mixie. In the last visit a few days back he changed the blades. Today, 9th Sept 2020 the blade broke and there was a loud sound. Mr. Gangadhar said he will again visit my residence to check the mixie. I am not happy with so much issue with the mixie, it has given me a lot of trouble since is bought it.

For your reference, I am attaching the pictures of- 1. Broken Blade, 2. Warranty card, 3. Details of mixie, 4. Payment receipt.

Request you take the needful action to replace the mixie at the earliest as it is not working to my satisfaction.

PLS NOTE: I am not able to attach any file. it simply says the file size is more than 32 MB even when it is less than 3 MB.

    Had purchased Immersion Water Heater Rod on Dec 2020 through Amazon and it has a warranty of 1 year. Suddenly from last few days I wasn't working properly. when I contacted Bajaj Electricals Consumer Care they are not ready to take the Complaint and they are saying that it is as per Company Policy they cannot take the Complaint for Immersion Water Heater Rod and rather saying it would be replaced by the dealer when I am contacting Amazon Customer Care they are saying they require Deny Letter from Bajaj Electricals to do the needful.

    Kindly advise what to do.

      1. 13 Oct 2020 - Raised a Complaint with Bajaj Consumer Care[protected] for my 2 yrs old Morphy Richards OTG ( Model -28RSS) and was allotted Service Request No 22156519.
      2. 16 Oct 2020 to 20 Oct 2020 - Mr Dayakar, Bajaj Technician(Mob No. [protected]) visited twice but was unable to make the OTG FUNCTIONAL.
      3. 22 Oct 2020 - In desperation on 9th day we contacted B Raja, Regional Bajaj Service Center Head ( Mob- [protected]), but to no avail.
      4. 23 Oct 2020 - Technician Dayakar took away Original Part (Twin rod) for replacement. Since then he has Not been attending to our repeated Calls.
      5. 29 Oct 2020 - On 16th day I contacted Bajaj Consumer Care[protected] to find out the Status of repair of the OTG. to our HORROR, we were informed that our Service Request has been CANCELLED. the Consumer care representatives were unable to tell us as to who cancelled our Request. We had NOT repeat NOT ever requested Cancellation.
      6. 02 Nov 2020 - Said OTG is NON-FUNCTIONAL: one ORIGINAL part of OTG has been taken away ( STOLEN as he is NOT responding to our calls); Cancellation of Service Request at their own will reflects POOR/ SUB STANDARD consumer Response.
      7. Request suitable action against Service Provider to prevent suffering by Consumers.

          I have ordered Baja Flora instant water heater on 20th Oct 2020 from Amazon and it's delivered by 23rd Oct 2020.

          I have raised the request of installation on same date around 12pm through Bajaj customer care helpline number[protected] but still installation of product has not been completed.

          This is to inform that from last three days continuously I am following up to customer care and service center but not getting any expected response.

Registerd phone number is [protected].. i complaint for installation of my product but tecnician who connected to me refused to install the product... they told me that they will not install it above the bathroom box this service is not included in there policy and norm .. but there were enough space to sit and install over there... and
              I think that it is mislead to me from your authorised service centre. This is not convienient to me as your customer ... And technician who provided service has very rude language .. i asked him for inlet outlet pipe that is provided with my purchasing item ..he refused to give... If there have any deviation from your service authority then take action henceforth and kindly installation from your side.

              Kindly take this matter seriously to avoid raise same complaint to consumer forum by me.

                I purchase flora model from Vijay sales ahmedabad and sales girls confirm that engineer will come and fix free of charge and engineer come and ask for Rs. 50/-for three pin plug why Vijay sales girl not inform to me on same time and when fitting is free then why plug only is chargeable on fitting time at home this also must be free or include in price or inform customer before purchase

                  Bajaj Gyser - Model Jevel 03 Ltrs, Defective since date of installation by bajaj service engineer. Complaint to customer care on toll free no and later on by mail. It is continuous process since December 2019 to till date. No one is giving satisfactory response to customer.Installed in last winters, could not use it last winters, now again winters are approaching.upon heating the water, the water starts leaking from geyser, damaging the wooden shelves of kitchen.promised replacement/repair on phone multiple times but never implemented with excuses ranging from covid lockdown issues, lack of technical staff availability due to covid as they are working from home.

                    Bought a racold geyser - installation was planned for today at 11 am. A lot of time was spent in coordinating with abdul from racold company yesterday. Plumber team was also called at 11 am to complete the job. Pictures were also shared with abdul yesterday. Time was confirmed. No one turned up and then he says the geyser we have purchased will not work and this is without visiting the site, without seeing the product nothing. Again he says he is in another district and that he cannot come and i should send him photographs.
                    Is that my job to follow up and give assistant services to the technician?
                    I regret making a purchase from the bajaj electronics store and i feel no information is given to technician - they dont know which product, location, time of service nothing. There is zero accountability.

                      I have purcahse ceiling fan in jun2020.
                      My complaint no. With babaj Was RAI[protected]. Today technicians has visited, but he didn't change the condenser. He said he unable to open the bracket to change the condenser. How is your technicians, when he didn't lnow how to open the fan. Ridiculous. Moreover now fan is making lot of noises.

                              I had purchased a morphy richards food processor with the serial number gh[protected] from big bazar, future retail group on 1st january 2017 at the lucknow, uttar pradesh outlet.

                              Ever since i bought the product, there have been consistent issues with it. Right after five days of buying it, i had to get the motor changed. Consequently, i have been complaining to your customer care unit with different issues, every now and then.

                              Your service engineers have visited, that too for only a couple of customer complaints only, for checking and tell me there is no issue with the food processor even though it stinks after usage and also stops working sometimes, all of a sudden. Not only that,

                              But your engineers also do not even give a detailed report as other brand services do. This is nothing but a lack of efficient services.

                              I have been informed that my complaint number is 21763761 but nobody has acted upon it. Therefore, i request you to send a service engineer for a detailed analysis of the product default and repair it at the earliest, or i shall be left only with the option

                                  I have purchased Bajaj Gyser - New Shakthi and for installation they have charged me Rs.1100 (Labour Rs.600 & Parts Rs.500 ) .Post which there is leakage in the Gyser .When I called the person in the evening for the issue he refused to come and have asked me to complain in Bajaj .Post my complaint new person calls and refuses to come since there is no charge for the service .Bajaj reputation is spoiled because of tie up with local vendors who are very unprofessional and rude .

                                        Bajaj electricals distributor named as shakti distributors, bazar tand, upper bazar, ranchi, jharkhand 834001 has been doing fraud regarding the payment of bill. My bill is duly paid and i have the receipt duly signed by the their staff who comes to collect the money. Now the staff had fled and they are sending legal notice to us that we have arrears. Since two years product is not sold in my shop due to this dispute. Since we are the leader in selling your product in the maket and we have the largest footfall in the market so this is hampering aur business and the company's business too.
