    I've purchased LG automatic top load washing machine top load 6.2 kg from AS RAO NAGAR branch (sales person Mr. Arun) and got it delivered kn 10th February. The installation is still not attended even after number of calls made by me.
    Seems very negligent and worst service. I'm a totally disappointed customer with your showroom and regret for purchasing a item from you.
    Hoping the solution to be given at the earliest.
    Rather I would be happy if the item is taken back and money refunded.

      Sir I have purchased washing machine from dilsukhnagar bajaj electronics on 14.2.2021. 11750 paid. At the time of purchase I have given my number to register with company for further correspondence. My neighbour's number was given as alternative number. The sales executive Mr Nadeem and Tand the counter clerk chandra sekhar Reddy generated bill who was not in a good mood did not responded to me when I was asking about bill and payment details....

      I bought refrigerator from karmanghat store on 22.01.2021, they sold demo piece.this is very worst service from you, we did not expect from store. I want replacement, my satisfaction level was 0.store manager tells it's not demo piece ...The refrigerator doors was fully loose, the doors was always unlocked way. 10 years warranty product, within 10days i face lot of issues in refrigerator ...I want replacement

        Hi team,

        I have purchased a 4k tv on May 25th, 2018 from Bajaj Electronics.

        In that, I got an extended warranty for additional 2 years (total 1-year default warranty + 2 years additional). Please check Attached Bill.
        Accordingly, my warranty will be completed on 24th May 2021

        Recently, my tv got a display issue, I called LG support, but they said the TV is not under warranty it is applicable only for 2 years. I had shared the Bajaj bill with LG, LG team said, they have received a warranty for 2 years from Bajaj. Bajaj store team is not willing to accept that and not ready to solve my problem.

          Have purchesed samsung refrigerator from bajaj electronics kompally and was told that the fridge would be delivered in two days but it's almost 1 week yet the product is not delivered. sale executive who convinced to buy the product in there store and also gave his mobile number. he is now telling us that the fridge model is out of stock and change your fridge model etc...these ppl just convince the customers till they get into the trap and order product and later don't even bother to ensure that the product us delivered on time or not.

            For your kind information we buy Water purifier at Bajaj Showroom Santosh nagar on 01/10/2019. As per agreement Filter candles will be replaced 4 times free for one year, Due to COVID-19 lockdown one candle not changed and now customer care telling once we missed it can’t be replaced. Whole world is effected with this pandemic not only us. Please follow up this issue so that we can renew once this done.

                Hi sir
                I purchased bajaj shakti 15 ltr geyser from Amazon on 31-oct-2019.
                When I received bajaj team installed my product.
                9th Jan 21, product not working.
                I made complaint after that 10th January team came to my house and inspect product and said coil is not working.
                After that they said our invoice date and date mentioned in warranty card is not matching. And I put pressure to Kolkata office then now they are saying amazon has gave me duplicate product. Pls talk to Amazon, I told them if they are saying my product is duplicate so why they installed my product one year back, and asked to give in writing that my product is duplicate. But they refused, I talked to Mr. Neeraj +[protected], he told don't talk to us Image

                talk to Amazon only.

                Why bajaj is behaving like this.
                Please resolve my issue.

                    Hi,

                    This is to bring to your notice that we have booked in Bajaj Electronics Forum Mall KAFF Chimney Model TX DHC 60 and KAFF Stove VRH 784 Products as on 30/12/20.

                    But after booking completion we have not received any update from the Sales Person Mr. Narasing. He haven't responded to our calls.
                    Not given any update on the product delivery date.

                    I request you to involve and take necessary action and provide us prompt service and delivery as per the commitment if not we'll cancel the products.

                    Very Very poor customer service by Mr. Narasing..
                    If you people haven't taken any immediate action I'll be escalating to the next level.

                      I had call the customer care [protected].
                      Regarding, I had visited Malakpet branch. I had received details of airconditioners offers. But i need in tolichowki by this Saturday.

                      I call them to ask can i get this in tolichowki on Saturday. Can i book in advance by today for Saturday.

                      The guy who lift the call, he dont know anything. Telling to visit the store. Sale's department is different. I asked him to connect Sale's department but he disconnected the call.

                      I need to tell you guys. I was calling from UK. My friend had taken details from Malakpet branch and given me. I need it in tolichowki. My parents or old so they can go everywhere.

                      Customer Service should be helpful to increase the business. Please keep good guys on customer service with good knowledge.

                        Bajaj electronics executive told me that the order will be delivered within 48 hrs, but I don't receive my order. I'm unable to contact the customer care also. I don't know to whom I have to ask.

                            I have ordered a TV and refrigerator on 20th Dec 2020 and got the order delayed due to store negligence and received it on 22nd Dec and adding to that I got a defective Refrigerator and when u ask for the replacement they are asking me to wait again. so I have to sit at home and wait for the product for four days in order to get it delivered.

                                  I just hope anyone buying from Bajaj Electronics will think twice before going ahead after reading my experience to save themselves from a lot of mental trauma and frustration..I bought LG side by side refrigerator (GC-C247UGBM) during the Diwali sale from Bajaj Electronics, Tolichowki, Hyderabad on 15th November 2020 and was told there will be a little delay due to unavailability of stock and the product will be delivered within 15-20 days at the most..i was okay with it but even after a month and after repeated enquiries there is no sign of it being delivered and the worst thing is now they are saying the LG manufacturers are saying the product is discontinued and i might not get delivery at all..also even if it is transported from the factory no one knows the time frame or how long i will have to wait..the manager at Bajaj Electronics said we cant hold the order beyond 31st December and they will cancel the order and i have to buy another model (which will cost me at least 15-20 thousand rupees more than the one i already bought).. i contacted the bajaj electronics customer care and they simply said i have to contact the store people only and when asked to connect to their supervisor they just kept my call on hold and later hung up.. i am at loss of words to explain my anger and irritation that a customer has to face such an issue after buya premium product and the company people's attitude is so callous that i totally regret my decision of buying from Bajaj electronics and humbly request everyone planning to buy from them think twice before putting yourself through all this charade..
