Hi,
I have bought Samsung DD referigerator from Bajaj Electronics Kukatpally Hyderabad on 2nd Oct, 2011 and was promised to be delivered in 3 days. Its now 5 days passed and I have no response from them. I called them and found that Referigerator in not available in Stock.

It's really frustrating and i don't hv their manager numbers to whom I can speak about the problem. Even can't find one through search in google. These stores should be closed as they cant keep up the promise, I feel like cheated, my money has gone and product is still undelivered and I am not sure how much I have to go to store, its all now time waste, money waste, transport. These stores makes common people life miserable.

First of all thanks for your response.

I have purchased Samsung double door Model No: 26HCUX for 17, 100/- from Bajaj Electronics. But, unfortunately, referigerator was never delivered to me within promised delivery period (initial 3 days, then 5 days, 6 days..) by Bajaj Electronics and they ended up saying that this model is not available in their stiock and they aren't sure if it will available by next one-two months and informed that company has stopped manufacturing the said model.

I was left with no options, they have offered another Samsung model HCLX double door 255 L, in order to avoid any further delay, hassle as cheque issue would delay my purchase during festive season and I opted to buy the offered Samsung Model from them and ended paying extra 400/- to them.

My overall buying experience with Bajaj electronics was really frustrating as they play with emotions of customer. I am now living with Samsung Model which is not my first choice.

    We have purchased a Whirlpool washing Machine and a Hindustan Unilever Pure it Water Purifier on 17th September, 2011 from Bajaj Electronics Punjagutta, Hyderabad. They had an offer on water purifier wherein I'll get a scratch card. On that scratch card, either I'll get an extra extended validity of 1 and Half year or 2 new cartridges. They did not give me scratch card. When I had called them yesterday i,e. 18th September, 2011, there customer service had confirmed that the scratch card will be present on the box. When I got the delivery, I did not find the card and complained to them through customer care. When Today when Whirlpool personnel came to give a demo. I opened the carton and to my surprise, I found its full of scratches. When I had enquired before purchasing the sales guy told me that it was a dummy piece in the showroom and you will get a fresh piece which is kept in the godown. But I got the same machine which was on the display. It full of scratches and stains.

    PS: They say delivery is free within twin cities. According to them twin ities are only NIMS(which is bang opposite to them), Somajiguda & Khairtabad. They have charged Rs.200 for delivery plus 1% tax paying through credit card.

    I urge people not to buy any products from Bajaj Electronics showroom as they are CHEATERS. Be warned.

      I had purchased a Double door refrigerator from Bajaj Electronic's on[protected]
      product LG- 338vsx5 model,
      i was charged an amount of 22400Rs and they delivered a Display piece kept in showroom almost year old , after my specific instruction for Mr.Aman sales executive to send me an fresh piece still he failed to keep up the promise,this kind of service is not acceptable .
      Luckyli i had noted down the serial no of the refrigerator displayed as i felt something fishy.
      I think Showroom people are cheating customer by delivering old product's displayed in the showroom.
      Dear friends please be very careful before booking any products from Bajai electronics Hyderabad.
      finally they promised to replace within 2 days but still now i have not received the product.

      and today its 14th sep 2011 almost 8 days and still when ever i call them no 1 giver me clarity on it.
      worst service i have ever seen.
      Thank's to Reliance
      Digital for their service i have purchased product's worth more than 2 lac and till now they have not even once given me chance to complaint.

        We purchased the MAJESTY STORAGE (VERTICAL) WATER HEATER (25 L) on Nov 17, 2009. It worked alright in the first six months then it started dripping water from the on/off lights on the front of the body of the heater. It cleary poses a grave life risk due to the electrical shock one could suffer. Till date, almost a year now, we have logged atleast eight complaint tickets.

        1. First, the after sales services are not prompt at all, nobody turns up for 10-15 days after the complaint is lodged. Then they just tweak something and leave saying it will be alright and the heater would start dripping just a few days after the engineer visits. My dad is a technical hand and understands mechanics well and is highly dissatisfied with the knowledge and expertise of the visiting staff.

        2. Every engineer who visits has a different advice on how to use the heater, can someone please explain why should the water heater drip even in the summer months when heater is not even being used?

        3. The first 3 times the engineer would just tweak something and once he changed the entire tank but to no relief. Water still keeps dripping from various different parts of the body.

        4. The last time we lodged a complaint was on June 10, 2011, and the engineer visited us on June 23, 2011, and finally the engineer agreed that all the internal parts will have to be changed but not the body.I don't think thats fair. If the engineers have continuously judged the machine to be defective, why are we made to suffer like this.

        I demand compensation for all the trouble that has been caused. I demand that either a brand new water heater be installed or I be reimbursed the entire amount i paid for the water heater. I expect a senior zonal officer to contact at the earliest and address my complaint.

          Dear Sir,

          I Mr Venkatgiri, Purchased the IFB Wasing Machine on 1/4/2011 of Model Senorita SX 6Kg Front Door.
          The product is not working after 15 days after the installation and we given the compaint to custmer care service from the day 1 and they send the engg 2 times an un qualified and unable to resolve the issue and finally 3rd time they came and lock the product.When i discuss abt this issue with Praveen,Mansoor and Said of IFB employees they informed me that they will replace the product within a couple of days i will get the new machine.Its a bad luck to me still idid'nt recive any phone call or updates on the product from them.I personally visted the show room they are not all responding to my request and saying even if i give a complaint to consumer court their is no use said by Praveen.

          Please help me on the above issue what should i do further to get back my amount.?

          IFB WASHING MACHINE — not working from the date of purching

          I had purchase IFB Washing Machine Senator model in the month of January 2008.

            So All Please Don’t buy anything from them they are bluffing customers.same issue with my friend too couple of months back.

              Bajaj Electronics Hyderabad Fraud

              I have purchased a SAMSUNG A/C on 26 March from Bajaj Electronics Panjakutta and asked them to deliver its took 6days but no response. Don't believe them.
              I too Agree... I buy one LCD TV. they promised me that they are giving DVD Player, 4GB Pendrive, gold coin and some draw coupons. but they failed to give DVD player and pen drive. i am roaming around the showroom. but they failed to give the gifts.

              I strongly recommend that no one should buy any products from this showrooms.

                I purchased a '117 cm SAMSUNG HD LCD' from M/s BAJAJ ELECTRONICS, Shop No.6-3-669, Ground Floor, Ozone Complex, Punjagutta, Hyderabad- 500 082, vide Bill No.MALL/CR10/43525 dated[protected], and informed the shopkeeper that the same is being purchased as a gift to my mother on her birthday.

                They have delivered the T V only on 27th. (two days after the purchase date).

                They have arranged installing the T V on[protected], that too after making more than fifty calls to their customer care number. On enquiring with the technician who came for installation he showed the letter dated 28th received from Bajaj and that he had come immediately for installation.

                As per the package the cost also includes DISH TV HD Connection. We have made more than 50 calls and also have gone in person to the shop to arrange installation of the Dish.

                But till date they have not responded and have fallen back on their responsibility and have miserably disappointed us. This is a bad example such a big shop is showing towards their customer. I may not be one of the customer, but there may be many who have suffered this humiliation silently and have not published their displeasure and disappointment.

                I want to claim compensation for the disappointment I had to face.

                  I M. Ramprasad bought samsug washing machine Bajaj Electronics, punjagutta, Hyderabad on[protected]. I was paid cash Rs. 12300/- through credit card. They said, my product will get within 2 days. But they called me after 2 days present no stock and I have to wait one week. Today[protected] I went to shop and enquiry, I said already 5 days delayed again now they said no stock and wait one more week. Please tell me your valuable suggestions and how can I take the action

                  Action required. Not only me. i was wondering within 5 mins. 5 more customer are getting same problem.
                  I purchased a double door frost free fridge model no LG REF 308 VT5 P TANGO worth Rs.19, 000 from Bajaj Electronics Panjagutta on 04.11.2010. I paid cash as down payment and till now my product is not delivered to me.

                  It is almost one week and there is no response for the dealer except they don't have stock.

                  I never excepted this from a prestigious company like LG. After paying entire cash I feel I had made a wrong decision by choosing LG.

                  Added to these woes no one picks up calls in Bajaj Electronics. How can such big shop give wrong information and take money... This tantamounts to cheating

                    I agree with you ma'm. i also purchased bajaj wall fan last yrs 2009, in last (June 2010) month fan is the working properly . I lodged the complain at the call centre [protected] (complaint no 374274) and the technician came continuosly 3days and he took our fan and told us the he will come tomorrow, from that day 12th June 2010, he did not return back, sincs that day i called to costmer care i got responses like it will come by today or tommorow.I called up the service centre Parmar Electonics dadar but they told that i had to complain thru the call centre only which gave me a real tough time..I hope that my complain is attended properly as early as possible. It has been very difficult for me to get my complain attended after calling up so many times taking out time from my busy schedule. At the end if this is the response that I get it is really disgusting and is not expected from a company as reputed as BAJAJ. Its like NAM BADE OR DARSHAN CHOTE.
                    I REALY FRASTED NOW. I SUGGEST YOU GUYS PLEASE DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY... REALY VERY BAD THING.

                      I bought a hitachi AC unit from the store. Firstly, the pack didn't have the manual in it. It seems to have worked for two days and then it stopped working. When I asked the store for the manual, they took the details and said they will inform once the manual comes from the service center. They didn't, for about two weeks. When we lodged a complaint with the hitachi service center for the AC unit not working and the missing user manual, they too accepted the complaint but didn't turn up for about 3 days. When I threatened to return the AC unit, the store guys took off the user manual from some other piece and gave it me. They are literally tampering with the packed products like this and god knows what else they are doing. Even the service center guys have an opinion when they understand that the piece is bought from Bajaj Electronics.

                        Unsatisfactory Installation of air conditioners by seller Bajaj Electronics.

                        Ref: Bill No. P1/CR10/5022 dt. 3/4/10 for 2 Units Samsung split airconditioners bought of Bajaj Electronics, 6-3-347/6/P/3&4, Sai Baba Temple Road, Dwaraka Puri Colony, Punjagutta, Hyd. The Units are placed on the sun shade without fixing them with anchor bolts as specified in the installation manual. On 22/04/10 when I complained to Bajaj, they agreed to get them fixed property on the 24th, but when I reminded them on the 24th, they refused to do it saying arrogantly that i[censored]nits are placed on sunshade, no anchoring or fixing is done.

                          Bajaj Electronics at Kukatpally-Hyderbad had sold me a LG split AC on the word that they will provide free installation with the purchase. They have not reflected the cost of installation on the invoice and deducted the required amount for installation (Rs 800) from the price they initally quoted to me and printed the invoice for the same (RS 24,700). After a day of delivery two person visited my house to install the AC but when i enquired if they are from LG and has the dealer requested for the installation, they mentioned that they were sent by Bajaj electronics and are a third party dealers of LG. After they started working on the instllations, i quickly realised that they were completly in experienced and doesnt have any clue to install the AC, instead they made huge hole in the wall of my bedroom which is visible even after the indoor unit is fitted on the wall. To get it repaired i have to shell another RS 500, over this they have installed the outsite condenser in a very unfavourable location and on my insisting them to change the location they laft the place without even completeing the installation. Since the work was half done and i had no way to go, i called up Bajaj electronics to know if they will send somebody else, but still there is no response and i am waiting without a proper response from them. Without a go from them, i called up LG customer care and to my shock they revealed that all the installation are done free of cost and by LG authorised technicians only, and when u asked them to chek if there was an installation request for my product. They confirmed that the dealer has not aproched them in any way requesting for installation.
                          I would consider that Bajaj electronics is cheating the customer,
                          1) By not informing that the installation is provided free from the Company and publishing it as its own advantage.
                          2) Instead of asking the customer ot call up the company, it is sending its own emplyees or rathers goons for the installation and they would collect the informed amount( RS 800) which i beleive would go back to Bajaj.
                          3)The installation done are not proper and the Brand image of the company gets a hit since the guys say that they represent LG electronics in general.

This bajaj electronics, Panjagutta, next to Central is really a stores...I got my ac 14th of april and still it is not installed and if i call them they are so arogant that they are not even answering to calls...NO BODY GET INTO TRAP OF BAJAJ ELECTRONICS
                          Hello

                          Why dont you call someone else like an electrician to install the AC instead.
                          You dont have to wait for bajaj people to come and install..

                          The electrician would only take 200-300 rupees for installation..

                          I hope you can afford that since you can afford an AC.

                          its very hot weather, dont wait for someone else to do the work, do it yourself!

                          yes cheating...need necessary action against them.
                          I bought LCD TV in Bajaj Electronics (panjagutta showroom) in last month. The LCD has an offer of free Sony USB. I'm asking these showroom people from past 1month but till now I did not received it. I don't know what might be the reason but always these people say wait for 1 or 2days no stock available in godown

                          I called them and went to showroom almost 20 times.. These people are very much irresponsible.
                          Even the customer care executives don't have manners when speaking to their customers

                            I have visited Balaj Electronic shop on Sunday 7th March 2010 and purchased 1 Refrigerator and Washing machine and told me that delivery will be in the evening but till date (9th March 2010) I have not received the goods. There are several phone numbers mentioned on bill and envelop but no one is lifting the phone. Following are the phone numbers:

                            This is cheating to the customer and there should be strict action these type of shop owners.

                            I purchased a LG split AC in Bajaj Electronics, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. I made a payment on 6th March 2010 and which I was told that the product delivery would be made in 2 days from the date of delivery.

                            The product was not delivered and on repeated requests, they guarantee on giving the product by evening on daily basis. Finally the product was delivered after 7 days(5 delay days).

                            The responsibility of installation of AC is taken by Bajaj Electronics itself. They assured that the AC will be installed in 2 days after the deliverey date. But it has been 4 days again and no response from the showroom as well.

                            This sort of incidents is not only with my case, but each and every one who purchased from this Electronics. Can you please look into this issue and pull down the tails of the people who are just irresponsible and who treat their customers as a bafoon.

                            NOTE: They also put the customer help desk phone aside in order to not receive the calls from the customer.

                            Same thing for me also, i am triying to contact all branch numbers from past 2 days no answer, but some times the phone will be busy. pls tell us what idea you people are using.My invoice no & KKP/CR/10/16463 date is 03/11/2010. Still date(018/11/2010 i hane not recived my LG REF. Why you have to keep a DEAD CUSTOMER CARE No[protected]
                            Same thing for me also, I purchased a Front load Washing Machine on 3/11/2010 still date I have not recieved the Washing Machine.

                            I have purchased Sony Bravia 40 inches LCD and there was a offer Airtel HDM from Bajaj Electronice KPHB, The guy came to install the LCD and disconnected the existing connection & was not sure how to fix the LCD and stated Technician from Airtel will come and install as he is not aware, 2nd day Techinician from Airtel came and could not fix and stated there was an issue from the LCD itself, Sony technician will come and solve the problem.When called the customer support nobody bother to lift the call after so many calls guy picks up the call and started blaming the sony tecnincian & Airtel, nobody bother to solve the problem and its being 3 days.
                            I am also in the list. I have purchased LG 3d TV (LGLM6700). At the time of purchase there was an offer 8 3D glasses and Blueray hometheatre. KPHB store manager kesav was telling that everything is out of stock and due from LG. Then i started calling LG cust care and got the Bajaj Electronics AP and Hyderabad Sales Managers phone numbers Bilal and Sharma. You won't believe me guys, the way they talked to me was very rude. They are not treating me as a customer and answering my questions. I didn't understand why these type of peple get the manager jobs. Kesav store manager at KPHB is also same kind, will not respond to calls. Fianlly after continous fighting i have got Sony hometheatre after 3 months and 4 3D glasses are still pending. it has been 8 months now. One more complaint on Bajaj Finance. I have paid 200 for EMI card. After 6 EMIs paid..i have not recieved the EMI card. When i raise a ticket in Mob app, they close it within 24 hrs without any resolution. Finall one day i have created around 50 tickets for the same problem. Then they responded saying that i have not paid 199 and they want the receipt scan copy or ref no. Now i am fighting on this.
                            I have visited bajaj showroom on15/03/2016 I has take a Samsung aircondisinor today is 18/03/2016 till date not delivered pls doneedful
                            i brought tv for my friend when i paying the down payment bajaj people collected 2000 extra from me.after 1 month of purchase i got message from finance service they calculated more than what they suggested on day of purchase .when i am calling perticular person he is not taking my call

                              I am a doctor working at NIMS, Punjagutta. I happened to buy a videocon 80L refrigerator on 27/11/09 which i was supposed to gift it to friend for his marriage. I Have payed them RS 6490 and asked them to deliver it to my place. They failed to do it for 15 days. they have been giving various reasons, like the product was defective, its out of stock and son on. Even the manager himself, Mr. Surya Prakash gave these reasons. After 15 days whwn i have gone down their personally , they claim its already delivered. They neither show me the delivery challan. I was made a fool. I was cheated of my money and time.

                              I Sunny Sehgal have bought microwave Oven 17L on 19/01/2011 of your company through Star CJ Network.On 28/10/2011 heating problem occured and i lodged complain .In response a serviceman came and informed about a new element to be installed. Even though i have ordered such new element and called up at your service centre 5-6 times but uptil now no such element has been installed. So please send your person as i m facing a lot of problem.Early response would be appreciated.

                              HI, i have bought an electrical cooker bajaj make and purchased it from croma. it hardly worked for 5 days after that it literally shutdown and no signs of burn or something . i took the same to croma and they said me lodge a complaint against bajaj and the representative will come and repair it within 2 days and i have did it and i got a complaint no 1861544 since the day i registered i called them number of times and no one had turned up till now and its already 4 th day and every time i call up the customer care they said the representative will call me and since its a daily usage i kept on calking and no one had turned up till now .

                                I have purchased a Samsung Airconditioner From Bajaj Electronics punjagutta on 28 April 2008.
                                While purchasing they said that within 48 hours they will install the AC.
                                But after that duration they started making fool of me.
                                Several times i called to the concern person of Bajaj electronics but he didnt respond.
                                I have have also called directly to the manager of the showroom but he also made fool of me.
                                Finally after 20 days i got tired and install the AC on my own expenses.

                                So Never Purchase Any item from bajaj electronics.
                                They are thinking that customers are fools.

                                Very useful advice, Same thing happened to me.
                                I have ordered a Samsung TV and paid partial payment on 27th May and i was told that the product will be delivered by 28th May. Today is 31st May and there is no response from their end, when i called them they are just hangingup the call.
                                So PLZ Never Purchase Any item from bajaj electronics.
                                They are thinking that customers are fools.
                                We bought Samsung AC from Abids Bajaj Electronics, this was purchased in the month of Mrach 2009 with in these two months of time 4-5 times there was a gas leakage which was happening very regularly.I tried calling up Samsung customer service and they are really useless.Spoke to supervisor by name Mr.Sanotsh baba SR No.[protected] he said that some will get intouch with me till date no one bothered to callme.I could say that Samsung customer service really sucks & even the dealer Bajaj Electronics could not help me in resolving this issue.The whole process is really sucks, i wish Samsung & Dealers who promote their products should need to be more customer centric and help to resolve customers concern asap
