What type of staff you'll hire, professional or unethical and dishonour staff..??
Today I recived a call from BAJAJ electronics somajiguda branch and the name of your unprofessional employee is Rahul Thakur and his colleague, and asking to pay the EMI where I don't even purchased a product with you and in return I asked him that why should I pay the EMI where I never took a product or a loan with you,
Then he started with such a slum, filthy and unparliamentary words .That I'm in dilemma as iam I talkin to a corporate company or a road side dukaan .
Such a dishonoured and reluctant behaviour with the people.
Forget about the customer they don't, you guys don't even care how to talk to human being .
No values to your staff or company, This is what you assures the service to your customers ..???
Why that my mobile number is updated.on the name of the others.Dont you cross check the numbers and address before you start relation with the customer .

I NEED COMPLETE EXPLANATION .

      Hello,
      I have purchased a LG FRONT LOAD WAHING MACHINE from BAJAJ ELECTRONICS in 2015 from AS RAO NAGAR branch in HYDERABAD, TELANGANA. Now the appliance is not working, I need to claim the warranty on the motor replacement which is under 10 year warranty. As I have mispalced the invoice copy, requested for the DIGITAL INVOICE COPY by going to the branch where I have purchsed the appliance. They are saying that the system is changed to SAP from FOCUS and they are unable to retrive the digital invoice copy before 2019. I have checked with branch thrice but they are not helping. Emailed this issue to the [protected]@bajajelectronics.in on June 24th, 2022 - Did not recieve any response from them.

      Kindly please help on the digital invoice copy by retrieving and emailing it to my email id. So that I can claim the warranty on the motor.

          Dear sir/madam

          I regret to inform you about bad customer service faced by me at bajaj electronics, miyapur, hyderabad. I have bought a refrigirator and washing machine at bajaj electronics showroom, madinaguda, miyapur, hyderabad on 6-6-2022 and requested for delivery on 8-6-22 as we being doctors are busy with our schedules.

          No one delivered the products on the date and no one is answering the phone at numbers provided at the time of purchase. Its a lot of pressure as we moved into a new house and also busy with our jobs...kindly look into the matter and please return our money so that atleast we can buy from other elctronics which has good service..

            I have purchased voltage 5 star ac 5 days back after opening the ac for installation the installation technician informed that there was no gas in the ac and there was gas leak no lock for the gas.I have raised a complaint regarding this and there was no reply from the bajaj electronics eluru road.I want to raise a complaint against the sales executive of bajaj electronics from eluru road branch regarding his rude behaviour towards the customer and not answering the calls.

              I have purchased samsung washing machine[protected], actual delivery on[protected], informed to me delivery charges 300/-,
              Delivery persons asking extra money to delivery the product to home due to product did not fit in a lift, and they did not informed to me directly product is open.,
              Bajaj delivery person delivering open box washing machine, how can i accept this Delivery.

                Hi All,
                I purchased an LG Micro oven on Jan 30, 2022, and I was promised that a glass bowl set (micro-oven safe) will be provided, as of today May 28, 2022, it is not given to me. I have gone to Bajaj Electronics Store around 10-15 times and every time I get the same answer that the stock is not available. In addition to that, the store sales members are also not responsive. They are like do whatever you want to do. We will continue to deliver the same answer. They even refused to give me the store manager's number so that I can talk to him. After many times, I was given a number and they are very rude to me. As a customer, I want to say that do no promise if something can not be given to customers. I do not believe that the stock is not available for the past 4 months.

                  I have purchased 5 appliances from Bajaj in sep-oct 2021 and in less than an year, 3 (three) products fridge, chimney and hob stove had issues and needed replacement of parts. I have reached customer care support of Faber Chimney and Samsung Refrigerator but issue wasn't resolved. I approached Bajaj electronics as dealers are equally responsible to sell and give product service purchased in the store. They do not take my calls or give updates on service requests. Glen Hob stove CS took 2 months to resolve the issue after making continuous calls, they charged me for some parts even though the product is under warranty
                  Faber service is pathetic too! 1-2 months since the start of service request and no update about the issue
                  Samsung refrigerator hasn't been working for a week and issue isn't solved.
                  Both faber and Samsung CS says parts are unavailable to do it in time.
                  I do not understand parts are not available at service centres even for such noted companies
                  As a consumer, I am disappointed because I spent a lot on these products

                          I bought my dell inspiron 5518 on 26-04-22 and had heating issues on the same day and we were told to wait for fee days to confirm the issue. Your product made my work delay and i couldn't do my work because of that anyhow I got replaced with that and now again the second one is also having the same trouble. I couldn't complete my work and I'm at loss of 70k on your product which is of no use and currently at service centre I've ever saw such a nasty product with that heating issues and even fan failure for the second one I bought. I've work delayed since one month now I can't buy another one and what I bought is of no use to me. You must look into this.

                            We purchased samsung AC in in Bajaj electronics, SR nagar branch Hyderabad. Installation charges was told as 800 and gave us in written from on bill. But after installation it was charged 1800. We called executive and asked that installation costs almost double, he simply said charges hiked. How can he be so reckless andention so less price and fake customers. To gain customers good will i need to stick to commited words. I need my extra paid charges refunded. And also the people who came for installation had broke my door.. can share pictures of requested.

                              Dear Bajaj electronics team,

                              I have faced worrest experience with Bajaj electronics at Karimnagar branch.

                              Your branch manager Mr. Gangaram was behaviour is not at all good with Customers, the way he is talking not at all respective mannaer with customers and he is raising voice uselessly while I am discussing with ... about purchase bill.

                              I want to stress few sentences he mentioned with while argument:

                              1. He don't have time to explain for the people who purchase one item in Bajaj electronics.
                              2. He will not bother for single purchase customer and he will not respect if any one will purchase single order.
                              3. Also he is mentioned that block this customer.

                              I was wondering the sentences he mentioned above. If i purchase multiple items then he may bother?

                              You should train the employees to treat the customers, other wise it would be impact the whole branch. You might have multiple customers but customer have one Bajaj electronics in Karimnagar.

                              As of now I have very good opinion with Bajaj electronics and also I referred many friends but after this issue my opinion was completely changed, and it turns like complete opposite.

                                    I have purchased refrigerator on Tuesday (19th April) in Vidyanagar Bajaj electronics showroom. Sales person said it will get delivered in 2 days. I called the person on Thursday. He said it will get delivered today. I called multiple times and he was saying the same that the product is out for delivery and will get delivered by the end of the day. I called at 9pm again and he said it was stuck in some place, we will deliver tomorrow in first...

                                    Dear Bajaj Electronics,

                                    I'm writing this email with regards to my latest purchase of Samsung side by side refrigerator(RS72R5011SL).
                                    Initially I have enquired and gathered the best quote for this product from Croma, Reliance, Bajaj Electronics (78500) and Vijay Sales(74500) without credit card offers. However i have chosen Bajaj Electronics for two reasons even though i got a best quote from vijay sales.
                                    The reasons being I have purchased lot of electronics from Bajaj Electronics since a long time and the second reason is that Bajaj Electronics (Shaikpet Branch) convinced me saying that Vijay Sales are offering me a good discount as they are selling old stock which are above six months old and Bajaj would provide me refrigerator manufactured in current year (2022).

                                    Considering this though bajaj has quoted higher price over Vijay Sales, I have made a purchase on 8th April 2022.
                                    The product was delivered on 10th April and the doors were tampered and the serial number on the door was of 680liters model with multiple pen marks and scratches. The delivery was done at around 12:00AM in the midnight wherein model serial number and other details on the box were also tampered.
                                    I've reported the issue to Bajaj Electronics immediately as i woke up with all the proofs and evidences and they've replaced the refrigerator a week later on 18th April with Sep 2021 model which is 7 months old and the box still being tampered with the model number of 681 liters which was barely visible as it was clearly scratched.
                                    I now have a doubt if the product is genuine or of the lower capacity than 700L.
                                    And if the product is genuine with the same serial number and same as 700L. As per my initial discussion with sales executives and floor manager of Shaikpet I was getting good discount from Vijay as they were giving 2021 manufactured but in this case i had a loss as even bajaj gave me 09/2021 manufactured product.

                                    As I've always been a loyal and a long term customer to Bajaj, I'm looking forward for a support and compensation for the loss.

                                    Hoping you will address this on priority and provide me with the best you can.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have purchased the AC with invoice number #1219/22/s-2317 and at the time of purchase the agent Shiva told that the delivery charges would be rs.300.

                                      But when I picked the delivery the delivery boys create lot of argument and used to rude rough language and collect the extra amount.

                                      To complain the same, I have called the Chandanagar branch, but no one was ready to talk on it.They just imply ignored my call.

                                      It's not just about the amount rs. 100 or something, it's about the integrity.

                                      You should give the accurate information to the customers at the time of purchase and strive to keep your word. But you creating unnecessary arguments to the customers.

                                      Please kindly look into the issue and take strict action on Sales associate (Siva), branch manager and delivery agent(Narendra Kumar) to avoid inconvenience to the customers in future.
